Brought my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago. They did a great job. They also balanced my husbands aftermarket wheels, and they did it correctly! (We have been to 3 other places and its always still a bumpy ride) Today, I needed a tire patched but they were slammed busy. I set up an appointment for a few hours later and then I arrived early. They got me in as soon as I got there and fixed it quickly. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I went in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked, I had a feeling that I needed new ones. Jeremy, Steven, and David did a fantastic job on getting my car back on the road safely with a fresh oil change service and new brake pads and rotors and in a very timely manner. Great service, great customer service, super friendly, all equals that I highly recommend this location!! Thanks guys, y’all are fantastic!

Got gas with water in it and they were quick to fix my vehicle, had me up and running the next day. David and Justin are kind and courteous, taking time to explain everything and going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate these guys and highly recommend this shop.

I highly recommend this place for all of your automotive needs. It was so refreshing to go to a business and they value their customers. It was not only for me but when I went pickup my vehicle there was a lady there who was having problems with her car. They thouroughly explained the problem with her vehicle and what they had done to repair it. Highly recommend them and will take all my vehicles there.

Came in for an oil change, the guys found a nail in my sons tire causing a slow leak. They repaired it and certainly saved us a headache down the road. Great customer service and friendly manager! I highly recommend them and will continue to take care of my vehicles!!

I ran in with 3 kids because my car had a plug in the tire that kept leaking. Was just hoping to get it patched and be on with my day. When I tell you guys these men have excellent customer service I am not lying. Best customer service I have received anywhere in this town. They were personable and so willing to get me in and out so I wasn’t stressing keeping the kids entertained and out of trouble. This was my first time coming to this location and will return for all my servicing needs. If you haven’t given these guys a chance to earn your business you are missing out.

I strongly DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place. They came by my wifes work and dropped off free oil change cards that she insisted on me using one for her vehicle. So I took her car in for a simple, routine oil change. Long story short, they botched it somehow.(Disclaimer: Im obviously not a mechanic since I took a vehicle to Midas of all places for an oil change, but this info is based off of someone we took it to.)Our alternator went out a few months later due to oil dripping into the alternator itself and was traced back to oil change done at Midas. We called and had the dealership call as well to sort it out, but as expected, they pinned the blame on us saying we cant prove they caused our vehicle to breakdown. Instead of owning up to their screw-up, they pointed fingers back at us saying that we most likely caused it ourselves by tampering with the vehicle, and that they would not reimburse us for the costs of repairs that had to be done elsewhere, which were not cheap by the way.As I said earlier, if I knew even the slightest about cars, I certainly wouldnt be taking it to get a routine oil change, and at THAT particular Midas of all places. So now my family is out over approximately $1400 because one FREE oil change card put all of this shenanigans into motion.The story would be different if they had owned up to it. Everyone at Midas is not at fault that the oil changed was botched. But the current manager (as of summer 2021) clearly doesnt understand or care about exemplifying good customer service. Spare yourself and go elsewhere.

3hrs for an oil change is kinda ridiculous but I get that sometimes shops are short handed from time to time. My biggest gripe is that my steering wheel and gear shifter had a “greasy feel”. 2nd looks like they tried to cut corners by not removing skid plate and appears they attempted to drain the oil without full access causing it to drip the excess every time I park the vehicle. Long story short, I shouldn’t have to go behind an oil tech to clean up their mess. Will not return

Asked about having just the beads broke on 2 lawn mower tires nothing else said it would be 30 dollars just to break the beads no mount or dismount . Tire discounters did it for free so I tipped the guy that did it. Will absolutely never go to this shop for anything. I will not contact you for the 1 star if I could have gave a 0 I would have this shop and whatever employee is running it is a sham. Vapes in front of customers poor communication skills . Read the review if you want to understand the poor rating. Midas has always been a joke of a repair shop. Glad I have 20 years under my belt so I dont ever have to have a wash up company do repairs for me. Smh.

Stopped in for some minor repair and got some Major Customer Service. David and the crew were Pros and had me out in no time. They informed me of a future problem I might need to address without giving me some sort of sales pitch / con job. Ill be back.

Friendly and still got me in after being a hour late for my scheduled appointment...hiking went longer than expected...like with all those places u are expected to come out with more problems that u know u dont have...no biggie...simple oil change and watched him NOT rotate my tires even though my receipt says they did...I can change my own oil...primarily went for the rotation...I just happened to be on that side of town, but the service is better on University drive...

Had my oil changed . ac worked perfect before this.run you out of the car cold. Left the parking lot smelling something funny now my ac does not work at all.. Real con artist
