Getting a phone call while in church was the deal breaker! Beyond that,, Overpriced found same car ( new) with extras and less miles, and $30000 less at another dealership, also got a way better interest rate, lower payment,, Staff not extremely interested in selling, Salesman was poor at best.

From my first call Dave was awesome. I was purchasing from out of state and so talking real numbers was vital. Dan was calm, professional and ultimately we agreed on a deal Friday. When I got to the dealer Saturday I was truly blown away. After 10hrs of driving I was tired but Rick, Lee and Lois made me literally feel like family. Lee took all the time I need to explain everything and teach me things I didn’t know about the truck. Rick made me feel proud to trade my well cared for Silverado, I have no doubt it will go to a good home. Rick made me feel like the only person in the dealership and even bought me lunch before my 10hr return drive. Lois took my call at closing Friday night, got me a great rate and had everything ready to sign 1st thing Saturday morning. I honestly felt kinda sad leaving I enjoyed everyone in the dealership so much, I wanted to say and shoot the breeze, just damn good people. I feel like I have family in SD and I would probably drive or fly out to buy my next vehicle. God bless all of you, Dave, Lee, Rick, Lois and anyone I may have missed.
I was broke down on the highway and they had the part. They were booked up and couldnt get me in. So their service manager kip made space for me to get me back on the road the same day. Especially on kind, courteous, and helpfull on a Friday afternoon.
Made an appointment online to have my car serviced; the appointment was scheduled for the next morning. When I got there, the service advisor apparently had no idea that I had an appointment. He said the service department was short-staffed & they were backed up. They asked if I could leave my car there so they can get to it when they can. I couldnt because I needed it to go to work. The advisor was adamant that hed call me right away when his mechanics would be able to look at it....that was a whole 2-3 months ago lol. They never did call or send a follow-up email.
Everything with the sale was good, customer service was good they stayed open late to make a sale to me but one thing didnt sit right with me when they said what sets our dealership apart from othere is when we get a car in we fix them if they need it and take our time inspecting every part. Which if that means going crazy with zip ties it would be correct. Sales where good. I dont know if id trust there service depart though, instead of ordering the part and fixing it right they might just zip tie it up also was missing the o ring on tge oil filter
They service guys were very helpful helping me with my need and they charge way cheaper and friendly than the one located in Brookings “Brookings Automall”

Bought a used pickup from these guys about 3 weeks ago. Drove 2 hours for it. Was told there was a check engine light on, and it would be fixed. Was not told about a low tire pressure light that was on. Showed up and test drove it. Noticed a shake when braking that fell on deaf ears. Found out after I bought it that the front brakes were shot. Not a big deal but would have liked to hear that oh by the way it will need brakes. Also found out that the tire pressure issue was the wheels were changed out and there were no tpms sensors installed which is like $85 per tire. The big problem is the lie about fixing the check engine light that was supposed to happen before I got there. I was told it was less than a hundred dollar fix but as I just heard from my mechanic it is about a $1700 fix. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this outfit, will never recommend them, and sure as hell will never be on their lot again!
Price is higher than competitors. They don’t give you what your trade in is worth nor are they in the ball park. Bought a pickup from them and within two days of owning it the roof leaked water and ruined the head liner. They fixed the water leak but did not replace the wrecked head liner. Pickup I bought also had previous damage that I wasn’t informed of! Failed to give me a car fax on said vehicle. Paid full price for a vehicle that had been in an accident, and now I face the burden of trying to sell back said vehicle some day, knowing that I won’t get even remotely close of what I paid for it due to damage on vehicle! Very risky and expensive place to do business and if you can do it elsewhere I would! I’d give it 0 out of 5 stars if it was an option! That is the last vehicle I will purchase from any prostrollo.

I am completely surprised by how well things went with my recent vehicle purchase. Lee was my salesman, and he was great! He went out of his way to show me the features of the vehicle, and ended up staying late to finish things up.I appreciate the finance manager who also stayed late and helped me get the best terms.The vehicle seems to have had a lot of maintenance completed, and it drives like new!Best of all, they follow up with you after the sale.Next time I buy a vehicle, I will start here!

Great service. Lee took the time to make sure we knew about the features in the Equinox. Wish we lived closer as their facility has much to offer in maintaining vehicle and body repair shop (if necessary). Good experienced staff.
Okay place to look for vehicle
Prostrollo of Huron has been our go to dealership since before I turned 16. Lee Hedblom has been our salesman since I bought my first vehicle. He knows what we are looking for and price range. The staff is always friendly and professional. The service department will get you in and repair your vehicle as quickly as possible. I am proud to deal with prostrollo motors of Huron as my parents have and my grandfather did also.

Worst “attempt” to buy a car. Being from Sioux Falls the salesman “Doug” said there was one little scratch on the car so it was worth the drive. Upon arriving, Doug chose to assist another customer instead of me (I advised him of when I would be there). After the test drive and overlooking the vehicle there was at least 10 noticeable scratches. One went all the way across the hood, another across the roof, and another across the trunk. Since Doug was too busy, Rick assisted us. I pointed these different items out to Rick and instead of apologizing, he made excuses, even told us that one of the scratches was from the hose when they cleaned it. I was still interested, but they refused negotiate anymore than taking $300 off. Worst experience ever!
2nd time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Prostrollos and again a 5 star experience. Very professional and efficient staff, prices very fair, and exceptionally clean.
I am from Texas and was visiting my husband who is working on the pipeline and needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated before making the trip back in my camaro, they did not have any last minute openings and before I left Bam!! they had me an appointment.. They were great.... PIPELINE APPROVED!!
Terrible they brought a 2003 Yukon out for me to test drive with the drivers window wouldn’t go up they said they’d fix it when they got it back after we test drove it the window was up but the rear door locks don’t work and the back door gate does not lock they said they fixed it all. Lesson learned will not buy anything from Prostrollo

I went in to have the lift gate on my vehicle looked at. After being given and estimate to fix it, I left planning on scheduling a time to have it fixed. A few days later I got a bill for over $100 dollars-just to have it LOOKED at. Needless to say, I did not get it fixed there and I was absolutely disgusted for being charged so much to have someone look at something and not fix it.
There is a great atmosphere here!
