I think 4 people total work here. If youre looking for something specific Id recommend using the Walmart site setting this store as your home, and getting the isle number for the product you want, or even see if its in stock. If you get prompt help in person here go buy a lottery ticket immediately after. Self checkout only for me, usually only 1 to 2 employee occupied lanes open.

Doesnt always have what I need, which in a town where there is very limited shopping options is a serious drag. Has been seriously understaffed lately. Absolutely NO cashiers one day. People where forced to use self check out or walk away from their carts-which a few did. But for the most part, thenstaff is very nice and do their best to help you.

Rarely have more than 1 customer service representative and if they usually get called away. If you re looking to make a return, pay a bill, get money.order, reload a debit card, or send money then ve prepared to wait at least 15 minutes generally closer to 40 minutes depending on how many people are in front of you.

It,s a Walmart wide variety of items at reasonable prices

Empty shelves dirty bathrooms not impressed at all could not get items what I wanted in the first place. Got a few items of snacks thats all I wanted like a coat had to go to another store to buy one.

I was looking for some chicken wings and not a big choice of fresh chicken wings. You would need to to be a family pack for one person.. That should not happen.

What I do not understand about this store is why they have self checkout and then they have them closed all the time. Heres an example theyre supposed to be open Till 11 oclock p.m. well they have every self checkout closed except for 3 Yet there are lines that go back 15 from the beginning of the self checkout Lane. And theres a ton of employees just walking around doing nothing. I know no one cares Im just frustrated at this stupid placeI wish there were other options

Yankton Walmart had excellent looking fruit and fresh vegetables. Also the meat department had nice looking thick pork chops for grilling which were not available at the Huron store.

The workers get all the good stuff before customers even get a chance. Really hate walmart anymore

I am a disabled woman . I use a handicap cart. Going back to my veichle after shopping a worker outside told me I could not leave it outside. What is the point of using it if they make me take it back. We were passing by visiting family. Never again will i stop at this location.

Its a Walmart. Found what we needed and checked ourselves out

Layout was a little crowded but compared to other Walmarts, it makes for easy travel while shopping.

It never has what youre looking for and the cost is going up and up

The store looks good and they had the parking lot repaved recently. The store seemed well stocked and I was able to find all the groceries I needed.

Very disappointed in the workers in this place, setting up potential workers due to other workers they already have. Wouldnt want to work or go there while that certain Male works there

I was shopping and saw a supervisor yelling at an employee and being very rude to him. What disrespect, and they have no consideration if the complaint as a consumer and they ignored shame gives this Walmart.

Its a smaller Supercenter and I have noticed that many of their products are either older or lower grade compared to other Supercenters in larger towns.

Pharmacy staff are awesome, always. The store needs an upgrade. Many of the food items I used to purchase are no longer available so if I really need it, I travel one hour to a larger store. The shelves need to be restocked more frequently and Im not talking about TP.

Everyone knows what Walmart is. This one is no different. Not a super Walmart.Deli counter is the best place in the store. Friendliest customer service and always prompt and ready to help.Checkout is an absolute nightmare most of the time. Usually only a couple of registers are open, they really try to push the self service checkouts.If you want your groceries bagged correctly you had better do it yourself. There is either no training on bagging or just plain laziness on the checkers part. Even with everything laid out on the conveyor they mess it up.Originally had this ranked at three stars but the more I think about it, the Huron Walmart is two star operation.

Most employees are kind and helpful but some of them are very rude. Supposed to price match walmart.com but I had a manager tell me they would NOT sell me an item for the price it said online.

I think walmart has gone down hill ever since it came to town. They do not care if people go to other towns. To go to target and other stores.

Always friendly with great customer service. Staff will walk with you to find the items you seek. Pharmacy ordered an item for me and I picked it up the next afternoon. Wonderful

All employees are super helpful but it was a Saturday and only 2 check-outs were open. My checkout line had 5 carts waiting in line. Customer service is still just as important until the customer walks out the door as when they first walk in.

We are truckers. This one was easy to get into, we found everything we came for and staff were all very polite.

I had to put my merchandise back as two of the self checkout were not working. And five people were waiting. The regular check out lines were only manned by six checkers and each of thos Lanes had a minimum of four people waiting. We were there on Sunday morning at 11 30 am. I would think there could be more checkers at such a busy time. Pretty sure Sam Walton is spinning in his grave the way the Huron store is being run.

Tried to have pictures printed there. I had proof of rights to the digital album but the employee and his manager refused to accept it. I contacted corporate who sent my complaint to the manager of Huron SD Walmart. He refused to acknowledge that I had rights to the pictures. So now I have family pictures that were supposed to be gifts to family that lives in huron while on vacation and visiting them. Now I will have to reprint them at the Walmart in my city and send them in the mail, because my Walmart doesnt ignore proof of ownership.
