Very knowledgeable parts guys got me the right Parts the first time!

Just called on a loader part talked to Randy, he had no interest in helping me. Told me he had no time to look up my part today and told me to call someone else.

Charged 3$ over list for bucket teeth assembly part number 6737322 and didnt even include the hardware that bobcat states is included. Called them to get the bolts and nuts and they said oh we will figure out if they are sold as an assembly or if we need to charge you for them, then we will send them out. Morons.

This dealer doesnt actually deserve any stars. Spent $2,022.97 to have a used tractor serviced and completely checked out before purchasing from a farmer in Hitchcock, SD. This dealer said everything checked out, but upon arrival at WY ranch it didnt have any hydraulic power to pick up a disk. Another dealer said they didnt check out everything or this would have been caught. Beware doing business with this dealer. They dont stand behind their work.

Called them today for some parts for a backhoe and they answered the phone like I was a bother and when i was asking for help they turned and told me to look up my own parts and then gave me the website to look up parts that I did not know how to look up they have lost my business
