Furniture, large appliances, rugs, mattresses, bedding, tables, recliners, and home decor. It seemed pricey for scratch and dent, customer returns, and floor samples but Ive never been to Boulevard Home before. Employee Kylee was nice. Limited quantities of merchandise, many one of a kind at this location. Hard to get to the store, it felt very out of the way. There are no returns or warranties on merchandise so be sure you love what you buy and check it closely. Lots of tables were warped, dressers damaged, etc.

Completely disappointed. From the freeway, it’s labeled as this “Huge Warehouse” of clearance merchandise. Absolutely a lie. Out of thousands of square feet of warehouse space, there’s probably 5% of clearance items. The other 95% is stick to be shipped to other stores.If you’re looking for hundreds of couch clearance items, good luck! There was like 8 couches when we went in 👎🏻👎🏻

Check prices! Our mistake, we just bought an As-is mattress, and got home only to find you can get the same mattress new for the same price...we gave up the chance to return it or have a sleep trial thinking we got a good deal.

Bought pretty much a whole house set. It was great for a one stop. The only downside was picking stuff out of a catalog instead of in store. The colors were off and some of the stuff didnt fit.

First and last time I purchase from the Boulevard. When my wife and I moved into St George we went and bought 2 new couches and a washer and dryer set. We spent a little more than what we originally wanted, but over all we felt good. We assumed that paying as much as we did, it would be justified and that our leather couches would last for 20 plus years. We even purchased warranties on them just to be sure.Three years down the road and on the underside of all the seats we’re ripping at the seams. Both couches on every seat. After multiple discussions with there service department they told us that a cheaper vinyl is used to save money and that it wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. After spending over $3000 on couches I didn’t expect to hear this (on top of the $2000 on washer and dryer). From the second I walked into the service department I felt they were going to find away to get out of it. First thing, their phones were “down” and when I walked in the girl at the desk was on a personal call laughing and giggling and told the person she call them back. She then asked me what I needed and got on her computer and started typing. After she was done she looked up and told me that the tops of the arm rest just wear out if used too much and they couldn’t warranty that. I corrected her and then she said the top side of the seats wear out too! “Again it’s not that” I told her. “It’s the underside right on the seam on every seam”. She responded “oh, yeah that isn’t covered either”. It was obvious she was trying to get me back out, so she could return her call.A few days later I talked to someone else on the phone. She had me send some pictures so she could refer to a technician. She called me back in a reasonable amount of time and told me they aren’t covered. That interaction went much better.Bottom line, they sale a cheap product at an expensive price and won’t back their warranties. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

We have bought many pieces of furniture and decor here. The prices are very fair and the quality is above the norm. The sales personnel are helpful and very polite. Great deals, too!

Not what we were expecting! The sale prices didnt seem like sale prices for us. They did have a couple things that were reasonably priced. We were in the clearance/distribution center and not the store itself, big difference. They had a few items but not an overly huge selection of things. Love looking at home furnishings and thinking of the possibilities.

Good idea to check for lower cost furniture

Waaaaaaay to expensive! They will talked a $3000 couch and just mess it up (tear the leather etc) and then discount it by $100. If your in the market just buy new somewhere else.Scratch and dent should be much more deeply discounted to make it worth it

Very helpful peole! We bought a queen bed for 199$ and it’s the strongest bed we had so far. People are very nice and helpful they helped us fit it in our tiny car. They’re very skillful on fitting furniture to different kind of cars its awesome.

Everyone I spoke to was kind, courteous, and helpful. I wanted for nothing, they anticipated my needs and made sure I got it. Tastefully laid out and easily wheelchair navigated. And of course, beautiful merchandise.

My order was ready for pick up. No waiting. The clearance selection was very, very small.

We wont shop anywhereelse for our furniture and appliances. We are always treated so nicely and can find anything we are looking for. High quality items and very reasonable prices.

For being a clearance outlet, I kind of expected better prices, worth a shot to check it out though.

This review is for the Outlet location only. Truly a scratch & dent sales spot. Some things even broken. If youre handy, some of it can be fixed. Otherwise, pay more and buy new. Sales staff was very helpful.

Bought our clearance stainless steel refrigerator for a great price in May 2016. Its still working great, and I love it! I want to soon upgrade the microwave and will be coming back here for it.

Very nice sales people. Horrid delivery! They had our lift chair for a month without contacting us it was in there warehouse. I finally had to call. Even then, I had to wait another 10 days for it to be delivered.

Beautiful store. Very large, fisrt time in the store you can get twisted around. Just know that as you walk in and curve to the right, the cafe and billing are to the left (I use this to keep my bearings)

First visit. There to pick up a rocker recliner. Checked out the outlet section too. Didnt find anything we needed today but we will return in the future.

I purchased a sofa from the clearance center on the 10th of November. We worked with a very helpful saleswoman who informed us that the matching loveseat would be in by the 16th and would cost 1799.00. She kindly wrote down the SKU# for us, after we identified online, that it was the correct model and color. We were happy because this was our main purpose, to buy a sofa and loveseat. They needed to match.On 11/19, I returned to the clearance center, as I was told it is cheaper to buy directly from the clearance center, to buy the matching loveseat. After paying for it, I pulled up in my truck to load it. I immediately noticed that it was not leather and it also had a console in the middle, not what we wanted. This was also very different from the loveseat we found online only 9 days prior. As I walked back into the office, and after much searching through their inventory, it was discovered that the real sofa wasnt in stock (6-8 weeks for special order). Its the holidays. We didnt want to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a special order. They then informed me that the real loveseat was going to cost me another 500 dollars. I had already purchased the other sofa and had it in my home. Now they were telling me that they wouldnt honor the price they quoted me. The price they wrote down on a sticky along with the SKU#. After calling their manager over them, they said that all they could do was to have me wait 6-8 weeks for the sofa, and pay 2200.00. (150 dollars off the increased price.)After being caught in a bait-and-switch (an illegal practice) they basically said wait the time and pay the extra money. While the saleswoman was very appologetic, it didnt fix the fact that they tried to perform a bait-and-switch.I told the sales woman to refund me for my purchase, and then told her that if the set didnt match, then I didnt want the original sofa. She agreed to send the delivery service to come pickup the sofa I purchased on the 10th. Im just appalled by their practices.Update 11/23/2018So after leaving the above comment, I was contacted by Jan Brown from Boulevard Home Furnishing the very next day 11/20/2018. Mrs. Brown told me that she was the original manager who only offered the $150.00 off the sofa and she immediately appologized for the misunderstanding. She stated that she had no idea that we were buying the two sofas as a set. I explained to her that we were just planning on having the first sofa that we purchased, returned and then cutting ties with Boulevard Home Furnishing. She immediately stated that she wanted to make things right between us and BHF. She then offered to sell me the matching sofa, with the unwanted console, for the original agreed upon price with a discount of 100 dollars, to make up for the mistake on their part and because of the unwanted console. She also agreed to have it delivered on Friday of that same week, so that it would be usable for the Thanksgiving holiday.The sofa is very nice quality, and it does match the set. We are happy that BHF reached out to rectify this misdeed; although, it still makes me worried that there could be a problem next time.

This furniture is high quality and their prices are very fair

I found 3 items we were looking for. An 8 drawer dresser, a retro type recliner, and a lift chair for my mother.

Wife called 3 hours before we got there to pick up a bench. We waited half hour and left to do other errands as it still wasnt ready.

The Smallest little scratches, dents, and slightly used stuff and the price literally drops like 70%. If you dont care about a tiny crease in the back corner of your sofa, would definitely recommend checking this place.
