First of all, NAPA Auto Parts is the best of the best without question, the quality of their parts and the expertise of their staff are second to none. The Tinks group in Southern Utah has taken it to another level so I don’t even mess around with the other parts stores.On top of all this, Skyler at the Tinks NAPA in Hurricane Utah completely saved my day. I called Tinks for a specialty battery on a Saturday and although the store closet to me didn’t have one he told me their Hurricane store inventory showed one in stock. I called Hurricane and Skyler quickly said “let me put my hands on it”, he confirmed the battery was there and held it for me. I drove over to Hurricane and Skyler helped me confirm my battery was the issue. He then gave me some baking soda and water to help neutralize the acid that was leaking from my bad battery offered me to use some tools and rags. He treated me like a friend and I appreciate that.It was 115 degrees outside, I needed my car and Skyler made sure I was good to go. This is why I only use NAPA and why I will drive 20 miles out of my way to deal with Skyler and the Tinks NAPA group. I frequent other Tinks stores from Beaver Utah to St George and they are all outstanding.Thanks Skyler, I appreciate your outstanding customer service, I hope I can pay someone back like you did me.

I got the parts I needed. However Im worried about the employees. Its clear the owner does not provide PPE. Because the employees werent wearing their mask during the covid-19 pandemic. Im really concerned for their well-being.

Great experience, Zach was very helpful in getting what I need to re-charge my A/C. Especially nice to see that masks aren’t required. That was one reason I chose Tink’s.

We stopped in on a Sunday morning (July 12, 2020) in the midst of a three-week road trip🚙 across the country with a truck and a fifth wheel. Our a/c in the truck was not working and we were a long way from home (Alabama). A super nice, friendly and knowledgeable service man (totally blanking on his name but he said he had been there for 15 years) helped us with freon and getting it into the trick in the right place. The a/c was instantly better!! We are so grateful for this mans help and knowledgeable and he literally saved our road trip!! Utah is HOT 🔥 in July and we were leaving and headed to Arches. We are not quite home yet, but the a/c ❄ is still working!!!! Thanks so much for your help and expertise. Five stars!!!! 😁😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Knowledgeable staff and good stock. Had the correct oil filter for my somewhat common car in both gold and platinum variations, and had a good deal on both synthetic and conventional oil, although I believe it was a sale. Most likely will return for any of my car part needs.

Friendly helpful staff helped me locate everything I was looking for and made knowledgeable comments and suggestions about anything I was the least unsure about. Their people went above and beyond to help me, I had a dead battery a few blocks away from their shop, they drove me out there with some testing equipment and diagnostic used my problem as a bad cell in my battery, drove me back to the store walked me through all the options of batteries they had and then after I bought one they drove me back out and installed it into my car. Would highly recommend this store, they made car trouble on my trip seem like it was no trouble at all, friendly and helpful staff

Really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Helped me figure out which brake parts I needed, and gave me no problem when I returned brake discs that it turned out I didnt need. Prices competitive. I prefer these guys to OReilly.

My husband always comes in to this part store, he has yet to have a complaint about them, they are always on top of their knowledge on things, and getting the right parts for my husband, the prices are great, and the quality is spectacular. Nice and clean, and the employees are usually giving our kids free quarters to get the 25 cent candies.

The guy named Steve gave me the wrong spark plugs because he put in a different vehicle in, and I specifically told him which vehicle I needed it for. Just because you know vehicles, doesnt mean theyre all the same, even if they are from the same manufacturer!

I went in to get a battery for my car and I asked if they could put it in for me. The guy who helped me said I need to go look at it and see if I can do it. Went and looked at my car battery and said i cant change that it need a certain tool to do it or it would fry my car. I looked at him all weird and walked out. So I went to Wal-Mart and got a better battery and longer warranty and for cheaper, the best part they changed it with no problem and my car works fine.. I might be a girl but I do know a few things with my car. Never going there again..

Saved me a trip into St. George to buy a battery for my daughters car, they had it brought out to Hurricane. Their price beat Oreilly, Autozone, and Interstate. Counter guys were great to deal with.

I was not impressed with them. Had to purchase an Alternator which I installed only to find out it was not working so had to take it back and replace it with another. You would think when you pay $250 for a part it would work.....no more Napa

The food here was not that bad tbh would eat here again but the potatoe skins were a bit dry so I fed them to my hamster
