Awesome customer service! I had a huge box that I was returning and they printed my return label, taped it on the box for me and even taped up my box better for safer shipping... I was in and out within 5 min. Ill be using them for all my shopping needs for now on.

I have had excellent service and complete satisfaction from the Downtown and River Road locations. I would never had known they were great if it hadnt been from multiple, terrible experiences at the Hurricane store. The quality of the product was fine, however the attitudes from some of the employees is abysmal. This is a common theme in many Hurricane businesses for some reason.Stick with the other two locations and youll be completely satisfied.

I was in the day before Halloween needing help printing out a sea turtle costume. The girl who helped me was absolutely amazing. A rock star. I am so grateful for all of her help. This was the first time in over 15yrs that I have been into a steamroller and felt like I wanted to be there and was helped so very well. Usually I leave without any help at all, nothing being figured out, and just left to try somewhere else or do it on my own.

The employees have always been welcoming and helpful. They are efficient and friendly, and they make a chore that I really hate (mailing packages!) Sooo much easier. They also have a very nice store and provide a lot of shipping options.

In and out in 5 minutes. Great service, and they had my favorite Corn Nuts flavor at the check out counter. Lol.

I use Steamroller Copies for everything these days! Fliers, stickers, programs, posters. I even custom ordered a rubber stamp through them, and they came through in good time. My favorite way to use Steamroller Copies is to email them a jpeg from PosterMaker or some other design app, and then pick it up in the afternoon or the next day, depending on my timing. I couldnt ask for a more convenient or higher quality service. We couldnt have pulled off this years Toquerville Trails Turkey Trot without them!

Very fast at scanning my documents into a PDF file. Emailed them to the business waiting for the documents.

Talk about above and beyond On behalf of the Zion Forever Project and Zion National Park, thanks to Olivia and the team at the hurricane location. We had a last minute rush job that included hundreds of copies with detailed sizing and cuts. At 5:30pm (30 minutes to close) the team at steamroller was able to review the files, make some sizing suggestions, place the images, print the cards, and make all the cuts. They had me out the door right at 6pm and just in time for them to close and my team to take their wonderful creations to a very important event. The new facility in Hurricane is amazing and it seems they have a team to match. Thanks again!!!

We do not always post 5 Star Reviews but these guys truly deserve it!!! We have been using Steamroller Copies since 2008 and couldnt imagine working with anyone better. Jan is an amazing Manager who takes such good care of us and is always looking out for our interests!!! There staff is always so helpful and friendly and theyre always so conscientious. We highly recommend them for all your copier, printing, and design needs.

I love love love Steamroller Copies. They have done so many projects for my work person projects they have always exceeded my wildest dreams and ideas! It is amazing to be able to walk in with a concept, sit down with the tragic designer (my favorite is Scott in Hurricane) and watch has he brings my dreams into reality - no matter how crazy the idea was!! The quality is amazing and the prices are always within my budget. Truly great employees and a wonderful company to do business with!

Very upsetting experience to the point I left my first Google review, I hope Steamroller improves from this, first I was nickle and dimed at my consolation at their boulevard location for the wedding invitations a sale of 149.00 turned into +300 by the time they were done, apparently its 71 or 75 dollars per hour of design time. Than when i went out of my way to design my own invites I went into the store to discuss them and I was told everything was ready to go, a few days later than I get an email about resizing, than they tried to add a design fee of 37 dollars for about 10 minutes of work. After I had to go back in store to see what they were talking about and finally finish it all up I was told by the people at the front desk it would be ready before the end of the day, later I was called and told it would actually be 5-7 business days. Frustrated I called several of their stores to get a customer service line, the store on the boulevard said there was nothing they could do, the one employee in hurricane put me on hold than hanged up, and after I called back the manager in hurricane apparently gave my info to the owner, finally I got in contact with the manager on river road and after trying to explain how they had failed their customer they still did nothing to try to fix their mistakes. I even tried to make things easier by lowering the limit of invites so they could print in store and they wanted to charge me more than the sale! Obviously they need to train their people to offer accurate information and to have a sense of customer service, I had enough of the hassle and I gladly took my business elsewhere.

I went to the store with many questions and doubts about the best way to get the job done. During the process I had help from Jan, Jennifer, Alivia and Autumn.This girls were not only there to make a copy their suggestions, ideas and invaluable help made a big difference.Thanks to everyone of you in a very special way.The copies were really well done, the coloring awesome and the result outstanding.

Jan was absolutely delightful to work with. I was able to come in on a Friday morning and get over a dozen different files with different specs printed quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for printing needs.

So very helpful, especially during the Covid closures. Couldnt thank them enough for the fast copies and follow up info for faxing.

I have used Steamroller for the last few years to make my photo page for my Xmas letter. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This year I wanted to try something different size-wise, and they were great, helping me figure out what ratio we should try. If you know what you are doing they allow you to just copy your project yourself. But if you need assistance, they are right there, showing you how to get the perfect outcome!!!

Good place to get copies done they have tons of different colors of paper they was wonderful 2hen they helped me make a collage for my husbands funeral and great at helping and assisting some of us older inexperienced people

I live in Hurrucane and my daughter was here from Washington st. She has been in there twice! Once to get copies which the copy machine she needed needed ink no one replaced it for her so she had to do the extra large one then they charged her for those. They were rude that day! Then she went in to send some things home and this girl was just as rude as the first! I haven’t been to this new site but to the old one and they were always nice! But the way my daughter had been treated, I will no longer do business with them. I will make the trip to st George for my UPS! It’s a shame that people can’t be nicer especially running a business!!

I stopped in at the local store to pick up some card stock for a project. I stood at the counter behind a woman who told the clerk, Why dont you take care of this man; Im in no hurry. The clerk at the register declined to do this and said to me, You can go stand in line down there and wait in line until I get finished. I asked where the line was and he merely motioned with his hand, Down there. There was no line and there was clearly no place to go, so I left my intended purchase on the counter and went home. I will find a more friendly, less rude place to do business.

They are awesome! I took them in an idea if what I wanted for my daughters birthday invitations and they made them look better than I imagined!

Overpriced. I needed some flyers printed and they quoted me twice the cost per each than what I got at Alphagraphics even when I was ordering bulk. Quality here is good, just more than it needs to be.

Really happy with Steamroller, we had a rush job and came to the River Road branch and they handled everything for us in our time crunch. Great to work with and quality services.

My friend went in here to get some stuff printed out shortly before closing and the girls working here were so rude. My friend has a hard time with electronics and they wouldnt help her get the documents off her phone to print them.
