Being a returning customer that drove 3 hours from out of town to buy a trailer I would expect to receive some level of customer service when returning for repeat business. It took over a month of emails and phone calls to arrange the purchase of the first horse trailer I bought. I inquired about upgrading my trailer and not only will bailey, who seems to be the only sales person, not return my phone calls or respond to any of my text messages or emails but whenever I do call he knows its me and tells the front desk person he is too busy to take my call at the moment. I would have expected better customer service and more professionalism on his end towards customers especially after the process to get a trailer the first time was so long.

I own a bison trailer and had an issue. I’m from Kentucky and all the dealers were closed in my area. I called and got the service department. The service man took the time to try and help walk me through the wiring diagram. I fix the problem with his help. If they will do this for someone in another state I can only imagine the service they give their customers in the shop.Thanks for the helpJon

Worst sales person on the planet. Curt cant be bothered to pick up the phone to talk to a customer that is going to drive 3.5 hours to buy a trailer
