Jared Kirsch and Savannah Bristol were truly amazing! I was forced to purchase a new phone due to my S7 finally giving up on me. They were so patient and knowledgeable. They worked together to answer all my questions, get me the best phone and plan to suit my particular needs. They made me feel like I was the only one in the store. I never felt rushed.When I went back to ask a question, they remembered me and made me feel like an old friend. These two are Rock Stars!

Josh was absolutely amazing. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and even helped getting me a discount on one of my items. Even though they are a retailer and not a Verizon store stop in for any accessories or phone needs. Josh got your back.

Amazingly bad service. Refused to fix my one month old MIFI, which gives message that sim card is missing.When I protested their indifferent attitude, I was told to leave the store.Maybe they ought to hire people who know a little bit about helping people.

We stopped in for several reasons and Jarrod (not sure thats the correct spelling) was awesome. He answered all my questions, was very patient and helpful. Hes a credit to not just this particular store but to Verizon as a whole.

My mom went in to get a new phone and Peter was amazing. He took time to help her figure out everything she needed, including her email which was having an issue for awhile. Im so glad that he was there because I couldnt be there to help her with it all. Her phone is awesome and 100% set up so she doesnt have to worry about her photos, contacts, and messages.Thank you so much Peter.

Went to trade in our iPhone XS Max’s for the new 12 pro Max and it was the best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon store plus they made it so easy getting our phones setup and ready to go before we left the store. Samantha was so helpful and got my phone activated for me. I wasn’t able to make or receive calls or texts for two or three weeks. She fixed the mistakes that they made in the St George, and was very kind to us. She was patient and respectful and solved all of our issues. Definitely a big help👌🏻

I am very and knowledgeable about current technical devices. I recently shattered my phone, filed a claim, received a new phone and brought it to the Verizon dealership in hurricane, specifically Angela, I was treated with Respect. She was knowledgeable and helpful in Transferring my data from one phone to the other, she also gave me several Hints and And other technical support. This dealership is help me twice since the initial installation and I been exceedingly happy with all the service. Again this is the horizon shop in hurricane Utah.

I came in to have my screen protector replaced and Sam, the store manager, was extremely unhelpful and needs a refresher course on customer service. She said that because I did not buy it at her store, she would not help me. I have been a Verizon customer for years and have had a screen protector replaced by a very pleasant gentleman in the same location a few months ago. Im sorry to say I will not be going back because of her horrible service

Kayson saved the day. Somewhere between Page, AZ and Kanab, UT my data went out. Im on a long road trip so I couldnt go without my phone and the internet - especially for directions. VZW customer service closed right after I lost service with them and my call was dropped so when I called back they didnt answer. Luckily this store was open as I was driving by and my sim card was replaced which got my phone working again. Thanks man!

They modified my plan that was a grandfather plan stating it wouldnt cost anything to go with a unlimited plan. After 2 months my bill jumped to $178.00 from 143.00. This store forgot to state they had moved me to a promotional plan.I tried to get my original plan back by contacting corporate. They would not do it. I have been with Verizon for 6 yrs. Time to find a new carrier.Dont like incompetent people at this store.

I went into Verizon with concerns about my phone and an upgrade. But I also had other concerns. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely helpful. Nate was the representative that ended up helping me this day . All in all . Excellent customer service.

I just wanted to say how much I love this home phone connect from Verizon. It was so very easy to set up and a great state of the art product. We went there and picked up 6 phones! Marian was awesome through the whole process, she even stayed late after her shift on a Friday evening to make sure everything went through and worked! These people are honest and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and they actually went out of their way to save us money of some set up fee’s. Most places try to get as much money from you as possible, but these people saved me and my family a lot of money. Great service, honest people, great products. I will never go to the St. George Verizon store ever again. Highly recommended!

I bought a phone here a few years ago with a package that came with a lifetime supply of screen protectors. I went back within about a month or two and got a replacement, and then around 6 months after that I went back for another one, and they said they didnt have any, so I asked them to call me when they get more in.About 4 months later, no call. So I go back in and ask if they have any, and told them I was on a list, and they said they had just got a batch, but ran out. The guy then promised me that he would personally put my name at the top of the list and call me when they got more in. I never got that call. About a year and a bit later, I call and they say they dont have any, and wont get more in until enough people need them that its worth it to buy a box. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back, and I am spreading the word about how horrible it is there.

Knowledgeable followed by a customer service

Its nice to have this location here but I wouldnt say theres anything really amazing about this place. The staff has been helpful from time to time and answering my questions. That technically is their job.Most of the time I feel like theyre just pushing a sale on me for something they are obviously paid on commission.

When I went into the store the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. I then was greeted by another gentleman and told him the song that I was looking at and he told me a little bit about the phone told me it was a good phone I then told him that I was gonna buy the phone outright at that point in our conversation is attitude changed he is very read to me short didnt want answer many of my Questions and at that point he didnt Act like you wanted my business I then asked him about changing all my information from my old phone he said because I was bi in the phone outright he could not help me the only thing to do is what was on the cloud and then he told me he couldnt help me anymore because he was not making any money on this transaction because I was again by in the phone outright and I was basically wasting his time. I originally went to the store so I could get customer-service and had questions about the phone and I probably will not go back-to the store Ill do everything online from now on!

I could not be more pleased with the service Sam and Evan provided. We are mostly computer illiterate and they were both educational and helpful. They answered all the questions we had and provided information that we can use in implementing our hot spot and Home Phone Connect. We purchased both items at a Costco store in Salt Lake but these gentlemen were gracious and helped us set them up!!!! We will definately be using this store when we need to upgrade or have further needs.

Kolter has been the most helpful staff member there. He takes the time to make sure his customers are getting the best deal on items they need and want. Wont drive to St. George for Verizon service with this store in town.

Was having problems with my phone so I decided to bring it in and Sarah was very helpful. She answered all my questions, was very patient with me and very friendly. She also showed me how to fix the problem if it ever happens again.

The store did not follow through with it promises. while the salesperson put in lots of effort, management did not back her up. I contacted the Attorney General of Utah office. They will be investigating a typical basit and switch. I contacted the Corporate Verizon store who spoke with the Go Wireless area manager. I was to receive a call no later the 5:50 from the Hurricane store manager, Tanner. Well that did not happen, so I am to respond with this info to Verizon Corporate, and the Attorney General. It is sad as we live in Hurricane and two months into this we still do not have a resolution.

Shawn and Marian went WAY above and beyond to help me get my phone set up and working. I highly recommend everyone to come and see them. They will not let you down!

I bought a phone here for my Wife, and they were very hospitable from the get go.

When my phone stopped working properly, the staff at this store took the time to really help me. They were able to recommend various options available to me. Kyle even spent 2 1/2 hours working to resolve my dilemma! He figured out what was wrong, and solved the problem. Best of all, the staff help find ways I could save money using Verizons services. The staff was friendly and patient. All of the staff did a great job helping me!

Shawn and Eric were great! Helped me get my replacement phone set up! Didnt try to make me buy anything and it was such a great experience! I will be back!

My wife and I wanted to get the new iPhone 5 and we were driving through Hurricane. We stopped at this store and we were greeted by a very nice person. I believe his name was Evan. He was very helpful and it was great that he wasnt pushy with upsales. I will for sure go back when it is time to upgrade again.

I went into GoWireless after the typical my phone just died panic. I had the fortune to get Marion as my tech, and she was wonderful!! It helped that she was a woman of a certain age so I didnt feel that I had some kid who was blowing me off as another older person without a clue. My problems were resolved, a new phone was overnighted to me, and she even helped me get the new screen protector on my old phone sent back and she sent me on my way a happy camper. I will go here next time, for sure!!!!!

A couple of months ago we wandered in to the Verizon store in Hurricane, UT—a couple of seniors, one of us reluctant about having a smartphone at all. But Tanner was kind and patient and encouraged us to come back when we were ready. Since then we have each come back to purchase iPhone 8s. Both Tanner and Shawn were extremely patient, kind, and thorough. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Kolter is who took care of us and if there were more star to give him I would. We have had him take care of us before and the man is wonderful. He acted like we were family . Even tho it has been about a year he still remembered us and how he had helped us A++++ for Kolter

Yet another shady phone sales store. I went in to buy a new phone, didnt want it activated yet, just needed to buy a phone for business. My family was at a near by shop, so I thought I would make use of a few extra minutes. I was very clear that I just wanted to buy a phone and I would activate it myself later. Yet when I paid for the phone and the bill was higher I expected, I was told it was just the taxes. Because I asked that they email me the receipt I didnt have access to verify it. After leaving the store I realized my current phone wasnt working. After driving away I learned that they had activated the new phone against my wishes, oh and when I got the receipt, they charged me $20 to activate it. Showed up as Mobile Go Activation. Because we were on a family vacation and didnt see the charge until we were 20 min down the road, it wasnt worth my time for $20 to go back. Plus its so exhausting arguing with these type of employees and the system is so cumbersome to wait for them to make a change they know its not worth your time to fight for a $20 charge. Its just dishonest, especially given the fact I asked about the extra costs and they blantantly lied and said it was just taxes. I take some blame here but its still misleading and dishonest. So many unethical business practices.

I live in St George and would prefer to go to hurricane if I need to have something done with my phone. Marian is super helpful and friendly.

I went into the hurricane store hoping for the same fabulous experience I had in the past unfortunately that is far from what happened. The salesperson Brianna Kershaw told me they had the best customer service better than Verizon itself. They made me pay extra for everything including the setup up of the phone which I had to do at home. They tried to sell me a screen protector for 50 dollars which they have never honored in the five years on my previous phones. ultimately I was disappointed because she was rude and didnt seem interested in making sure my device was working and I had knowledge of it. I learned a valuable lesson for 338.74. Go to a real Verizon store!!

I needed to replace my Jet Pack. Mr. Buttle was friendly, Knowledgeable, And had me on my way in about 15 minutes. It was one of the best Verizon store experiences I have ever had.

The associates in the Hurricane, Utah store have been extremely hepful and courteous when I purchased two Galaxy S7 phones. I then also bought a Verizon Ellipses 8 with a bluetooth keyboard folio. As these products were new to me I required help and training. Kolter was very patient and informative. Also helpful with questions were Cole, Josh and and another young man whose name I cannot recall. Living close to the Hurrican store and having access to the help when needed was the reason I purchased these products.
