Im not one to leave negative reviews, but I couldnt believe how my girlfriend and I were treated here. My company has frequented this Texaco for five years, however I dont think well continue to bring our business there. It seems Im not the only one with this sentiment. The other day I stopped by to use the RV dump which my coworkers and I have always used to fill our water tanks because it was convenient for us. I asked to use it and the cashiers acted like they had no idea what I was talking about until I said Id been using it for a long time. They charged me a fee, which theyd never done before. I agreed to pay it reluctantly. After I had finished using it, I asked my girlfriend to bring the key to the padlock on the spicket back inside. The attendant in there was very rude to her as she snatched the key back from her hand. I am baffled by the fact that anybody would treat their customers the way we were. Highly disappointed that Ill now have to avoid this place from now on
We have been loyal customers of this gas station because of the free RV dump. Weve always purchased our gas from here because theyve allowed us to use RV dump facility. We came to dump today and were told that we had to purchase our gas first to determine if we spent enough to get this privilege for free. We only needed half a tank and were unsure if we would get enough to meet their petty requirement. After a very unfriendly exchange with a very unfriendly gas station attendant, we paid the fee to dump, and we will take our $50 gas purchase and all others elsewhere. No thanks. We wont be back.
Ive been a regular customer at this location since moving to Washington in 2005 even though the location isnt the most convenient for me to buy fuel. The reason I supported this business is because they had a free R.V. dump station for those who bought gas or diesel fuel. Last year it changed and was a free dump if you bought $30 worth of fuel. Yesterday I returned from a camping trip and after filling up with $59.60 was denied being able to dump because now the fee is set at $60. When I explained that I was a regular customer and had been for 16 years, it fell on deaf ears. The cashier wasnt going to let me dump my R.V. over 40 cents. When I asked if I needed to take my business elsewhere, the young man told me that would be a good idea.Sorry to say, but Im not buying anything there ever again.
Its great low prices most of the time. Friendly staff. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is there are never receipts in the pumps, and I dont always have time to run in and get one from the clerks. Please maintain the receipt paper in the pumps.
They were out of coffee cups and coffee but when I paid for it before hand they failed to mention that. I asked if they had any more coffee cups and the lady answered “nope” KNOWING I had just paid and they didn’t have any.
[[1/5/72 - oops, as soon as I posted something nice about the place, their prices skyrocketed. Now they have almost the highest prices in the whole valley, beat only by the Texacos further down the line. Oh well! ]]An extra star above average for being a great community citizen. Believe it or not, this Texaco (which almost never happens) has had (within pennies) the best prices on gas in the entire St. George area. All of our citizens should vote with their feet and patronize this station for their kindness in the days where stations seem to fix prices. In fact, this station has even beat CostCos Oct, Nov and Dec of 2017 (the only months weve been here). I fill up here every time Im on this side of the valley whether I need it or not.UNFORTUNATELY, this last couple years something changed and they now are NEVER lower than gas in Washington. Too bad
Extremely rude cashier. The pump gave me an error message when I tried to swipe my card so I tried to cancel it. It wasnt working. So I hit the help button. No one came. I hit it again. No one came. So I decided to go inside. I didnt want to move to another pump and have someone use my card information to buy gas and it didnt look like it was cancelled. Otherwise i wouldnt have bothered going in. When I walked in I looked at the cashiers expecting the same warm greeting all white customers receive. After a brief pause one cashier did say hello. The other rude cashier who probably never had manners in her life or isnt probably just racist, said to the nice cashier all she has to do is lift the lever and pump. At first I thought she was talking about someone else because being raised in a household where manners are taught, I dont refer to people standing in front of me asking for help in the third person. So I replied to the smart cashier that it had an error message. This shows me that the rude cashier was seeing my calls for help come through on the machine and chose to ignore it. They knew which pump I was at, there was one customer inside the store and there were two cashiers. There isnt no excuse for such rude behavior. Im going to call Texaco corporate office and leave a complaint as well because if they choose to employ racist people then I need not spend my black money at any of their establishments.
Went to buy a drink that was 2.79 but rang up on the register as 2.99. When I said that it says 2.79 on the tag. Kira, the cashier, says no its 2.99. Not offering to fix it or apologize for their mistake. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THEIR PRICES.
Based on a couple of negative reviews about this place, I felt I needed to post a positive review about the friendliness of the staff. I watched them kindly greet and serve several minority customers without a hint of racism. So I guess they behaved as normal people in a normal customer service role.
Gas prices are great but their merchandising is the worst. Check your receipts cause they are mostly incorrect from the displayed price. This happens a lot.
Very good gas prices.
Consistently cheaper by a few cents than stations in town. Nice store. Friendly staff.
Restrooms are dicusting and full of fecies and are running on the floor I mentioned something to the clerk and she stated she wasnt the manager or owner and only make minimum wages wow I said but its pointing water outta the mens restroom she states I know .DISGUSTING. ILL NEVER GO IN HERE AGAIN
Looks like cheap gas but only for 85 octane
The cheapest gas around. 11 miles down the road its $1.50 more per gallon.
Friendly&helpfulstaff
Lures with low prices, really cheap $ 2.99 during our visit. However, these only apply to regular 85.A whopping $ 0.30 surcharge per gallon for a regular 87. So only recommend if the car can handle 85cc petrol, otherwise even more expensive than Chevron.
