We have been traveling all over the US and I have to say this is the best pharmacy we have ever been in! The manager Eric was terrific! He the most efficient pharmacist ever! If he sees someone waiting and the technicians are busy he will wait on them. He even was giving vaccines if others were busy. Since we are traveling and the pharmacy was way out of our way he made sure we got all our prescriptions that day so we did not have to make another trip. I also want to mention Heather. She was the greatest technician. She was so kind and friendly! Thank you Eric and Heather for making our experience so pleasant!

AMAZING customer service from the Pharmacy Technician named SHELBY!! When I have used coupons for prescriptions in the past, all the pharmacy techs seem to get very frustrated with the amount of time it takes to enter it in. I’ve had them tell me once or twice that they “already know that coupon won’t work” (when it always does) I didn’t even attempt to use a coupon this time and Shelby found a coupon on her phone because she said this specific prescription is usually cheaper than what it was ringing up as. She was so happy to assist me and took the time out of her busy morning (with a HUGE line behind me) to help a customer get the best deal and leave with a smile. Thank you Shelby 😊

My husband was just at the pharmacy. The staff, as always, was courteous and professional. However, it turned out that the prescription wasn’t covered by his insurance. The pharmacist worked hard to find him some assistance to make the meds affordable. Thanks!

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever used that the wait time takes forever. Even when I call in to get a refill on a medication, they told me it would be ready in 2 hours, I go there in 5 hours and they hadnt even started filling my medication. I know that i am not the only one upset because while i was waiting in line 3 of the people said the same thing about calling ahead and not having it ready. Even when I take my prescription in and I am the only one waiting it takes forever. Why do they not fill the prescriptions for those who are standing there waiting instead of filling the that come in over the phone and arent due to be picked up until tomorrow? There are also prescriptions that I can only fill on the date the prescription was written meaning I havent taken my morning medicine so I am having to wait a long time to get my morning dose. The Pharmacist is amazing and so are the technicians. I just wish there could be a better way to handle the situation. If they ask you a time and your there at that time, your medicine should be filled. I shouldnt have to call the pharmacy and make sure they find my medication filled prior to coming down every time. Why ask what time we would like it filled if your not going to follow through with the time? I have been standing in line and have heard a lot of people saying the same thing. I even had one lady say that this was the last time she would be using this pharmacy. unfortunately if i keep having the same experience i will be using another pharmacy also. Please figure out a way to manage the wait time, I enjoy all the people in the pharmacy.

The Walmart store and employees are great! BUT, the pharmacy is the worst we’ve ever experienced!! When we order my husband’s diabetic supplies, they always say they’ll be ready in an hour and 95% of the time when we go to pick up, they only fill part of his refill and we have to come back days later for the rest. 1-2 times they didn’t have the supplies at all, which is always scary for a diabetic!! They don’t seem to care either and never have called to say they wouldn’t have it in for days, but wait to tell us once we’ve driven all the way there and waited in the always LONG line. It happened again today with my daughter’s antibiotic. I was told at 12 when I called that it would be ready for pick up in 40 minutes. I got there at 3 (to give PLENTY of time), and of course was told it wasn’t ready yet (again after waiting in a long line). I was already on a time crunch and couldn’t wait “15-20” more minutes for it to hopefully be ready, so I left without it and transferred the prescription to another pharmacy so my husband could pick it up for us. I keep hoping they will get their act together, but I’m not exaggerating, of the 10+ times we’ve picked up prescriptions, only about 2 of those have been ready and correct (for my daughter’s acid reflux meds, but never right for my husband’s diabetic supplies/meds). I REALLY do hope they can get a new manager or something to help them make needed changes there. They’ve lost us as a customer though, which I’m so bummed about since we shop there and would’ve been so easy to stay there. Good luck!
