I ordered a 12,000 lb tensile strength chain. They sent me a 9,000 lb. chain. They said they were doing me a favor. I dont think bait and switch for a weaker chain is a favor for me. They said they would next day delivery me the chain I ordered. Waited almost a week, no chain. Then magically heard from them when I put in for my money back. They said it was in their PO box, that they dont check, right. Anyways, no apology just BS and put my equipment out of service for another week until I got a good chain elsewhere.
