Excellent customer service!A friend recommended Scholtzen when I needed 18 stiff metal rods for a filing cabinet. The very pleasant employee in the metal warehouse said they didnt have what I needed, but if I brought the 36 bars I had told him that I could get at a retail store to them, they would be cut with no charge.I returned today, bars in hand. A different employee began helping me, but the first young man who served me, during my first visit, came by and told the cutter to be sure to smooth the cut edges so I wouldnt get hurt on a rough edge.I was so impressed! Thank you!Ill definitely recommend Scholtzens to my friends.

Easy place to load my semi and nice people

My co worker and I came into this location (Hurricane) and waited for at least five minutes before someone helped us. After waiting three minutes to pay for our part, I asked an employee nearby Is there anyone available at the desk to help us? He replied without care or concern If theyre not there, theyll be back soon. This place has horrible customer service. Thanks for showing us you dont want our business!

Ordered some steel from another place in town after a week of them feeding me full of stories went to school end and Chris and Ted really took care of me. They had what I needed in stock. Awesome customer service!!!

I buy from these guys multiple times a week if not a day. They are great for all waterworks, itrigation, metal, plumbing, and much more. With all they sell and how big their warehouses are they do things as quickly as possible. I know they are cheapest in Hurricane for sprinklers and other yard irrigation system needs.

We were always impressed with doing business with Scholzens in the 90s when I lived in Cedar City, then moved to SLC area. When we moved to St George 2 years ago we have purchased several thousand dollars, mostly steel, for some home improvement building projects, and again found them great to do business with, especially the free delivery; including a 60 x 6 steel ibeam. What super impressed me is when they not only let me return a 20 sheet of b-decking when totally my error for ordering one too many, and even picked it up! Keith in steel sales is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, energetic, sales persons I have ever dealt with. C.J. the delivery guy is also one of the most polite, accommodating drivers I have ever met including (you want it where?!) no problem!
