STOR-N-LOCK in Hurricane is the best storage facility Ive ever used. Its well maintained and managed by very nice people. I wish I could buy my unit because Ill probably be renting it for another 20+ years. 😊

I dealt with Pam while reserving our first unit. I then needed a second unit and dealt with Mike. He was very proactive, communicative, and accommodating. The facilities are immaculate, and their service cannot be beat. We are moving to Hurricane from out of state, and are very comfortable leaving our furnishings etc. at this facility. Had a wonderful experience with Stor-N-Lock. They came to the rescue when I sold my house and didnt have another place to move to right away. They were actually recommended to me by my mover. The staff was wonderful to deal with and I always felt my belongings were secure due to the access codes and alarms. Highly recommend.

We were packing our unit on a hot day and one of the managers brought us some nice cold water. They really wanna help you out!

Security is great. The manager Pam is extremely rude and unprofessional. We were 3 days late on our payment, never late before and she called and threatened to sale my stuff and over locked it after a day.I removed my stuff and closed my account.

This place has been great for me. The unit was clean when I got it. The property always appears clean (really clean). The couple managing the property are very professional and courteous. The restroom located by the gate is very clean at all times.Price is fair for the property it self. Management lives on site so that’s always a piece of mind.

Best Storage place in Southern Utah! Place is ALWAYS clean and tidy very well maintained. Just off of I-15 and easy to get in and out. Very polite, they try to help you all they can .Veronica is the one that I first talk at the store she’s very nice. Unfortunately I can’t stay with them, for long my husband pass way on 12/28/20. I moved from Colorado Springs to Orem with my family and I’m trying to get my life back. It’s hard without him and struggling to get going on without him.Sorry it’s about the store but its relate to them because they help me when I need a place to get my stuff on short notice.

Needed a place to move my things closer to my new area. Very hospitable in reserving a unit that would accommodate my things. Close enough to where I am residing and the prices are great.

I called to ask about pricing and availability and spoke with Pam. She was very pleasant, and asked great questions that was really helpful in selecting the appropriate size of unit. Check-in was really easy, property is very secure and access was really easy and simple. If I ever need storage again in the future I will definitely be using them.

You rent here and you can plan on your rent being raised every 6 months. Plus, I have never been treated so poorly as I was by one of the managers. To yell at a customer who has been renting, not one but two units for over 2 years is ridiculous. Yes, I was partly at fault, but not to warrant the treatment I received.

Very clean & secure. I used this location for 11years. I’ve had friends who used other facilities with less security & were broken into & robbed. I never had a worry with stor-n-lock. I recommend them highly.My only wish was that they’d extend their hours a little later.

The on-site managers were wonderful and very helpful. We had a more confusing situation than most (moving in from out of state, with my parents being the first ones to need in to our unit, without us, etc). This place was wonderfully accommodating, but also did their job to be sure it was a secure facility, and my unit was protected. I appreciated their flexibility and ability to adapt for us. Later, when moving some furniture out, I forgot a tape measure I needed, they had one in the office and were happy to let us borrow it.Great facility, and great staff! I would happily use them again

I have struggled with writing this review for a few weeks now. Being a business owner myself, I dont take the act of leaving a bad review lightly.That being said, I feel potential customers for this business should know how Stor-N-Lock has treated my family.We recently moved across the country. In doing so, our initial plan for storing our belongings fell through and we were forced to make a rushed decision to place all of our belongings into storage.A few days after we got everything moved in, the area received a large amount of rain. Unfortunately, the drainage system at this particular storage facility is not capable of handling the run off. Keep in mind that the immediate area around the facility did not flood, but the parking lot did. Store-N-Lock had only one job - keep our belongings safe from the elements. The drainage system is insufficient to handle the amount of rain received during the monsoon season here. The units that sit at the lower end of the property all flooded while the insufficient drainage system was failing. This left about 6 of water in our unit, affecting everything it touched, including 5 TVs and monitors that were purposefully placed on the ground, a large pile of my wifes leather boots and shoes, tons of clothing, furniture, printed papers, etc.We were not notified that the unit had received flood water, even though some other units were notified. Had we known there was a water issue, we could possibly have saved some of our belongings. As it was, I only learned of the damage several days later when I stopped by the unit. Then, I discovered a substantial amount of mold throughout all of our belongings, including a ton of my wifes teaching materials which were all stored in this unit.Luckily for us, we did have renters insurance. However, unluckily for us, renters insurance does not cover ground water, so ALL l of the liability fell onto us.When we approached Store-N-Lock management about the situation, we were repeatedly told that we forfeited away any rights when we signed the waiver, which they said shielded them from any responsibility. The extent of their assistance was to offer a list of movers who could help us move our stuff out of the storage unit (and offer cardboard boxes to repack). I can honestly say I have never had a business be this impersonal and unwilling to fix the issues they caused.To be completely transparent, I think there are a couple of faults here:1) The processes put in place by Store-N-Lock corporate prevents the local management from acting like human beings and actually caring about their customers.2) The local management was not willing to report my concerns to corporate and was more concerned about protecting their own jobs. If the previous issue above was not an issue, corporate would WANT their local management to communicate with them on matters like this.Had this facility been designed with a sufficient drainage system, this would never have been an issue. As it is, we have had to discard quite of our things that we just moved all the way across the country.We have been blown away with the great welcome we have received in this town. However, our relationship with Store-N-Lock has been just the opposite and a huge black eye on an otherwise impeccable experience.There is no way I would ever trust another Store-N-Lock facility after this experience.In full disclosure, since the incident, local management has provided an additional storage unit for us to spread some stuff out, for which they will begin billing us for in two days. However, we did have to hire movers to come in, move all of the stuff out, place pallets below everything, and move it all back in.If you rent here during monsoon season, I HIGHLY suggest you get flood insurance on your belongings as your things will definitely not be protected from ground water here. I was told by management that they would NOT be making any changes to their drainage system due to this incident, again not providing the expected service.YOU HAD ONE JOB.

The owners are very nice but as far as storing your things there I wouldnt do it! 1st, they raise their prices $20 every 6 months! 2nd, there are mice and rats that got into my boxes and things and ruined them so I had to throw a ton of things away. If you care anything about keeping your things in good condition Id go somewhere else!

We rented 2 storage units while our house was being built and couldnt have picked a better place. Ryan and Pam were very friendly and helpful and the units as well as the entire facility were very clean and well kept. We just emptied the last unit this week! But if we ever need a storage unit again, this is where well go.

Very well run! I have no complaints other than the climate control units i thought would be better. My art supplies i had to take out becausr it got too cold over the winter.

Working with Pam was real pleasant and a breeze. Our move from Denver to St. George was pretty stressful and she made it easy. Would have given a 5 star, however, they refused to let us use the facility dumpster to throw away some broken rakes and vases! Pretty ridiculous policy! They should take the dumpster away if they are going to keep it locked and not let the customers use it. They claim it is for their personal use. What a waste of resources when it ends up practically empty when it gets picked up! Let the people use it!! Be a little more like Brigham Young (practical) and use things to better serve the people!

Acquiring our storage at STOR-N-LOCK has been a wonderful experience for my family of four and I! We did everything via phone and e-mail so no human contact in the middle of Covid-19. Our indoor climate controlled unit with manager on site is very clean, close to the exit door for loading and unloading and the facility provides courtesy rolling carts. We highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

I have used STOR-N-LOCK a few times since I moved into the area and I couldn’t be more pleased. The facility is very nice and management is super to work with. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Stored all of our stuff there for a year after we sold our home. We had a 10x10 and a 10x15 climate control units with indoor access. We were able to fit all of our belongings in there stacked to the ceiling. They hold more than you think. The managers are nice and helpful. I like that the units are climate controlled and armed with an alarm system for each individual unit. The only thing to be aware of is you dont get any prorated rent back for the remainder of the month when you vacate the unit. We moved the first week of the month and had to pay for the entire month. Had I known that, we would have taken our time moving and closed the account out at the end of the month. That way they couldnt double dip on the rent...ours plus a new tenant. Other than that, we were very pleased with the service we received.

Even during the tough times we are facing, Ryan and Pam have done a great job in helping me find a new storage unit at a great location with great security features. I wish it was closer to my home, but I am glad to have found a place that is as clean and secure as STOR-N-LOCK.

We moved from Florida. We were able to set up the rental over the phone quickly. The units we rented were available when we showed up. The units were clean and secure.

I have used other storage businesses in the past in Southern Utah and have always had some sort of issue - But not with Stor-n-lock! Ever since I took my business here its been nothing but GOOD! I love that the managers live on site above the units and they can see everything. The units are clean, the security is tight and I have full confidence that my stored items are safe. I wont go anywhere else!

On an overcast Saturday in November of 2010, two days after Thanksgiving, I moved out of my Park City home after losing it to foreclosure. I came to the St. George area at the mercy of family with nothing to my name, but the a few possessions that I cherished or could use in the future, if and when good fortune would turn in my favor once again. I stored those possessions at this establishment two months shy of 8 years!My only complaint would be the constant rent increases Stor-n-lock would impose, but the managers were quick to intercede on my behalf -many times the rent increase was either cut or not imposed. If you need to store your possession - you cant go wrong here. The units are clean and the facility is well maintained.

A little expensive, and I wish that there was more convenient hours. But I really liked the staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. The times they did not answer they called back very promptly.
