I bought some pool equipment from this business. I had issues with the equipment but nothing that the company had done. I called and spoke to a manager and they were very professional and very polite and helped me fix my issue. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that plays pool. They have a very wide selection of pool cues and cases.

USPS of course took a while to deliver, but Omega Billiards was always available to answer my questions and stayed committed to making sure I got what I purchased. Bought all of my Pool Sticks here. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they dont have what you want they will order it for you. In addition their prices are very reasonable.

Staff was very informative and patient. I commend them because I came in the store Saturday 45 minutes before they closed not knowing what wanted. I was also doing a little bit of window shopping at first, but I realized they had quality equipment at affordable prices and I am glad I took the time to stop in there.

Great selection on cues, friendly and helpful staff sold me a 9ft diamond table and I couldnt be happier.

All about the quick buck. I went into Omega Friday night and purchased a Predator cue and shaft from them. I was originally only going in for a shaft but they pushed the 30 day money back warranty as long as it was in 100% condition so I went ahead and bought a $500 Predator and $60 extension. I played a little Friday and didnt like it so I went to return it Monday morning. As soon as I walked in I knew this return was going to be difficult. I wasnt greeted the same way I normally was and they took there time getting to me. Once inspected and agreed it was a 100% they said they would do the return for a 20% restocking fee. This fee was never mentioned when selling me the cue. They pointed to a sign taped to the cluttered counter (that I was never at during the purchase process). I would have never purchased the cue knowing it would cost me $100 to try it out for one night. They wouldnt budge on the restocking fee so they have lost my business forever. Not a good way to do business.

This is hands down the best billiards store I have ever been to. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I picked up an ob shaft at a price lower than eBay or Amazon.

Great new billiards store in DFW. They just opened their store front late 2012 and Im glad they did. This will now be my billiards store of choice. Ive always been a FW Billiards guy mostly because that was all I knew existed. Omega isnt highly advertised on Google and I had to search hard to find them, but I am glad I finally came across them.I went in trying to find a break/jump cue. I sort of knew what I was looking for and the staff was more than willing and able to help guide me to my final decision. I spent close to 2 hours talking about and testing out their B/J cue selection.Things that are great about the store: (1) Largest selection of shooting cues in any DFW store I have seen (ranging from beginner $50 cues to expert $5000 cues.) (2) They actually let you try cues before you buy them (as in they let you fully chalk a cue and play a game on their testing table. (3) Expert highly knowledgeable staff that can talk pros and cons while not trying to upsell you like other stores that I previously mentioned.100% recommend going to this store. A++ rating. Prices are well within what you see listed on online stores, but you get to physically handle a cue before you purchase.Finally, great selection of cue cases. Omega actually produces 3 of their own house brands of cues and cue cases. Quality products and prices.
