I hate this store. Dressing rooms are never open because staff are too lazy to put clothes back and they only will exchange items or get store credit. no refunds if it didnt fit and ofc you wont know if it fits since you cant try it on!!!

My son was crying and needed to eat and the employees would not allow me to breast feed my four month old baby in the fitting rooms because they were closed. I was not bringing any clothes in nor would anyone else be in there with me. Just doesn’t seem right that as a mother I was not able to breastfeed my baby. Disgusted and will never go back.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 0/10 when i went up there the manager Joy wasn’t very joyful she was very rude and dismissive. It was my first time in the store and she acted like she couldn’t help me find ANYTHING, like i was just a bother to her. Definitely my first and last time shopping here

This store charged me $59 for a clearance item that was 5.99. I went back to return the item and the clerk Nancy was so rude. She wants to me return on Monday... sorry honey, this was your mistake! And on top of that gave me attitude, eye rolls and all. And when I asked for her name, she asked the other clerk in Spanish, what I wanted her name for. I am bilingual and understood her perfectly. I have no need to be putting up with nastiness. Yes, it’s a cheap store, and yes you get what you pay for...

Whenever, Im at the Mall I have to stop by this store. The prices and selection are good.
