Mary was kind and very knowledgeable. She helped me repair a my moms glasses the same day I brought them in. She explained about the cost with and without insurance and worked to get my mom the best price! She took the time needed to make sure my mom had exactly what she needed! There is not a wide variety of frame brands, however one has to remember that it is target. I had my eyes examined in an office just to the left of the main shopping entrance. They were very efficient and personable. I took my perscription to the optical department front and center just inside target. They were also very personable and transparent. I was informed that my glasses had arrived about 5 days later. Glasses are great.

I have been coming here for years for me and my kids and purchased about 15 different glasses from them over the years for all three of us.They have always been great to work with and helped with whatever we needed at the time. When my son lost his glasses, they went above and beyond to get a new pair to him in the easiest, fastest and least expensive way possible - even when that meant more paper work for them. Nothing but good experiences for us!

After a month I still dont have my glasses. They made them wrong, I return to have them checked and they tell me that they are fine. I consult with my eye doctor and he confirms my prescription, I return and they say they are fine again. At the end and after two visits, they recognized that they have new staff and they made a mistake when having my glasses made.

After reading the reviews I was expecting a poor experience here, but it was quite the opposite. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My appointment began on time and the experience overall was very pleasant. Dr. Rodriguez is professional, listened well and made sure all my questions were answered. Ill definitely come back and I encourage others to as well.

I have just had the worst go-around with Target Optics. They refused to allow me to order the brand that I know works for my eyes, and instead tried to make me order the brand they gave me, which was absolutely terrible. This is something that is very abnormal, and I have never had this kind of issue with another optometrist. I do not trust that they know what they are doing, and do not believe they are being 100% truthful. Unless you want a three-day headache, do not go to them.

Great staff! came here about a month ago and ordered some glasses and contacts and i didnt have any problem. I also just finished ordering my 2 girls some glasses and they love them as well. Id definitely come back in the future.

Worst experience ever. Staff was very friendly until they get your money then everything goes downhill. My wife ordered her glasses and got a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. The sunglasses came in and there was a gap at the top and bottom of the lens and it looked like they were about to pop out so she asked to have them fixed.They sent them off to be fixed and when returned one of the lenses was jagged on the edge and caused scratches. When asked about this the manager replied that it would be $25 extra to file it down. We stated that we would not be getting our sons glasses there and her attitude was well that is your choice. Of course they say this after they have already gotten $800+ in glasses from me, my wife, and our daughter.I will never buy glasses here again and caution everyone else to never shop here.

Do not shop for glasses here. They upsell you without asking. I was sold glasses that are bent and warped, and contacting Targets Customer Relations is a waste of time. Four weeks, and over $200.00 after my insurance benefits, and I am still dealing with a warped and bent frame. Deceitful sales practices, over 40 years of wearing glasses, and never have I had this experience.

Do not get your glasses here waited over 40 minutes with my family to not be served. If you want to waste time go there.!!

Always adding on co pays that are not needed, do NOT shop for glasses here!
