Amazing service here. I went in to find an engagement ring and the staff made the experience easy and stress free.
Jared really stands heads above their competition. Their selection is great and reasonably priced. Most importantly, their staff is knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the selection process, as they did again today. This Hurst and other locations have consistently been very helpful to me through the years, and my wife has always been thrilled with the results.
I used to regard Jared customer service high; however it has gone completely down hill. It started with an order with 5 pieces and I received all but one which was never delivered In July. It was lost by ups and instead Jared didn’t handle it right, they didn’t try that hard package was never found nor did they to resend product. They billed us for the products month before actually receiving them I paid the bill in full. So I had to wait till august to get a credit on our account. Then I call which the statement shows you can have the credit balance electronically deposited into your checking account but they say we don’t qualify for that. So know I have to wait for 14 days for a check. For three months I had to call and follow up they never call you for updates. They held my money for for over two months and acknowledge no accountability for their part. To be honest I’m not holding my breath for the check for the first time I requested it but time will tell. I have called so many times wasting hours on hold. Waiting for refund check...... we have been a loyal good customer with Jared over three years, never made a late payment go for every cleaning and inspection. Don’t order online it is a complete nightmare.
Went to return an item and it was very easy. Additionally, the staff there were very accommodating. Have you ever wanted to spend money because the people were so nice? Thats how I felt while in Jared.
Really nice people!!! MResha great,nice, sweet!!! Steven great people!!!! Well see if they can fix what they messed up. As much as Im not excited about my ring. They did what they could. Being that my ring wasnt from them, that the when you get something handmade it wont be the same. My diamonds on the new are smaller, spacing is a little off, the gold of the bands are more even. What do you want us to do. I wasnt wanting to spend more money so Im hoping for a big discount.
For Christmas, I upgraded my wifes engagement ring. We added a new larger diamond to the center. This Jareds location is the best around. If there is ever a need for jewelry we always head to this Jareds. The staff and sales team are top notch and friendly.

We purchased a wedding band here a few years ago, I looked everywhere to find the perfect band to go with my wedding ring, (as I do not have a traditional wedding ring it wasn’t an easy thing to find!) a week ago we brought both my wedding rings to be resized, sadly they wouldn’t resize my wedding ring, they said they were concerned with discoloring the stone, which is okay, I was thinking it was probably due to the fact we did not purchase the ring from them, no big deal. The guy that helped us was so nice and very professional, (can’t remember his name). My ring looks great and I am very happy!

The more I have to deal with store, the more I hate Jareds! My fiance and I went in and purchased my wedding set and a ring for him... that experience was great, however every other experience (yes, there have been many!), in dealing with this store has been less than decent. Lies, followed by more lies, lack of availability to serve &/or assist customers (especially after a LARGE purchase), being asked for papers to prove a medical condition, being kicked out of the store in front of many customers on a busy Saturday after being humiliated. Im totally dissatisfied with the lack of compassion and professionalism from this store. Well likely be returning everything to do business elsewhere. I love my rings but Im happy to return them to do business where Ill actually get great customer service.
My girlfriend and I went in today to purchase promise rings for each other with no expectations. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and offered water. We were taken care of by Jill and David. We felt comfortable and not pressured into a purchase which was appreciated. We also did not feel judged at all and were very pleased with the customer service. They explained everything in detail and gave us any information helpful. We will definitely be coming to this location for future purchases.

Ive used Jareds to repair my wifes engagement ring a few months back and just recently had them repair my wifes wedding bands and both times theyve gone above and beyond on the repairs and them look better than when I got them originally!!
Ive purchased several expensive pieces of jewelry from the Hurst location over the past few years. The customer service was outstanding. However, since the pandemic started, this store has gone downhill. In fact, all of Jareds has. Be careful about any warranty work that has been purchased. It may not be available soon.

My girlfriend and I were pretty put off months ago with our window shopping trips to a dozen other jewelry stores. All sales staff were either rushed or very pushy. Admittedly, we did the tour of stores In the mall first and stumbled upon Jared after seeing their store while leaving. It was then that we began our amazing custom ring experience with Jared with the help of M’Resha. She took a handful of ring ideas that we liked, used some sentimental family diamonds and created an AMAZING custom engagement ring for us. I was able to give this to her yesterday to my now fiancé, and we could NOT be more pleased with the result and our experience as a whole. Just really glad we stopped in the day that we did!

They were so helpful! I came in to get my ring cleaned and was curious about the trade in deal. They took their time with me and I was able to find a new ring and another item that I had been looking for. I love that they have jewelers in store to mount and get everything done. They had my ring ready for the next day !! Definitely will be coming back
I can only give this store 3 stars because most of the employees Ive dealt with here are either incredibly pushy, or just ignorant, having to consult the manager for ever single question posed. The exception to this rule is Diego. If this review were about Diego only, it would be 5 stars, hands down. He was friendly, never pushy, and is the gem of this location. I gave him my budget, and he only brought me pieces within it. He thought creatively, and brought multiple pieces to mix and match to ensure we got the look I was going for. Every other person that I spoke with (5 different people) made me feel uncomfortable, trying to push me beyond my budget. You can always open up a Jared card! I take my budget very seriously, and dont purchase things on credit to be paid off later. I explained multiple times that it wasnt that I didnt have the money, just that I didnt want to spend beyond what I had planned for. Diego was the only employee, manager or otherwise, that took this to heart. He was amazing! My advice - call and set up an appointment with him before going into the store.One last note - save yourself a headache, and accept a bottle of water or cup of coffee from the first person that asks you if you want one...even if you dont. If you say no, every person working in the store will come by to ask you if they can get you one.
Honestly these 5 stars are for Diego alone. He helped me find the perfect band/diamond for my fiance and was flexible in honoring the Winter discount price when I bought it a few days after it ended. Diego was also able to clear up confusion when it came to my wedding band after the assistant manager didnt even try to figure it out the day prior. Not sure why Amy is the assistant manager when she didnt even try to solve our issue. Thank you for your help Diego!
I got my engagement ring sized here (bought it elsewhere) and I couldnt be happier with the results. Katherine helped me figure out what size I needed. I dont wear jewelry really so I didnt know. My ring was ready the very next day, and even though it had to be sized down quite a bit, it looks flawless. Katherine was exactly right on the size, it fits perfectly. They assured me that if I had any issues, they would take care of it. Id recommend Jared to anyone.

I have spent a substantial amount money on jewelry from this Hurst location. First, I purchased my wedding band set from Lorna, who was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Im extremely particular, and I went in saying, Im very picky, and I have no idea what I want. (Every sales persons worse dream, Im sure). She was very knowledgeable, gave an honest opinion, and she knew her stuff. In the end she found me my dream set from a few Pintrest pictures and a few general style questions. I ended up needing to exchange my center stone AFTER the return policy was over, and Lorna made it happen. I love my ring it is PERFECTION, and I get compliments everywhere I go. Today we returned to purchase diamond studs from Reggie. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he made the experience fun. He was very patient and accommodating of our unique requests during the browsing time, and he allowed us time to ourselves to discuss the financing portion of the purchase. If you are searching for quality jewelry, and quality people, look no further than Lorna and Reggie at the Hurst location.
The jewelry is beautiful, however its never appraised at the value they tell you it will be appraised. Also if you have a warranty and you lose a stone..... the replacement isnt of the same value. I lost a center stone with the serial number engraved in it and the replacement stone does not have a number. 🤔 That being said the staff is always very nice and are not pushy if I say Im not looking to upgrade they leave it at that.
Tori, the sales representative we worked with, was very respectful of our budget. She had a low pressure approach and was very patient with us. Weve only had the engagement ring we purchased for three weeks, but so far were impressed with the quality and value.
Rob Hall and team were very professional, patient and courteous. I did not feel any pressure to buy any item and I love that. I did not meet the person who repaired my ring but I can tell you he/she did an awesome job! I had the same ring repaired at another jeweler a few years back but I did not realize what a bad job they did until Jareds repaired the same ring! Thank you! Awesome job!
The customer service was excellent! I felt welcomed and felt at ease since the staff was vastly knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional. Now the Point of Service system that Jared still uses is very much outdated to the point where it refused to finalize my pick up at store order and the employee had to cancel my order and refund my money to my card. Unfortunately my bank sends out an alert to both my wifes email and my own. So to say the least this ended up spoiling my surprise gift for her and I will no longer have the element of surprise for her amazing gift. I would have given a five star rating if it werent for the outdated corporate system and spoiling the surprise.Fortunately enough I was carrying cash with me just in case something like this happened. So good for me.
I’ve been here 20 minutes, standing at the counter, only 1 girl here at work, 1 couple walked out already, another couple is waiting. I get it I have to wait my turn, but there is only a security guard, jewelry repair staff in the back, and 1 sales person. She doesn’t even attempt to multitask even to answer questions of other guests. I called the phone and she let it ring 15 times. This is absurd, she took 20 minutes to finally say I’ll be with you soon, I said thank you for saying so, wished you had said that when I got here 20 minutes ago, it would have made me feel like a valued customer. ————update, she is super nice so raised stars from 1 to 2. —————-2nd update, giving a 3rd star, she dug up a $10 off coupon for my jewelry repair. Thank you. ——————update, she was super pleasant when sizing all my fingers for a future ring purchase, then cleaned my class ring for me. She earned the 4 stars, unfortunately Jared’s can’t get 5 from me this time, a 2nd sales person should have been here AND sales staff should acknowledge customers AND let us know there will be a wait rather than ignoring us. Also Answer the phone and take a message, you’re losing business letting it ring 15 times.

I have had to take my wedding band in many times for repairs. It has a setting with unique side diamonds that Jared has explained are not your standard pear shape. This was a ring they designed and sold. Unfortunately those side diamonds keep falling out. The first time I took it in for repairs, the diamond fell out the same day we picked it up. Since then Ive had to bring it in at least two more times. Each repair is beyond frustrating. They have never had the ring ready when they say they will and they never call you to tell you. Each time I show to pick my ring up Im told there were delays and they are so sorry noone called me. They assure me it wont happen again. I explain they say that each time and Im promised a personal call from me when youre ring is ready. Im still waiting for that phone call. I guess once the sale is made, including that extended warranty, youre no longer a valuable customer.

This Jared is the best in the DFW area. From the day we first walked (after getting the run-around from two other stores), we were treated with respect and kindness. My partner and I created custom wedding rings from this location that turned out beautiful and just the way we dreamed they would be. Tori and Diego walked us through the process and even tweaked the design for us once during the mock-up phase. They were so throughout that they could also envision the rings as we designed them. The finished rings are perfect! I will always come here for all my jewelry needs (custom or inventory).

I picked Jareds because of their good reviews. I Had my ring resized and also has to have a new head put on it. It had been missing a prong for years. The repairs are done in house. They also cleaned my husbands ring. It was super quick and half the price of what a competitor had quoted me.They also had a play area for kids. Super nice place. My first time there but ill be back!

This was my very first visit and I tell you what and I really had a good time there theyre very helpful the two girls that helped me there were Amy and Tori they were excellent and I recommend you go visit them and see what they could do for you they took their time to show me many different things I told him it was for my 35th wedding anniversary and they were very helpful to find exactly what I needed and in my price range Ill go back there again and Ill visit theyre wonderful there and I had a good time they kept me in budget so thats a thats a bonus

Horrible experience with this store! I ordered 3 rings one which was my wife wedding band. Two rings came in within two weeks. Hers was supposed to be in after 3 weeks. They were supposed too call me once in. I never received a call. So I called them and they couldnt find her order. They told me they will look for it and call back. Nothing at all no call and no ring. I called a week later and they said it was never ordered! Never will I do business here again.

We took my wifes wedding ring in for repairs and they tried to rip us off. In addition to other repairs we had done, we also paid $450 dollars to have the original headset (white gold) replaced with a platinum one. We are pretty certain they just re-tipped the headset instead of replacing it. Re-tipping would have cost us about $80, They said they replaced it with white gold by mistake. Replacing the headset with white gold would have cost us $150. A $300 oversight on their part, thats weird. They fixed the problem but only after we caught them. Very deceptive! Also had them replace a smaller dimaond in the ring but they didnt set it right. It was so loose you could move it with your finger. Buying jewelry from here might be a different experience but getting jewery repaired here was a HUGE mistake for us. Dont make the same mistake we did.
Horrible. .....i took my wedding ring in for my 6th month warranty inspection at Jared in Southlake..... They cracked!!!! The main diamond. ....how does that happen....was told they would replace it or the ring its self....didnt get Im sorry....nothing....was told i would have it back in 3 weeks.......2 an a half MONTHS later...nothing. ...i called them every week after the time past....they were Rude..Rude when my husband and I went in to pick it up.... so today i went to get another inspection done.....not wanting to go...since everything that happened last time..... i went to Hurst.....walked in 10 minutes later....Not one person acknowledged me....walked up to counter. ....3-4 employees standing Talking.... Finally. ....i had enough an left....by far the Worst customer service. ...Never again. ...i will find some where else to service my wedding ring..

Better than Hulen!!! Took care of us after we waited for over 45 minutes at the Hulen location. Would give 5 star but had two issues. First, the rep was unable to explain the issue with not sizing my ring at 1/4 size. It took us going to Zales at the Hulen Mall to find our clear answer. We found the same ring for half price at Zales as well. Second, we encountered an issue with the woman we picked my ring up from. We bought my wifes ring and ordered mine since they did not have in store. Went back to get mine. Found out I would be charged interest since I was making two purchases and not one(not my fault my ring was not in store). When talking to the rep at the counter she came off as nasty to us about having to make her email corporate to get that changed. However, the rep who helped us buy the rings was great. I felt no pressure at all in picking our rings(even though I knew what I wanted).
