We will never consider shopping at this place again. A bag shows available online, my wife drives almost an hour to look at/buy it and it’s being held in the back for another individual until the weekend. Mind you it’s WEDNESDAY! The staff were very unhelpful and unwilling to check with the other customer to gauge intent to purchase. Keeks was willing to pass up an immediate given sale for a possible sale 3-4 days out. Shop elsewhere. The other low star ratings on this Hurst store are accurate.

What a great experience! It was my first time in the store, I was looking for a gift and the staff was amazing in helping me pick something out. They were well informed of each designer and bag that they had and Sara helped me decide on the perfect bag! I cant wait to give it to my sister, thank you for your help Keeks staff! I highly recommend this store!

Best thing about this store is everyone is so friendly and courteous. I really appreciated how the staff was very helpful in suggesting something that i could work with my budget. Sarah showed me a few wallets diff brands and prices. Even when i decided to not make a purchase she still asked me to come back and offered to help when i was ready to make a purchase. No pressure and no judgment just good ol fashion friendly customer service.

They offered me $80 for a brand spanking new pair of Chanel sunglasses (originally 540$) with the receipt.They said oh we can’t take anything with scratches it absolutely has zero scratches it is in perfect condition because it’s been sitting in the box for over three months since they were purchased. Never been worn.Then again I should’ve figured based off of all the one star reviews well here’s another one.

Today was the first day I walked into the Northeast Mall location.I talked to the store associate Ebony and she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.The LV monogram wallet I was looking for was not in stock at this location,but Ebony took the effort to check at the other store locations and informed me where I could purchase one.She gave exceptional customer service!!!!

The store in Plano is great! This location is awful, sales associates are not friendly, the store itself is not aesthetically pleasing.Please hire more better sales associates!

This place is a joke. I stopped by to check out this store when I was ignored witnessed racial discrimination and even witnessed the girl who seemed to be the manager rate the store. Very churlish and grotty in practice.

Finally a store where I wont be follow, they have basically great handbags, wallets, footwear in superb condition sold in a reduced price, in my opinion still waay to expensive but I can touch it and model on myself if I want to. Im talking Fendi,Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc.etc, check it out!

Between the Hurst and Southlake locations Ive purchased 5 LV bags, a pouch, a bag charm and many Kendra Scott items too. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. They give honest feedback and make wonderful recomendations. I will never buy luxury items elsewhere if Keeks has it. Sydney is especially wonderful. She will even call you to tell you when items youve been looking for come in. I cant recommend this store enough #

This store has always had horrible customer service. The lady that runs it is rude. I have bought things here before but I will never return. I called before driving 40 minutes to get a purse they had the day before and she wouldn’t even look to see if they had it. She was very rude about it and when I told her it’s bad customer service she said “thank you, have a good day, thanks for calling”. They just lost a guaranteed sale. I wish I could return what I have purchased in the past.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I walked in this store and asked the lady what the smallest size they carried was and she said “which shoe” I wasn’t looking at a specific shoe at that moment so I just told her that I’d just like to know IN GENERAL what’s the smallest size they normally carry & she sarcastically said “well why don’t I just check every shoe for you and find out” I decided to tell her you know what never mind and began to walk out the store telling my husband in Spanish to let’s just go and she proceeded to say “ADIOS” loudly. I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as this in my life. WILL NEVER WALK INSIDE THIS STORE AGAIN.

I had my Chanel bag authenticated for a very small fee. KEEKS specializes in reselling designer bags and other items and assessories.

Took in a Michael Kors Hamilton (Large) in Aqua. It is in damn near perfect condition with the exception of a half inch pen mark on a bottom corner.... you have to search for it to see it. Finishings and interior are flawless. They told me it would resale for $50 and they offered $20. The purse is $368 +tax new, and while Im not expecting anything near that, $20 is a joke. ESPECIALLY, when they have smaller (and visibly damaged) MKs selling for $100-$250.

Sold a purse here. I didnt buy anything.
