Weve attempted to go to Lids the past three times we have been in the mall. Each time the Lids store was closed but the mall was open. The fourth attempt, the store was finally open, when we went to check out, we were told their systems were down and to come back later. We will not be attempting again. Several other stores in the mall stated Lids makes their own hours and do not always open when the mall does - what? Makes no sense.

They were Johnny on the spot...had a good selection of hats and even though they were closing,I didnt feel rushed.....

This is by far the worst lids store Ive ever been to. We purchased 2 hats and wanted them embroidered in the usual font we embroider hats in. They flat out refused and tried to say all lids are only doing certain fonts for the holidays. We left and took the hats to the lids in the parks mall where they happily embroidered them for us. This lids could learn from the guys in arlington!

Store is fine. Guy seemed friendly. Kiosk by food court is terrible. Have twice tried to send me to the store for an item Ive ordered online without really looking to see that they actually had it. Store good. Kiosk bad.

Rude and ignorant sales associate! Had a hat in hand to purchase and due to the lack of help and rudeness, put on the counter and left! If your employees do not want to deal with the public, dont hire them! I have bought well over $500.00 on hats in this place...NEVER AGAIN!

If it wasnt for Derrick being patient and understanding I wouldnt rate this store 2 stars. Came in today to get some custom embroidery done and before it was even started the so called manager was rude to my wife. Then after round one with a cap in which I was trying to get a letter T on the front it was crooked and off center. The second attempt I opted for a longhorn logo on the front and a on inch Texas next to the bill. The longhorn was cut off above the nose and the state Texas looked like a yellow blotch on the cap like she started it then stopped and stared it again a little higher. If this is the quality of work that a manger does the Lids or whoever really needs to check the work of who they put in the position. You cant be a manager and do crappy work, it doesnt make sense. Ive had caps done here before long ago and great work was done but this manager here now.....I wont be returning for a while or have her do another cap for me ever.
