Every time I come in I am greeted right away with kind and smiling faces. Chrissi and Jeremy are always so friendly and helpful. Coming in to the Vitamin Shoppe is always one of the highlights of my week because of the warm atmosphere they have created. I will definitely be a customer for life. Great place to get all vitamin needs

My first time going there to shop and lucked into a sale on some much needed protein shakes.

I have been going to Vitamin Shoppe for some time. I have always been able to get anything I needed in store. I had problem getting store brand potassium. Was told because of COVID not all manufacturing was up to speed. Was also told mail orders are handled before store stock. Have never ordered by mail. Took another brand until store brand is available.

This place is always clean, which of course, definite plus.About 98% of the time they have what you are looking for but sometimes, its sold out.The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive asked many questions and there were responses from all of them.Only bad thing, watch traffic because some people are not intelligent enough to use the road instead of trying to cut through the parking lot.

Jeremy and Rich were one of the most helpful workers that I have ever encountered at the Vitamin Shoppe. They were very knowledgeable about products and very helpful. Anytime these gentlemen work I wouldn’t have a second thought about coming here for service. This is one of the best encounters I’ve ever had. Thank u so much guys. 5 stars most definitely.

The actual store is AWESOME! Employees are extremely helpful and the store is spotless!However, once you sign up with them, you literally receive 10 emails a day from them or their partner businesses. OVERKILL at its finest and makes me never want to walk in to one of their stores again. (Yes, I did use the unsubscribe option for them, and about 30 of their partners, but the emails are STILL coming in.). As wonderful as the stores are, with knowledgeable employees, the corporate holder should really stand behind their employees and the products they sell. Stop the silliness or you will lose substantially more business!

I often buy most of my supplements from this store. Great staff, wide selection of different brands of everything you need to help reach your goals.

I wouldt even leave a star, but it makes you. After my email said my purchase could be picked up at the store, I got there and they didnt even have the product. Meanwhile, they drew the money from my bank account. Manager, Jeremy, was very rude and sarcastic. Not much help. Be careful at the Hurst location.

The best place to go for protein and supplements if you are serious about the gym. Use your phone and Amazon because they price match sometimes. It doesnt always work but it can save you a few bucks here and there.

I had to show up five minutes before the store closed. I expected to be rushed but an employee named Steph was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful.She helped me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her.

I wish I would stop coming into these PARTICULAR, LOCATIONS. So far, Ive spent the better part of an hour today, & I, SWEAR, I always seem to be the only black woman who goes into all these locations where there are white employees & NEVER, EVER, has a single white employee EVER, made my shopping experience hospitable. All the other white shoppers who walk into these stores are greeted @ the door, the employees are pleasant, walk up to the customers/ask if the customer requires assistance, they assist the customer, even up to offering to carry the customers purchases up to the counter & assist the customer w/checking out. Not that Im requiring assistance like Im handicapped or anything, BUT, THIS, COMPANY, ACTUALLY, SUPPORTS, LOW-KEY, DISCRIMINATION, esp. against black people! I, REALLY, WISH, I, COULD, GIVE, THIS, COMPANY, ZERO, STARS! VERY, DISGUSTING!

I am sooooooo done with this company! Got what i needed (and the phone calls by staff to make sure it was allergen free) at Natural Grocer👍. A place that deserves and needs to be supported anyway. (Needed because they support organic farms, which there are still few of.)I would rather not sit here and describe the nasty experience that prompted me to call corporate immediately upon leaving vitamin shoppe.

I take my mom because she likes to be able to read labels. You can get all that and more cheaper on the net. Not from there.

They have many items that GNC does not carry but the staff, like GNC is not that knowledgeable about supplements. They are more clerks that point to what you ask for and work to upsell you verse actually being informed about the products they sell.

Kind and helpful staff, along with a great selection of products.

If you need a supplement in a pinch this place is better than GNC.

From the second I walked in I could tell that the employees received commission. (AN-NOY-ING.) He tried to upsell me and convince me he was a really honest person (#1 sign that person isnt honest), but everything was really overpriced so I ended up not buying anything. As I headed towards the door, I thought Id say goodbye to the guy that had helped me, instead of him turning around to look for me five minutes later and realize Id snuck out. Bye, and thanks! I said to him. We made eye contact, and then he turned and walked away. It was a pretty awkward moment, so another guy tried to save it by stepping in and telling me bye.Rude. Awkward. Overpriced. And obnoxious.
