I had a wonderful experience at this Fossil store. It was very well kept: super clean and organized. Also, Meosha was wonderful and more than helpful in selling me on a watch! She suggested options for me based on my outfit for the evening and every choice was killer. She was kind, attentive, and overall a pleasure to talk to. Her service was 12/10, would definitely recommend, and I hope I run into her when I visit again.

This store was great. I went in the morning to look at Watches and Duffle bags and the Manager help me was very kind stayed and talked to me about all kinds of stuff really felt like a great relationship was being made right there in the store between customer and employee really recommend going to this fossil the people here are very friendly helpful and willing to make you smile on a cloudy day.

I loved this store. I was looking for a gift for my best friend who is very particular about what she wears. I described the last watch she had and her personality, then what I thought she might like but was completely out of ideas with so many styles to choose from. They narrowed it down to two, I bought one, and she loved it. Great customer service!

The staffs here is amazing. Customer service is A+. Everyone here is really nice and very knowledgeable. Maddie helped me out with the hybrid watch and got me in and out real quick.

Dont have enough merchandise (Men Belts)

The staff here is great. I actually didnt buy anything and just asked if they could change a link in my watch, since Fossil is known for their watches. Everyone was helpful in getting me to their watch expert, Adam (same name as me!). He was a pro - very friendly and got my non-Fossil watch to fit on me.That is service Ill always remember and probably head back their for more watch bands. The jeweler across the way didnt want to help me, and the watch repair shop in the same mall was going to charge me a whole lot - so I really have no reason to get to them when Fossil staff will always help me.

The store feels dark and dusty.

I didnt go to the store, but I called to ask about my repairing damage to my Fossil smartwatch and the staff was very helpful and well-informed. Quick response time as well.

Jamios (probably did not spell that right) was immaculate. I walked in, got what I asked for and got out in 5mins. Granted it was a Tuesday night; the staff here is more than happy to help anyway. I would recommend anyone ro come to this business and shop.
