Shannon the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I try to be an easy customer, but because of some last minute changes, I had to cancel my contract and redo the entire process. I also would call early and late, but she was always patient with me and very helpful! Great facility as well!

Ive had a storage unit here for over a year and can say that its a great place. Shannon is an amazing manager. So glad they brought her on board to be the manager. She is always so friendly and answers any questions I have. Ive never had any problems with the unit itself. They have all different sizes and helped me decide which size I need so that I wasnt paying for space I didnt need. I recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Incredible experience, the customer service is fabulous I worked with Shannon Callaghan. She was so friendly and professional. She took time to explain their policies and walked me out to make sure my combination code worked and then took me to my storage unit to make sure the location worked for me. I have stored trailers outside and furniture inside a unit at this location for nearly two years. The site is clean and secure. Shannon has always been kind and helpful. Never had any issues. I highly recommend the secure lock storage site in Hurst if you live anywhere in the surrounding area.

My wife and I recently moved to the area, and we needed storage space for a few months until we could get the new house settled. This location is very convenient, has easy access, low cost, and a very friendly staff. We were able to go month-to-month which was a great benefit. The facility is always very clean and orderly. The storage unit that we had was in great condition and remained clean and dry the entire time we used it. If I need storage in the future, I will absolutely use Securlock again. Great job!

Shannon has been a Godsend for the past year or so. Her kindness has been much appreciated with me having to move every 6 mos or so. I got there about 15 minutes prior to closing, and they were most attentive, patient and helpful. I had just moved my boat from another storage facility (probably should not bomb them in public, but call me and Ill tell you details) due to theft from my boat, and so she spent a good deal of time showing the security at their site and how they manage it.Prices are reasonable, access is good, customer service is great!I recommend them highly.

A very nice, clean and secure storage property with good camera coverage and competitive rates. The property manager Shannon is always smiling Everytime I come into the office and is more than accommodating for my storage needs. The box truck they offer is a huge life saver too.

Best place I have been so far. Manager is on top of things and always speaks with you directly if there is an issue. Property clean and secure. Only issue is the doors on units. They are very difficult to get open and heavy too.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to me the day that I walked in suddenly and needed a locker right away. She was so attentive to my needs and very understanding to my situation. I was only going to need a locker for a month and it actually only turned out that I needed it for 48 hours. You guys were able to refund all of my money except for the admin fee which is completely understandable. A refund was not needed or asked for but it was offered. I really appreciate all of your help with everything Kelly! Great place and if I ever need a unit again I will be going back or to a sister facility.

This place has been SO good to me over the years. Anytime Ive been late (which is more often then i like to admit) this is one of only a handful of companies over the years who I dont have to worry about charging me huge fees. BUT I can honestly say that every time I have ever called to make a payment whether late or not I have been met with nothing but extremely nice people who are more than happy to work with me and not make me feel like I am bothering them etc. I never thought I would have my stuff in storage for this long but such is life and things come up and plans change. I have never regreted or worried about my things being locked up with them cause I know my things are safe.
