My son in law and daughter bought doors from them and they are not calling back and fixing the problem. They bought through the Hutchinson store and have also tried the Wichita store to come fix the doors that arent working, also waiting for a replacement of a panel that was damaged. I recommend purchasing through Cheney door!!!!! They wont call them back after leaving a message!

The doors I received seem to be of good quality but the installation was sub par and waiting time and communication was very poor. I purchased 4 doors with the highest insulation value (R18) and is the only reason I gave them a star above minimum. The wait time was pretty bad as it took nearly 2.5 months when I was promised 40 days. No updates on when the doors would arrive or any eta. Finally when the doors showed up, (nearly twice as long as the original ship date) the techs (not their fault) would only work for roughly half a day or less as they were busy working on other jobs or repairs. Ive been calling for nearly 2 months (once every other week) to get someone to come out and repair the seals as the doors have leaked since day one both around the edges and the bottom seals. I keep being re-assured someone will be out shortly and have yet to see anyone. Obviously my 1 year warranty is slowly be etched away which is another reason I have detracted from their rating. One door panel was damaged upon shipping/installation and they have ordered the new one but Im not expecting it to be here anytime soon or even this year at the rate this company works. Id be curious to know if the garage doors at their store leak as bad as mine?

Probably should give them zero stars since I couldnt even get a tech to call me back...six days after they were supposed to show up. I probably wouldnt waste my time calling their Hutchinson store. Not worth your effort when they will not put in any of their own. Very disappointed. Called another company and they will be out today.EDIT: Updated to three stars upon further inspection. The door WAS fixed but I was not notified that a person was actually A) coming to my home, or B) at my home. Not even a receipt left in my door. The fix appears to be good though. Nice work there.

Great experience with this company. You wont be disappointed. Built a new house and had all doors and windows installed by Cheney door. (entry door and garage doors). Lots of selections made the wife very happy. The price was low enough that we had room in our budget for central vac system as well (highly recommended). They worked well with my contractors. Great crew and great customer service.

We called them this morning and they came this afternoon. Jack and Dakota were polite, friendly and professional. They made the repair and let me know what they had done.I would recommend without reservation.

I used Cheney door to work on our commercial garage door at the City of Inman shop. Matthew M. arrived and had us up and going very quickly. He was courteous and very knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again!

Had a busted door lift spring and they were out to replace it the same day and it took maybe 45 mins. Tech knew his trade and was courteous.

Place is a joke. Check around like I did BEFORE purchasing products. Like comparing apples to oranges....Response to owner: We didnt buy our doors from you, just needed a commercial bid. Your prices were right in line with all the other bids, but upon review of the technical info on all the bids we went with another supplier. I changed the rating because the salesman was nice and helpful.

Called first thing in the Morning. They sent Chris out within 2 hours. He replaced 2 springs in less than an hour! Very pleased with the work. Very Professional. Thank you Chris!

I have called for an estimate on work we need completed. When you look at Google Reviews, this Company doesnt look so hot. BUT - when you look on Angies List, they are 5 stars. It looks to me like someone from Reddi Industries is trying to re-direct customers from this reputable company to theirs. Remember: ANYONE can post a Google Review. Transactions are verified for them to post on Angies List. I am looking forward to doing business with this company.

Service was excellent and crew professional.

I had been fighting various door issues for a while, finally decided to call someone. I found a different garage door company in hutch that had great reviews on this site but they didn’t return my calls. I called Cheney door first thing Friday morning and they sent Paul the same afternoon.Paul replaced my extension springs with ones that were properly sized and made a few other adjustments. My old heavy garage door feels light and new again.Paul then explained a couple of routine maintenance tasks, and then checked a couple of more things to make sure everything was operating safely.I was hesitant to make Cheney door my fist call because of a couple of sub par reviews on this site, but I’m glad they were the ones that came to save the day. I would recommend Cheney door to anyone having overhead door issues. Thanks for the great service, Paul!

I had them repair 2 garage doors. They adjusted doors, replaced seals, and programed a new remote. They were very professional, and quick service. Would highly recommend for any garage door needs.

Im sick of dealing with this company. Their warranty and install was trash. Done with the excuses, Reddi Industries fixed it right.

Used to use Cheney door company quite a bit, but not anymore. I noticed on my last quote the prices are a lot higher than the other companies in the area.
