I used to love going to bookends, but the staff has become increasingly unfriendly. I don’t know why they have become more unfriendly but I’ve decided to buy books elsewhere after my last experience. They have a great selection of books but the atmosphere isn’t good anymore. Maybe I’ll try it again in a few years but for now I’m done.

I ALWAYS tried to go to the local book stores whenever I go on a country road trip. Well, we were greeted by a huge cat that was quite the acrobat and the owners said it was in charge. They were super friendly here. My favorite part was the little nooks (previously rooms) that had different book sections in them (fantasy (yes please!) romantic (no thanks!), kids (pass) and tons of antique, first edition books. I was massively in love with this book store! The family owners all greeted us and talked to us and the cat was a serious stunt man! This is one of my favorite places in town! It’s like a library, only you get to buy the books and take them home with you! The atmosphere is very relaxing and you can spend hours there!

Just love this place the women that work there are wonderful always helping me find my favorite authors and my favorite books. If they dont have it they find it for me for a great price cant ask for anything better than that?

I loved it! Being a book lover it was like a kid in a candy store. Books I read from days gone by are found as well books I want read. I found treasures for me as well as my grandkids.I look forward to next trip and finding more books to add to my be own personal book nook.

I neat place to find real books!

I went in just to look for a single book and only be there for a min. I spent almost an hour looking at there amazing collection. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am Multi-talented author Jae Byrd Wells and I approve of the wonderful staff, quality books, well stocked shelves and loyal customers. Pop in for a minute or an hour and youll walk out of there with adventures from the many nonfiction, and fiction portals.

I LOVE this store. It is my favorite place to get books for me and my son. You can find some incredible bargains. BUT it is also a great place to go if you need to clean out your books. Take your books you no longer want there and you get store credit. Then there are three days a month where you can pay with credit 100%. That is the first tuesday, second Saturday, and third thursday, of each month. Otherwise you can use your credit to pay 70% of your transaction when you go in.There is also a wagon filled with free kids books (one per kid), a lot of categories have their own rooms (and ENTIRE room of kids books), AND.... There is a store cat. His name is Mordrid and he amazing 🐱The staff is also really amazing and always friendly. The owners are AMAZING people.

They used to be a great place to sell books and buy books .now they have two young ladies that work there and they are flat out rude, they had no clue what they were doing and was confused with our questions..we used to get more for our money..
