I tried to put money on a vehicle to hold it for me because I was very interested in purchasing it, but didnt want to drive 1.5 hours away just to be told it had sold before I got there (which has happened at several dealerships or the car has been sold before it even arrived at the dealership) and the sales person was unwilling to work with me.

Finger prints around the door never wiped them off.Service was great.Service write up people was great.

I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of and decided to have some other concerns taken care of at the same time. This was my first contact with Valley Sales and I was very happy with the service I received. Every concern I had was taken care of except for the recall parts. They were ordered and the parts received were the wrong parts but those things happen. The parts were reordered and I will set up an appointment when they come in. Will be happy to send anyone to Valley Sales for service on their cars in the future.

Although the parts were back-ordered for a couple of months, when they arrived, the service team did a great job getting my vehicle in promptly for repairs. They even came to my work place to get the vehicle and returned it when the repairs were finished! Thanks guys!

We love Valley. Steve is the best at selling vehicles. We love the Enclaves. Dewayne is my favorite and always takes excellent care in the service area. Everyone is always friendly and gives me a nice greeting as I wait for my vehicle.

I was looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz and noticed there happened to be one right here at our local dealership! I went up valley sales and spoke to a salesman who actually was the previous owner of the vehicle. Took it out for a test drive and liked it. I was trading in a Silverado and was offered a very low ball offer on my trade. When my husband asked why they were offering such a low amount the manager said “that’s all it’s worth” they turned around and sold it for $7,000 more. My Silverado was sold off the lot less than a week after I traded it. Then the Mercedes I got I noticed about a few days after driving it that it was making noise in the front and valley offered to see if they could take a look at it but would talk to management for approval. Management denied the request to diagnose the Mercedes even. Well it’s been about 2 months and I took the Mercedes to a Mercedes dealer come to find out it has over $5,000 in repairs needed. I went to the same Mercedes service center that was used by the previous owner. The previous owner aka the salesman who sold me the Mercedes was informed 2x last year of all the work the car needed and declined the work when they recommended it. I would never use valley sales for anything EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. There a huge ripoff and don’t care about there customers. I have had a lot of work done on my vehicles in the past here due to accidents or just needing repairs andso I thought it was a good place. I will never go here again. To purchase a car or for service.

I went last Friday 4/16/2021 to get my oil changed. The Service Supervisor was very helpful, and professional. The receptionist was thoughtful, also helpful. All in all, a good experience.

Stopped in to see if I could get a new radio programed I got for my cadillac, I was told it would be about a wk. I asked if there was any way I could get in sooner because I have no radio, navigation etc. The gentleman said let me see what I can do. Well I got my radio programed 3hrs later. Apparently $20k isn’t enough for a truck with working air conditioning

Very smooth purchase of new vehicle

Kind of a disappointment. Went in there Friday discussing a truck we were interested in, and was told we would hear back on Monday regarding what all would be done to the truck. Monday came and we were told we had to wait until WEDNESDAY because the GM is the only one who does the deals and the sales guy was off Tuesday. The day comes for us to go check out the truck and my boyfriend had to call to confirm out appointment time, and the sales guy told him that someone just purchased it had been drove off the lot! Honestly, we had waited and was showing extreme interest just for us to get slapped in the face with that. We were looking for TWO vehicles and now they will not get my service at all!

We were on our way through town from the Twin Cities to South Dakota on a Saturday. Our Honda van had a flat tire! Lance in the service department took care of it...although they were extremely busy! Much appreciated and great service!

I live in the cities but Ill continue to make the hour and a half drive to this location. The overall experience and customer service is above and beyond. Was disappointed in the fact the salesperson couldnt answer questions honestly when I asked a question. misleading a customer to make a sale was more important than the truth. especially when it shows up in front of you on paper. The sad part is bought the vehicle anyway and they lost the chance to ever sell this customer a vehicle again. Was warned about buying a vehicle from here, now I know for myself

Friendly helpful staff, they were able to help me get everything going on the vehicle I bought they were informative about the process and didnt sugar coat or pursued me to take anything extra. They just gave me the details and let me decide what I thought would suit me and my needs. I want to say Thank You to the Valley dealership in Hutchinson and specifically Lance and the service department. We recently had work done on our Equinox and the final amount owed was close to $1,900.00. Lance went above and beyond to find a way to at least get $500.00 covered by GM. This morning I received a call from Heather, letting me know that GM has now covered the fix under warranty and Ill be getting a check back from them for $1,300. Wow, what a nice call to get on a Monday morning. Valley you did an outstanding job keeping this customer happy. Thank You!!!!

My review is based on the body shop experience I had - so Im not sure how it will reflect on the sales team if at all. In the beginning of August, I had an accident which was at the total fault of the other driver, so her insurance company had me use this body shop. I brought it in, they took photos, told me they were really busy but would give me an appointment date as soon as they could, but they were really busy and it would likely be sometime in early September. I didnt hear anything from them, thought maybe they were still busy...and then when early September came and went, I thought I would email them to find out what was going on. Turned out that very same day, I had missed my appointment - which they never informed me I had. So I got it rescheduled, fine. Then when they did the repair work, I kept getting the run-around on how long it would take. First it was by the end of the week, then it was that the parts didnt come in, then it was some part didnt fit...and all this time, at the beginning they had told me all the parts were there and ready for my vehicle. THEN when I finally get my car back well after the projected date, there were mystery scratches and dents in it. In the end, they took care of it and I didnt pay for anything since no portion of it was my fault - but, still. I would go anywhere else for body work before going here again.

Ok about 9 months ago, found a year 2016 silverado 60k miles.tires about 50% Got in and out when I bought it, same night driving around noticed the tires vibrate after 65mph. Wife brings it in the next day and the mechanic tells her its not safe to drive with those tires on it, valley said they would cover half of the set of tires. Im at work so I go in the next day and talk to the managers, now Ive spent 33 thousand dollars on this pickup, this truck has 22inch gm rims, I was okay that they were at 50% tread life but I didnt expect to have to buy tires right away so I had to sit and argue with the managers on my lunch break at work I drove my work truck there. After about an hour they asked me to go get my truck and come back so I do he gets a tread depth finder and looks at them and finally after another 30min he finally takes one for the team and just gets me the tires awesome Im happy as I can be. Well a month later my paint starts falling off of the side of my truck bed in front of my rear wheel Im not talking the little chip from a rock Im talking like 5 nickel to quarter size paint chips falling off. Just the paint not the primer, also noticed my clear coat was falling off on the side of the truck bed also. So I try calling valley because Im up in moose lake working no awnser, I got online and found a way I could text a customer service rep who said someone would call me sometime during the week. Great. I waited until Saturday and never got called, I texted my service rep again saying I was never contacted, she then said someone would call by the end of the day, never got a call. I talked to a general motors customer service rep on Facebook and he had to get ahold of someone at valley for me to talk to and finally I was able to talk to someone, they said they cant do anything that week guys on vacation. Okay. Whatever, so I go to harpels in glencoe to see what they have to say the guy comes out and takes about 7 seconds of him looking at it to say oh hey trucks been repainted and the primer is a totally different color then what gm uses and you could feel the over spray inbetween bed and cab and wheel well never got clear coated so it was rough. Waited my week for valley body manager to get back to work talk to him and he said he was going to take pictures and send to gm because it looks to him like gm paint issues, I asked about why the primer was a different color he said thats what gm uses the opposite what harpels said. I asked why its different the the other little rock chips I had on the truck and said huh thats weird. So I get the run around for 4 months waiting for general motors. Finally the regional manager was coming down to look at it and said nope its a rock chip nothing he can do. Asked why primer was a different color and why clear coat was falling off and just shrugged his shoulders. I said harpels said its been repainted. He said harpels cant say that, they dont have a body shop. I said harpels said its been repainted, valley that has body shop said its paint falling off, you regional manager with no body experience said its a rock chip. Hutch auto body also said its been repainted. He didnt care. Mind you this truck came with a warranty from valley sales. And nothing was done. After some talking we got Mike the manager to say valley will cover half the repair costs and gave me a quote from valley where the labor was still included at 100 something an hour. You dont charge yourself 100 an hour for labor but he said he was okay with me going elsewhere. So I did i went to hutch auto body did a fine job.So I was sold a vehicle that had some type of accident to it that I paid full price 33 thousand dollars for. And it had to get repaired which should go on its carfax. All I have to say is if you are looking to spend 30k on a used vehicle do it somewhere else. The way the regional manager acted towards me and how I got the run around I will be looking very heavily into other options, coming from a 22yr old that plans on buying plenty of vehicles in his life.
