I cannot say enough good things! I was in the market for a very hard to find Can-Am in early 2020. I met Ryan Nickel from Agri-Center by calling all over multiple states. He was one of the few people who had what I was looking for. The particular machines were selling for top dollar & both him & I knew this because of demand. I asked Ryans opinion & while I know he knew he was going to sell the machine he had regardless... He was very genuine to me & advised that I wait for the next year model. It was a very nice thing for him to do & I greatly appreciated it & gave him my word that when the new models came out I would buy from him, even though they are located 3 hours away. Needless to say, I pre-ordered a machine frome him & he walked me through all of the options & accessories that I was interested in as well as his recommendations. Ryan definitely knows his stuff. He doesnt just sell this stuff, hes very experienced in using all of it. Trust me, hell treat you great on just a base model or of you want to really trick out your sxs, he knows whats good & whats not! Which will save you so much $ in the long run. And the install team does a super clean & tight job! And if thats not enough, Ryan & his family even went out of there way to meet me on his day off for me to pick it up!! I was working on a 400 versatile four wheel drive transmission and needed a front cover called all over no one would actually try to help called up here and talked to Ben Keene he called versatile and talked to them he was constantly keeping me up to date on the parts three days later the other dealerships still havent called me back and Ben has the parts waiting for me thank you Ben and anyone else involved with my problem I will definitely be getting parts from here again

Walked by parts desk multiple times 3 people up there, never acknowledged I was there, or asked if I needed help finding anything (unlike guy that walked in before me), needed tractor parts but I guess my $$$ is no good here? Maybe it will be good enough at their nearest competitor.
