I had a great experience. Jake is really knowledgeable about the products. I appreciate that. The delivery was GREAT. The guys were super careful with everything. They installed the cover lifter and assembled the steps. This is something you’d expect to have to do yourself. They stayed around until the electrician was done to make sure everything was working correctly, then throughly explained the tub setup to me. I plan to upgrade hot tubs in the not too distant future, and I will for sure go back to Pools Plus for the purchase!

After an accident in my hotel, there was some pool damage that I had to take care of. So, I called this company and scheduled a full commercial pool restoration. The guys came on time, did an awesome job, and left me with a hotel swimming pool to die for. I couldn’t believe this was my hotel’s swimming pool, at first. I highly recommend this company.

If you have a pool, hot tub, or grill, theyve got the tech to fix it for you! I really like how knowledgeable some of the staff is.One tech seemed like a walking thesaurus of information about anything pool or hot tub related!They also seem to only carry the best stock available and they seem to try and only carry USA made products.
