My wife buys these high quality storage products online, and we were in the area so we decided to stop by. The store itself was great. We were given a tour of the factory/warehouse and something to drink while we shopped, plus a lot of info about the business and the products. Great experience.

Mary, Brett and Sue are very helpful and friendly. They have everything you need for storing stamps, ink and markers. We are so fortunate to have them in Hutchinson. I urge you to check it out if you havent been there.

A crafters dream store!

I like the products of this company, but their shipping time is horrid. I made another order for a product, and I knew it would take forever, but its been a month and my order is still in production. The website says, Products will typically ship within 7 business days, although in certain circumstances it may take longer. But, this is not my experience at all. My first order took well over three weeks to get to us, even after I reached out to the company a couple of times. This order is going on week 4. There isnt any other company out there who is making these. And, if I could find one, I would give them a try if I got the products in a reasonable rate of time. If you order from them, dont be in a rush to get the product.

Edit: After I left my review, the owner of the company reached out to me in an attempt to not only figure out what went wrong with communication, but to mend fences. Apparently, there was a glitch in the system. Emails were sent notifying me of the delays and I never received them. I was supposed to also recieve tracking emails, but there was an error made with my first shipment having my entire order marked as shipped, instead of only the items that were actually sent. I appreciate that he reached out and we were able to come to figure out the issues and fix my experience with this company.Original review:The shelving seems to be decent enough quality, though over priced for what it is. However, this company seriously lacks in customer service. They told me my order would take up to 4wks to complete due to an influx of orders around the holidays. There was no communication on their part, not even when they were randomly shipping out a piece here and there as it was ready. It would have been nice to know when to expect a package at my doorstep, so I could ensure it would not get stolen. I FINALLY received the last piece of my order slightly over 8wks after I ordered, ironically after contacting them asking when I would receive it. The woman who responded to my inquiry couldnt even be bothered to apologize for the delay or anything, just a one line response that it would ship this week. I had planned on ordering more shelving to furnish the rest of my craft room, but I will be finding another company or solution.
