I do not normally write reviews but its hard not to when you have a company that goes above and beyond. I had an issue with a hydraulic cylinder that I brought from B & B and I shared with them the issue. I just wanted to let them know of the issue to help them improve their company. Well, Bill (the owner) called me, his staff emailed me, and they had already shipped me another cylinder free of charge! Wow! Here is a company that understands integrity! I own a Street Sweeping business and I have very little companies that I work with that have this kind of response to internal issues but now that I know how they really are I will be working with them for years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to any and all who need parts for anything to do with hydraulics. Bill and team, simply put, thank you for making me a fan of your company! God bless you guys!
