I love target but when you get bread by the vegetable aisle check it. All the French bread was molded I asked one of the employees and he immediate took all the basket away. Also some other employees so not care the live plants that they have for display were dead meaning they need water well the employee just looked at me but it did not care. check prices items are not place in the are right place and prices are not honor

I usually do stores pick up to save time. Staff is courteous and very helpful but the store needs to do better.A lot of products are not available in that store and sometimes basic things like canned mushrooms.They are only available by shipping so thats how I order mine, which is sad. Someone also needs to check on their flowers and make sure they get rid of them when they die. I went there looking for flowers once and they were all dead, still displayed,. It was probably due to the extreme heat but it wasnt a good look for the store.

Sarah gave me my flu shot and it was painless and quick.

It is fast. The staff is friendly and my order was is good shape for pickup. I will sure do this again.

Even though they had a few customers in line ahead of me.. I still was able to get in and out with no issues.. They all were polite and respectful while i was being taken care of. Kudos to all target team members!

I’m disappointed at this target. It’s my local store, I visit frequently but for over a year now the shelves are always half empty. You can’t never find stuff in here, especially compared to other local targets. It’s a high traffic store, they need to be prepared to meet consumer demand, and promote new products. I literally have to drive to other Target’s to have a better experience and find what I’m looking for.

The store was clean, the staff was friendly, the shelves were well stocked (though there were some things which appeared to be sold out, but these are the times in which we live, and overall it was just a very positive experience. I drove 11 miles to come to the store instead of driving 1.3 miles to go to WalMart. And Ill gladly do that every time!

Love their inventory and women’s selections, store WASNT too crowded, and everyone was still wearing masks respectively. Good stuff .

Today we came in for a specific item that we had been to multiple targets searching for. We went to a an associate to ask for help who was super nice but couldn’t find what we were looking for. He directed us to Ezekiel and he truly went above and beyond to assist us. He found exactly what we needed with ease and a smile. Thank you Ezekiel!!

I went into this location around the four o’clock hour. A young man in the back of customer service provided excellent service. He did not overlook me he came right with my online order. Then Milton offered to put the item in my car so I wouldn’t have to lift it. You have a great team of young men!

I prefer Target over going to Wal-Mart; less hectic, not crowded and got what I like to get; including dont have cash registers being stingy or someone telling me to put my mask on. I do have my rights, so let me be & MYOB.

I was utterly disgusted when i saw a bucket of polluted water during my shopping experience. i immediately exited the store after this.

This store is probably the worst store that I have seen since the pandemic began for mask wearing. Many people leave their noses out, some have theirs around their chins, some dont even have them. There was a man today, in an aisle with no mask, eating chips out of a bag. Later, when we went down the aisle we saw that he had left the empty bags. I have already seen that the dairy section is usually in a poor state, but my wife and I just do not feel like the health of the customers is a priority. We have been to another target in the area that seems to take better care and will likely shop there in the future.

I go to Target at least once a week and I shop at the store by the PG Mall. I give Target a 10 because every time I visit target I find that target is really trying to keep the store clean by cleaning the carts, the baskets and even registers. Also, though in small amount, Target is stoking up on cleaning supplies, and all the team members are wearing mask. I think Target is doing great, especially in this outbreak, and I hope Target keeps this up. I will definitely recommend others to visit!

Store is fine (as long as you dont expect to get a shopping cart), but many customers and staff members are not wearing masks or wearing them covering only their mouths but not their noses. I felt unsafe and left quickly.

During this difficult time in our city, I was pleased with the quantity of items I needed. This would include some items that are high in demand. I am especially pleased with the stipulation around one item per household. This allows the products to be available and not be purchased in bulk by a few.

First the young cashier whom help me today was amazing and gave me information I did not know like signing up for the points reward. But I would tell them to go to another target because this one in PG is very sad, I visit this one almost every day including sat and sun morning and every time the store grocery section is never stock I always have to go to the Safeway or Giant to shop. I have spoken to management several times and still nothing has change, I have been to other targets and recently the target over in Cherry Hill and found they are stock with everything I came in for and did not have to go to the shop rite down the street.

Its difficult to find a store employee to help locate items in the store. I go to Target when I need something immediately. Its not the cheapest store around, so I feel like Im paying for convenience, and this store doesnt always measure up in that regard. Otherwise, the store is clean and pleasant and a good option when speed isnt a top priority.

I live in this target and I love it! It is connected to the mall, it has a pretty sufficient amount of things in the store, theres a photo center, and also self check out to help expedite the process. I love the store opens- it definitely meets the needs of the community. I also use the Pharmacy in the Target and never have any issues. This store is definitely one pf my favorite past times. it usually has everything I need (even my grocery desires!)

Close to PG Plaza metro, Target has Everything you need in one convenient location. Because its also close the the Regal Hyattsville Movie theater, i stopped to get snacks before i saw the Avengers Endgame! Inexpensive and varied snack or food items at great prices.

I went there on December 21 to make purchases for the Christmas holiday and the store was so dull there was no Music nothing to get me in the holiday spirit of purchasing I asked the manager where was the Music for the Christmas season and she had a very bad attitude I did not like her attitude at all and she did not even address what I had asked after telling her that people are making these purchases here at the store for the Experience they’re in the season of giving and they don’t even have a seasonal music playing in the store. As a company you are expected to give customers the full experience of shopping not just take their money and then allow them to leave miserable after shopping. This store is poorly managed the lines were super long and workers move extra slow but the manager should know that if there was music playing in the store and workers will move faster lines will be a lot shorter people are happy and shopping. I will not be doing any further shopping in target stores wish it was a Walmart instead.

Need to maintain shopping carts to working order; one cart had a missing wheel the second carts wheel would freeze up and prevent me from carring my items. Had to carry a huge box and several other heavy items to my car.

This location lacks professionalism with their employees who seen me and my 5 year old son struggling to grab items off the top shelf but didnt care to help us. I had to have my 5 year son help me by climbing from the shopping cart as i stood in front of him in case he fell to grab a box of baby wipes off the top shelf anyways. Overall check out experience was fine thanks to self check out. I knew better not to expect Montgomery County type service at The Mall of ghetto Prince Georges smh.

Sat on the help phone for 5 min to try to find out where to find calculators. No one picked up and then the call cut off. Thanks Target. Guess I’ll make the purchase elsewhere

If it is Thursday, you will probably find me here. Every Thursday for few years I am here. It became kind of tradition to shop at Target. Big store and they have a lot.

This target is pretty good. I have always received good customer service here and I really appreciate the self check out lines. Its also extremely convenient that the PG mall is attached to the mall which creates on stop shopping. Also the PG PLAZA metro is literally right there as well.

Best place to gind everything you need

It pretty much has everything I need. Parking needs to improve. People double park all the time and getting around the parking lot can be difficult.

One of my favorite places to shop they have just a about everything you may need for your day to day life. Great that you can find one in your area or nearby most of the time. They have decent weekly ads. And they have a coupon app called cartwheel.

I found what I needed but also found employees restocking the children’s section without masks and while cursing. Not appropriate right now

I was walking around the store minding my own business and I was looking forward to buying a ugly sweater for Christmas that is very creative and I didn’t see nothing I wanted! So I was walking on my way out to the mall area and this young security guard that works inside the target stops me and started harassing me about a receipt. I asked him what receipt and I told that I didn’t buy anything from here! So the security guard inside the target falsely accused me for stealing a ugly sweater out of that store and had the nerve to tell me to don’t make a scene and have a good day! This happened yesterday. I work 2 jobs and I have a birthday next month, I don’t have time to do foolishness like that and by the way I did not appreciate the disrespect that the young security guard came at me and let the truth be told I can buy him out!

This Target is not a safe place to visit during Covid-19. I went last week and one cashier and one customer were not wearing masks.

The Pharmacy department needs to address its obvious bais. I was waiting online for help regarding a prescribed medication that was given to me leaving the hospital. The sale associate deliberately ignored me and took the customer who skipped me over at the next counter. I thought the other customer was just asking a question, but she was checking out with her items. And the Sales associate happily checked her out, even though she saw me waiting on line. She finally addresses me in a very rude matter. I bypass it and asked where I can pick up the medication. She point in some direction and didnt even bother to help me the way she helped the woman who skipped me. I finally find the medication and join the line once again. She tells me she can not check me out, even though I watched her check out the customer who skipped me with an item she picked up in the aisle. Apparently, your Pharmacy registers can distinguish between an item from the aisle and items that are prescribed. She said I can not check you out... In short, I dont think she wanted to help me. Its sickening because I am a sick individual, and customers buying items from the aisle or the prescribed medication from the Pharmacy should be able to check out from the Pharmacy. CVS, Walgreens, and other Pharmacies ensure their customers are picking up the right medication, and they have no problem checking out their customers at their register whether it was over the counter or prescribed. I am not sure if the young woman was lying because she didnt want to help me. However, it is unacceptable, and Target should address immediately considering I am a sick individual. Also, address the blatant bias at this location. I realized it is mostly multicultural. However, there are some cultures that are biased against others, and that is just as important as cultural sensitivity training. I do believe she help the other woman because she shared culture with her, and blatantly didnt help me, even though our checkout was the same.P.S: There was no one waiting in line. She literally could have checked me out but chose not to. It was a horrible experience. And the Pharmacist saw and did not intervene. Terrible crew.

I never find what I need when I come in this location. Things are disorganized but neat on a good day and absolute chaos on a busy day. Empty shelves and racks are plentiful. Always seems to be crowded with few lines open so the self checkout line starts to meander through the store. Often unclean, especially the bathroom.

Customer service counter help either non existent or very poor. Cant get certain rain checks and it wasnt a seasonal item! Then was told to wait while she talk to her friend on the phone. As a customer service manager who truly appreciates my customers I had to yes had to express how unprofessional she was in front of her to the manager. Target at this location will definitely not get my business holiday or not. Consumers always have other options.

First of all Target is my favorite store, Im always there. I receive always a good customer service from the workers there. I am really thankful and grateful to the employees and guests of target. I dropped my money there while shopping, I called the store and told them that I dropped my money there and guess what? Someone picked it up and gave to an employee. I called but I would never imagine that I was going to find the money, the manager told me they found some money but I had to come and they will run the camera. I went back and they give to me exactly the way it was. Thank you again for everybodys honesty.

I tend to shop at Target during the weekdays. I have found the returns process incredibly easy. Ive found customer service usually excellent, e.g. if I ask where I can find a product, the employee will take me there. The store is neat and tidy, well stocked. I dont understand the negative comments. I appreciate that the store is open early. Parking in the front of the store is difficult, but its easy to park behind the store and then take the stairs up one level to Target.

Had the worst experience with an employee there its not the first time they are always very rude and they arent helpful.

Specifically this is about the Walmart app on Android. They have such a convoluted process to add digital coupons to the app that 3 different cashiers couldnt figure out why it wasnt working. At the information desk, 2 out of 3 staff didnt know what to do. Apparently AFTER adding your coupons, you then also have to click the Plus Button and then the Save button. But there is nothing on that screen to let you know that you have to do that. Instead, it just shows you the value of the added coupon, as if its loaded and ready to go.And adding your RedCard requires multiple confirmation steps, including sending you a code via email. Except that that email never arrived for my wife. It did for me. But not for her, so we cannot add her card to her Wallet

I called about a PlayStation pro and the electronics department had me on hold for 30 minutes and then they just hung up on me. I waited for my prescription for 30 minutes, then I came back and had to wait for 10 minutes for 1 person. Then the pharmacist has my medicine ready for me, walks away for 5+ minutes and then tells me that there was a problem with the insurance and tells me to wait another 5 minutes. And there is only one pharmacist and one nurse working. Do yourself a favor, do not come to this place. They will botch up your order, and make yourself regret you ever came to Target.

It was like being in an early 80s Soviet Union Target. Many of the shelves were empty, many of the items that I went to the store for were not available.One cashier for the entire store, jammed up line 20 minutes to get to the cashier...failed on that and went to the self-checkout only to get stuck there waiting for somebody to fix the cash register.I will not be going back ever again.

Target is better than Walmart!

Target has beautiful clothes for little girls. I wish their selections for boys was better. Store is clean and neat. Bathrooms was very clean.

The people that work here are always nice and the store seems to always be stocked with product which is very convenient since Im someone that like to be in and out when I do my grocery shopping.

In electronics they would not allow me to actually handle the product before buying it. I left, and within minutes found the same product for cheap at Best But, where I was allowed to inspect the product before purchasing it. This location is generally poorly stocked, poorly organized, and short on customer service.

Its my one-stop-shop! I freaking love it! I used to get upset with myself for buying more than I should haha, but I love that I can get literally everything here.

Great location and overall ok store.Some bad experiences I had:1. They never have baby registry welcome box. Visited 10+ times over 4 months period, only heard that they ordered more so check again in few more days.I stopped asking when they told me to go to another Target.2. Their Starbucks messes up orders often. Once they made coffee in grande size, when I told them I ordered Venti size, they just poured the grande coffee in a venti cup and added more ice to fill it. No apologies. No partial refund.3. I bought an item on sale, but I noticed I paid full price after checkout. be sure to check your receipts.

The PG Target continues to disappoint. Construction aside, this store is always out of everything. There are way too many sales people standing around talking and cussing for the snack bar to be closed due to a break. That doesnt make sense to me. When the snack bar is open, all of the machine are broke or there is a long way foor something simple like popcorn. The Starbucks is always out of eveything also. This is the closest Target to me but, I will have to just drive to find a better one.

I love it because i can pay for myself is way faster
