My wife and I hired these guys while renovating a bank-owned property which we had purchased last year. We were met at the warehouse and they showed us all the flooring options; there were a ton! The service was very personal. They guided us within our budget without trying to push for a higher sale.When installation day came, they arrived a little late but had good reason for it. However, they worked hard throughout the duration of the project. The installers were very artistic with the layout of the flooring and helped advise us on some decisions that we hadnt previously considered. They forgot to lay down shoe molding in one room but came back the next day after we called them.Overall we know we made the right choice and greatly value the wonderful experiences we had throughout the process.

After asking if they cater to the general public (they said yes) and spending an hour looking through their samples, I came up with a decision for the carpet in my home.They told me they would email me with pricing. I never heard back after five attempts to contact them. One time I did speak to someone there and they said they do NOT do residential work. (?)Pretty poor service. After having wasted my time there, Im sorry to say that I cant recommend them.
