In a different (much bigger) location I found the manager here, Delfa, very helpful and kind in explaining the myriad of options available to me after my lease was up even though I had no plans to upgrade that day. I will definitely be coming back to upgrade or ask more questions :)

I went to the store to pay my bill and it was close to closing. They had closed down the payment machine but the young lady was nice enough to take my payment since I was paying with cash. Anytime I go to a Sprint store no matter which one it is the customer service is always wonderful and pleasant. I hope Sprint pay their people well with all the money they charge us
Neiane (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) Was very nice and didnt make me feel dumb about not knowing there was a screen protector on my new phone. I would also like to thank the gentleman that took off my outerbox and the screen protector. I would have given a 5stars but not everyone was that nice
If I could I would give them 0 star for their customer service. The ladies Omg I have never seen poor customer service in my life. this lady she even said she is not in the mood to help nobody and told us to come back yhe next day. If u go their to upgrade ur phone, it literally gona take them 3 hrs. imagine sitting there for that long. Please if the person reading this comment is the manager of this place I want you to contact me. This people they dont even know what their job is. They are unprofessionally, disrespectfull, arrogant.
Im a Boost Mobile customer now. And since Sprint owns Boost Mobile, I suppose I should receive the same offers and upgrades as Sprint customers do

Bad costumer service. My phone was malfunctioning after the latest IOS download. The lady at the Sprint store automatically told me to bring $200 in order to have a rebuild phone replacement. I explain to her that I have a plan called iPhone for life, also a insurance on it. She said that my phone was damaged and I couldnt have a new phone replacement. But my choice was the iPhone 7 but will cost me more and on top of that I need to pay a connection Fee. I am not a new costumer; why I should pay connection Fee and pay for a new phone that I dont want ? Then...I went to Apple Store and after few minutes they corrected the problem. Now my phone is working better than ever. I am really thinking on terminating my plan with Sprint and move on to another provider.

I went to purchased 2 iphones 6s from sales rep named Nathan. Nathan pretty much told me they will not sell me the phones If I did not purchase any accessories and we already ported the numbers from tmobile and that put me in a bind. So I said give me $20 screen protectors but that was not good enough for Nathan and his manager. Nathan encouraged me to buy glass screen protectors at $40 each which will run me around $80! His manager promised to waive my activation fees in return If I take the accessories. I knew I was in a bad situation and I took the offer because I had already transferred over the numbers. My first bill comes and activation fees have not been waived. So I called Nathan and he assured me it will be waived by end of day. A week later nothing has changed so I called and again I was assured it will be waived. That did not happen I called a week later and the so called manager Rachel put me on hold for 20 minutes each time I called. Frustrated I called Sprint and lodged a complaint against the store manager and the rep and I was credited the activation fees by sprint customer care. I never knew a corporate store could be so misleading and shady. Also they transferred my contacts but would not do my pics cause it will take too long. Run take your business else where!
Joi was very helpful and extremely pleasant to me. She was able to explain how to resolve my phone issues without any confusion. I highly recommend customers to go see Joi at the Sprint booth in PG Mall. I will be back later on this week for more assistance with an upgrade. Thanks again Joi!!!
I went to the actual store and the service was terrible,,,I left n went to the kiosk and the service I got was outstanding,,joy was a big help and deandre was perfect wit everything I needed,,,,he even stayed after for and hour after they closed to assist me my experience was wonderful
I went to the store 3 times before I had to call corporate for them to tell me what I need to do with the defective phone from Asurion. Asurion told me that I had to take it to the Sprint store. Sprint said send it back to Asurion. NEEDLESS TO SAY I STILL HAVE NO AND I PAID 475.90. Wow way to go!!! The worst phone carrier ever...
NO STARS!!!! Thats what they get.. I broke my phone on the May 5th/2016 called sprint to order a new one over the phone. I spoke with an agent who helped me get a phone I paid for it in full $318. I received the phone a few days later and realized the day I opened it and made a phone call the speaker was not working. So I went into the store in the PG Mall. Those females were so rude and I witnessed one of them in particular screaming (NO exaggeration) at another customer. They were No damn help and told me to call sprint WHILE I WAS IN THE SPRINT STORE!!! Online agent told me I had to return the phone because it was an unauthorized account that was opened in order for me to get the phone for the price i got it for. I ended up giving the employees in the store the phone and a credit of $318 applied to my account. Came home with no phone. Which leads me to today. NO PHONE, NO MONEY BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. I work in the healthcare field I need a phone, i drive long distances for work related classes and I dont like driving 50miles in the car by myself and no phone god forbid something happens one one of these trips. Made another call to sprint today and was told my case was opened and the BACK OFFICE WILL CALL ME GET TO ME IN 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS...ON WHICH PHONE MAY I ADD SIR??? and also noticed the credit that was applied to my account almost $50 was taken out on 5/13/16 for a bill that is not due until 5/23/16. Thieves!!! and nothing less. They treat people like a piece and dont realize the people who have sprint made a decision to be with sprint on their own. It was not by force. I pay you people for a service you provide and I paid for a product I dont have. I would rather pay extra for a company who treats their customers like humans. Ive had sprint before and have never had a problem. That is why i decided to come back. My account was opened on March 30th 2016. btw. Not even a full two months and im having trouble with them. TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SPRINT TO ANYONE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. And check those females in the PG Mall. So rude!! Goodbye Sprint!
DeAndre the salesman was very helpful to me he took his time to make sure that I knew everything about my knew phone. I would recommend this sprint booth in pg mall for people to go to rather then the sprint store in pg mall theyre trifling and dont help.sprint booth helped me out!!!βββββ

It sounds like the manager knows a lot, but when she faces a relatively new issue, she just waste everybodys time and makes everything more complicated.

They hooked me up. Dropped my bill and still got new phones for everyone in my family. Im going to add my parents next week. It just makes sense. Less $ then before.

THE FEW TIMES THAT I HAVE VISITED SPRINT PG MALL THEY TREATED ME WELL, IT TAKEN 5 MONTHS OF HAVING CELLULAR SERVICE AND VERY WELL AND ACCORDING TO WHAT I PAY.
I had a problem with a telephone Although Sprint without my permission had removed him from the protection insurance and the Sprint customer service department that by the way is not of quality sent me to this store to solve the problem between and asked for assistance from all three Women who were attending only a little woman who was supposedly new was willing to help me the other two people with overweight problems who were in the store simply and simply made a bad face when I asked them for help I was dealing with the service department at customer to see if they solved the problem but neither in the store nor in customer service did they give me a solution to my problem. Finally they asked me to talk to the store manager to see if he gave me a solution, the manager was not but in his place was an assistant to an American to whom he posed the problem and in a grotesque and rude way he attended me, of course yes Sprint customer service is very bad and and having to deal with people of this kind of attitude is even worse, I definitely do not recommend this store, I have nothing against people who are overweight but they are going to put two women that by themselves barely and can move And they will still attend to you in a bad mood you better not put anything. The assistant manager is also the worst ...
