I love this supermarket because I find all my Caribbean ingredients there. I also buy meats that are not found at regular supermarkets like goat and cow feet.

This place has gone down since Shoppers left. They are TOO expensive. They dont have things Shoppers use to have. And the hot food is controlled by a person who doesnt speak English and told me I had to pay for it with her through a square and her cellphone! Dude! And her phone wouldnt even work enough to take my payment. I had to leave my dinner of a whole chicken cause her phone!!

This store should be ashamed of itself. The meat is always bad. The prices are very high. The frozen food most of the time has freezer burn. The area where the meat is located usually have a putrid smell. The store is clean though and the staff is friendly. They do have great spices and items you won’t find in other stores.

That is not a great store for the nabor hood its only for the Hispanic they are of the staff members are rude the chicken is always spoiled its just not a good fit for the neighborhood

This place was nice and new for me. This place is like or can be called an international market. Fruit and veggie section was a little small but had great variety. I noticed they have a hot bar section where you get food to order. The meat section was really nice. Great prices and looked very fresh. When Im in the area again. I will surely stop by.

I live so close and have tried this store several times. The bakery is good. Meat is always bad. The produce is no good.I was very excited to have an international market in the neighborhood but this one is NOT good. Spoiled food always.... these owners need to do MUCH better

The shelves are always arranged orderly. The problem is for as long as its been there items are still missing from the shelves, for instance, important and popular seasonings! I requested Murrays Steak Fries and I know theyre expensive, but they out sell other brands. Anyway, its okay. It isnt Shoppers thats for sure. Compare reminds me of a huge corner store.

Compare is one my favorite supermarkets I two Ribeyes and had dinner with my#2 daughter

Ok store. I went in to buy butter. Some spreads past best buy dates. Others nearing the dates. A few months ago, canned biscuits beyond dates. Do they check product dates? Prices are similar to convenience stores. Not competitive with conventional super market pricing.

Nice produce section!! That was the win over for me. Friendly staff. This location is close to my residence so its very convenient.

You wouldnt know it by looking at it from outside, but this is an international market. They have everything from Cassava Leaf to Yucca. Great quality too. The building has a weird smell to it, but that was already there when they moved in (used to be a Shoppers or something) and theyre tryna get rid of it. I go here once a week.

Compare foods is ok. There meat section smells horrible. The fruit and veggies are good though. The only place ive been in a long time that has oranges WITH seeds. I say try them out. I did not see alot of health food there.

Attend there on a regular basis due to location being convenient, after spending over $800 in the 3 weeks i came upon buying bread for my family to open the next day and it was molded from inside out. be careful when shopping here check expiration dates and packaging. Bad choice to bring to community.

The food is high for basic regular every day stuff. Especially the shoppers brand. They are starting to stalk the shelves more and more daily. There used to be a Shoppers Food in this location. A few months ago Shoppers was closed and Compare Foods took its place. I needed to go to the grocery to pick up one item and decided to come here for the very first time. This store smells as if the meat freezer is broken, the isles are mislabeled and the food brand choices are very very limited. I needed salad dressing, after going down the mislabeled isle, I couldnt stand the smell & decided to take the 15 minute drive to Shoppers in Largo. The health department needs to do a surprise visit because Im sure there a few violations at this Compare Foods store!

I cannot believe this took the place of Shoppers! The food price is high and theres no discounted options like Shoppers had. It is sad to see the change in your community before your eyes. The foods are more international options and there are not as many American food options as before :(

Only cater to the hispanic community. Over priced products. In need of diversity throughout the store. Hispanic workers talking about you and watching you as you shop. Will not be spending any more money in this store. A waste of a trip.

Employees are very rude. Especially security and the woman behind the meat counter in the produce section. Both were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable and rushed.

Upon entering the store with my cart ready to pick up a few items i was approved by a security guard who began saying something to me in which i couldnt understand. He started pointing at my backpack and trying to hand me a piece of black paper. I finally figured out that he wanted me to leave my backpack at the front desk in order to shop there. I carry my backpack instead of a purse and i was not about to leave my personal items at the front desk. I find this to be offensive and racial profiling. I left my cart and walked out. I refuse to shop in a place that treats me like a criminal.

They food is higher than shoppers. And they never have everything that you need including simple things like hot dog buns or uncle bens 20 minutes white rice. Knorrs rice at shoppers be like 10 for 10 . And compare foods price for knorrs rice be like 1.39-1.69. When asking a question they act like they no English. It should of been a giant that open right there.

First time visit and there were so many off brands I was instantly turned off. They were also selling meats with the Shoppers prices on them. The store is geared towards international choices. I doubt if I will return.

Ive gone in and out of this store a few times, empty handed at that. To me it seems like everything was overpriced, especially for the quality and sizes. So I stubbornly left to save several dollars. Psa not a great place for WIC shoppers, you will be disappointed. Now today I go actually but a few items. I ended up getting some fresh cod for my babys dinner and I opened that package, the rotting smell immediately took me back. Then there was pieces of a worm throughout the sliced pieces.The store kindly returned my money, I was told apparently they werent paying attention I should have followed my gut and just letf the store alone . Unless its out of convenience, I would not, dry foods, fruits and veggies would only be the out of convenience, if that.

Some of the prices are very high, and some of the prices are worth it. When I was asking for help, some of the staff were very helpful but some were very rude and immature.
