First and ABSOLUTELY my LAST time going here. I went to get two hats customized. They both came out crooked. I was made to buy another hat to get the problem fixed. The embroidery machine kept messing up. Not to mention they told me that it was a 30 minute wait. Cool. I arrived at 2:30pm and left at 8:00pm. I will NEVER return to this store. Even if they were giving hats away, Im good. I would give 0 stars but I cant
Great in location to the entrance and exit I was in and out with what I was looking for. They also offer customized stitching so you can put just about anything on your desired lid.
This store always opens late 10 am is the open time but there’s times where they don’t open until 11:15! Also the manager at this location needs to be replaced
I will never come back here. I was here at 10 and waited until 10:30am and still no one was here.
Always get friendly, personal and fantastic service. If you are in a rush, you may not want to go as they do take their time.

Bad customer service and the guy that worked there was lazy and he was on his phone and he did not help and when you ask he lies and or he says that they don’t have it and when he does get off the phone he has a bad Attitude

Called in to inquire about a NFL team knit hat (beanie). Sales rep asked if I knew the SKU, but I didnt. I told them exactly which team I was looking for and they said they had it and that I should come in. I went to the store the next day and they didnt have it.... Note, they said they had it, otherwise I wouldnt have gone to the mall to visit this store. I then asked if they knew of any other stores that might have the beanie. They said they couldnt tell me. Waste of time and energy. Poor customer service.
A good go to store for sports team hats
Dont go to this location.... they have the worst employees and store manager. Worst experience Ive ever had as a consumer! Been waiting since September for them to do 6 embroidery hats for my business, and they have yet to produce them. I placed my order the girl told me to pick them up the next day. so I went the next day they was still sitting there not ready, she told me to come back the next day so I did and went to pick up the hats but 2 of them was messed up so they told me to come back the next day so I go the next day and they tried to give me the same hats that had the flaws In them and I was like this is the exact same hats that was messed up. So then I spoke to the new store manager Will he told me to come In show him what kind of hats, style and what I wanted on the hats so we did that he told me to give him until that fallowing Friday which was like 2 days later so I went in that Friday afternoon and I found the same hats me and the store manager picked out sitting at the counter untouched and then an employee approach me with the same original messed up hat for the second time. I then was trying to get a hold of Will the store manager never responded to my text phone calls and when i called the store he was never there. So i went back to the store and of course Will the store manager wasnt there and his employee said he would give me a call and reach out to me i waited patiently for 2 weeks still got nothing. I then proceeded to ask Will the store manager n the employees there for corporate number in which everyone refused to give me the number so i had to do my own research n found corporate number. So as i was talking to corporate guess who finally responded to my Text Will the store owner. He then says to me oh really you took it to corporate when i told you i would handle it and take care of you. Well figure it out its out of his hands smh. You had weeks and months to resolve this but did you I even reached out to no answers so yes I went to corporate. Ive been in that store 7 times talked to the store manager he assured me he would rectify the situation and that was 4 months ago Im still waiting.... So i spoke to corporate and he said he would rectify the situation so I waited and waited and still heard nothing so I called corporate again and guess what I fond out they put in there records SITUATION RESOLVED👀👀👀👀👀 SO NOW IM BEYOND PISSED! Lydia from corporate has been the only one to truly try help me and get this RESOLVED she put it over to the General manager customer service manager and the district manager I believe so I spoke with Paul I believe he the district manager and he told me to go into the store didnt matter if Will or a manager was there and pick out any 6 hats I wanted style, color, color stitch and what I wanted on the hats so I tried to do just that last night and again rude unhelpful employees was like I have to come back when Will the store manager is there so I said you cant just see what I want n style n color she goes Nope its pointless telling me anything Im not listening to you its going in one👂out the 👂 are you kidding me. This location is very UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THIS LOCATION IM A LONG TIME LIDS CUSTOMER IVE SPENT 100S OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER IN ANY STORE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED!
