My boy took his 2 stroke engine there to be repaired and nickel plated... Didnt tell him all the parts needed to be off before bringing in so they could send it out. Told him 3 weeks or so to be repaired. After several calls by my boy and my wife, where they said...I dont know where it is, I finally called. They said they lost their mechanic and so couldnt take the parts off the engine (that we could have taken off if they had told us) but the didnt call us... And this caused a 5-6 week delay in sending it out for repair! Never calling us to let us know and giving us vague answers when we called for updates... In the end it is repaired and back. 5+ weeks late and $100 dollars more than quoted... Not impressed.

I cant express how grateful I am to these wonderful people. They got me in last minute on a Friday and changed my worn rear wheel so I could continue my Moto adventure. I felt really bad for the inconvenience but am very appreciative for the help.

We are almost in March, took in my four wheeler in September and still don’t have it. Will update, whenever i get my four wheeler back.

They are pretty quick and have most parts for old bikes and new bikes. Sometimes it seems like they dont care but I guess its just their personalities, they will actually help you if you ask them too!

I’ve been using Jones for a long time now from parts to fixing all my toys and they do an outstanding job. Always reasonable with price and time even if I need something fixed right in the middle of the season. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Awesome shop!

Quality work, quality parts.

I needed a winch for my wheeler. Its been years since I bought one for my last machine so to be honest, I had never heard of the KFI winch Jones quoted. I got a second quote from another high profile shop in the area that also quoted the KFI winch. The second shop wanted for the winch what Jones quoted for the winch, mounting bracket, and install. I figured if 2 shops quoted the same winch maybe I should give it a shot but I had a deadline because I was going camping. Jones called me at 8:00 P.M. the night before to let me know it was finished. I love the KFI winch. Not only is it stronger than the Superwinch on my other machine, I cant believe how quiet it is when you spool it. As soon as you pull in and step inside you see that Jones is definately a mom and pop shop but for the price, quality, and service........this is where I am taking my machines.

Took my bike in because it wouldnt run, they had it three years and when I finally said I needed it back they said they couldnt find the part when I got it home the tank and fuel lines as well as the carburetor were full of dirt. After cleaning g it all out it started up and ran fine. They charged me 300 dollars to have it sit there for three years. Dont trust them!!

Front seals lasted two days. No phone call when the problem was found. Put back together knowing they wouldnt last but a short time. After having the rear tire replaced as I was leaving notice the belt rubbing up against the tire which was caused by a broken swingarm apparently and nothing was said about any kind of damage wasnt sure how they didnt see that. prices were good. good place for dirt bikes maybe just not for road bikes. I will continue to buy parts from from the from them .

Best service ever. Hands down. Period. Yes, they probably couldve gotten in better contact with me -as they did take some time on my bike, however for the complicated clutch I had for them to fix, which required some serious skill to repair- they managed to dial it and fix the problem for a FRACTION of the price of those other blood sucking dealers that charge superfluous amounts of money for the smallest of problems. Yes they did take some time, however it was completely worth the price they charged. If youre looking to save money for good service and can give it some time, Id recommend these guys 120%. If you have a bike that youd need fixed quickly, you might want to look somewhere else. I say again, they charged half-literally 50%- of what those carpetbaggers at Rexburg Motor sports were charging. And its good local genuine service they give. If more shops were like Jones, my wallet would be bigger, as would my hopes for humanity.

If there was anywhere that vehicles could be torn apart and pushed to the side it is here. They told us two weeks and after calling and calling it has been several. Yes they have good prices but the service was not worth it. If you want to get your vehicle working again without any problems I would recommend paying more money and going anywhere else.

The people at Jones are more knowledgeable than any of the big shops in the area.

My dad took his motorcycle here. They ended up dropping the bike and damaging it pretty bad. Broke the left side mirror right off. They didnt even say anything. Eventually they offered to replace the mirror but ordered one that completely didnt match the original. Absolutely stay away from this company.

If you want to have an ATV or a motorcycle worked on, do not take it to Jones Motorsports. I just got my motorcycle back from them after them having it for well over a month, I went to test ride it and on the first kick-start the kickstarter broke. I brought the kickstarter back to them, all they needed to do was tap out the screw. They had it for 2 weeks and then nothing. They lost the knuckle to the kickstarter that I brought them. I ordered a whole new Kickstart and went to start the bike and the bike will not even start. Matt Jones said that he never even started it after fixing it? Ive never had a mechanic fix something and not go take it for a ride. So like I said if you want to have something worked on I would not take it over to these guys. When I went to pick up my knuckle tonight his wife was extremely rude to me and told me that Matt is lucky he did not take it for a test drive or I would have blame them for breaking the kickstarter. That is the last of my worries. Very poor customer service.

Good service at a great price. I take all my more challenging stuff there. They have done a great job except for a pair of carbs I had to take back in because the floats were messed up.

I cant deny their prices are better than anywhere else I have found, however they take FOREVER, if they tell you it will be a week plan on 2 months. I am not joking. And dont plan on them ever calling you to give you any kind of information, you have to constantly call them to find out what is going on. And every time Ive called them to find out how much longer, they usually say about a week well give you a call next week. Two weeks later when I call they tell me the same thing, this cycle just repeats over and over again. I did order an awesome snow plow from them that Jones recommended, he gave me a screaming deal and I have loved the plow. So if you want to save money and dont need your machine for a while I would recommend them, just dont plan on anything resembling customer service.

I have been going to Jones Motorsports for a few years now and love working with them. Their prices are awesome and honestly everything that I have had them work on or bought from them has been great!

Brought in my dirtbike for engine repair, several months and $600 later I had a bike that still did not run, plus the frame and other components were rusting because it had been stored outside, and uncovered in the harsh Idaho weather. And on top of that, I was missing bolts. Would not reccomend

I needed an inner tube replaced on my motorcycle. Action Motor Sports quoted me $25, and Bott Yamaha quoted me $20... and that was just for the labor. Jones took care of it for $17.50, parts and labor, and had my bike back to me within a business day. Ill be sure to refer them to friends and family as well as taking my bike in to Jones in the future. Im tired of walking out of Action Motor Sports paying $40 bucks just to have them do something as simple as tighten a chain.

Nice people, willing to answer all of your questions, go through it with you, and the cost is cheap. But be prepared it does take a little time, but thats the true cost of good and in expensive service.

This place had very poor customer service. The first time we took our snowmobile they kept it for way longer then they said and then we went to get a part for our dirkbike and the lady didnt know what we needed and the man mouthed off a rude comment and didnt help us. I cant believe the attitude and comment with our 8 year old son in with us. We will never go back.

Worst experience ever I took my bike and they had it for a year I would call once a week and they will tell me all were going to get it done were going to get it done then I would call the next week and theyre like well were waiting for you to approve I said whatever it takes to get it done and it took a year and they never did anything when I got it back it had no kick-start cover no kick-start spring no kick-start to this very day Im waiting for my parts and a call back

They may be friendly, they may do good work, they may have great prices... But.... They are not equipped to handle any volume. Perhaps their strengths have created this massive weakness. I brought my four wheeler there 8 months ago! I almost forgot I even owned a four wheeler. Im tempted to report it stolen. I hesitate to write this review because they still have it. Stop bringing your stuff to them so they can finally work on mine..... Update July 13 2021, they still havent fixed it. 11-6-21 update, still havent got my atv back. Beyond comprehension
