Dale was the best salesmen to work with. Not your typical pushy salesman, just kind and genuine! Loved working with him! Would highly recommend!

My wife and I purchased a car on Thursday afternoon. We purchased a full warranty because it was a 2013 and understand the risks associated with used cars. We also knew not everything would be disclosed about the car, we understand the as is policy. We just assumed the car would be working the next day. The very next day the car wouldnt start. I emailed and called Hertz to let them know of the problem. I assumed because of the short time of having the car...less than 24 hours, that something would have been done. I let them know that I wouldnt be able to bring it in until Monday because of work. Hertz recommended...if possible....to stop by an Auto Zone so they could check the battery and alternator before bringing it back to them (shouldnt the battery and alternator be checked before the car is sold?). I asked my wife to take it back to Hertz so they could fix the problem. My wife brought it in and Hertz referred her to a mechanic shop. My wife explained that she shouldnt be charged to replace the battery when the car quit working less than 24 hours after buying it. The Hertz worker agreed with her but told her the mechanic shop would only charge her the Hertz price. After my wife called me, I called up Hertz. I spoke to the salesman who sold us the car. He explained we were already given a discount and nothing more could be done to help us. He also offered to give me $50 out of his pocket. I am so disappointed. The mechanic shop is now charging us $174. I cant believe this happened to us. Hertz failed to do the right thing. Please ask about their post customer service after you purchase the car. Instead of doing the right thing, Hertz lost a customer, referrals and they gained a 1 star review. Sounds like you paid a higher price than me.

There is no question I will promote this man with friends and family. Never in my life have I ever had such a pleasant and professional dealings purchasing a vehicle. I posted a photo of my wife with the van of her choice and one of Bill in the car. Bill is a genuine family friend for us and that is why I wanted to keep his photo.If I were giving a letter grade to Bill, it would be an A+. Fantastic experience. They had exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Buck was awesome to deal with - very knowledgeable yet not pushy. One other thing that was awesome for me is they let me finance with who I chose and didn’t charge me a “non finance” fee, that ridiculous fee dealers have started charging if you pay cash or don’t finance with their “preferred” source. This car buying experience went more smoothly than any other weve had. There was no pressure. They were transparent. They were helpful. The whole thing, including our test drive and visit to a third-party mechanic (which was the longest part, and was accepted graciously by our salesperson), took 2 1/2 hours. Weve never been through a car-buying experience that was that quick, that smooth, and that enjoyable. The presentation of the car was perfect. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. Best car buying experience ever! Ive sold cars in this valley for over a decade @ a few well know dealerships in this town. Why didnt I shop there? For several reasons. One, I wanted honesty. Two, I wanted a service contract that would cover me over 100k miles and wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg. Three, I wanted price, payment, and options. MANY OPTIONS!!! Hertz had everything we needed, when we needed it! When its No Problem at other dealerships...Hertz doesnt need a cheezy slogan and a dog with a fake name to do business!!!

Carlos is the man! He was very transparent and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I picked his brain about a lot of things and he answered all of my questions in depth and explained things I didn’t quite understand. It was the first time I ever bought a new car on my own, so it was really nice to have someone that was helpful and didn’t push.Believe it or not, they have a lot of good options and are really thorough with their processes and the staff is friendly and respectable. When I left, they gave me a $50 gas card, 12 free car washes with the works, and of course, a new car with everything I asked for.The only downside I will give this review is the interest rate on my loan. Of course, it’s a loan issue, not the dealership. If you have awesome credit, you can avoid something like that, but other than that I would highly recommend this dealership for anything that is looking for something new and affordable.

We found a car online that looked good, but as we live 200 miles away, we couldnt just swing by to take a quick look. Instead Buck the sales manager took personal care of us and on his day off he went to the store and personally inspected the vehicle. Based on his recommendation we made the trip and found the car exactly as described. We arrived 10 minutes after regular business hours but they stayed open for us.The customer service was spectacular and Buck was honest, helpful and just great to work with.

Although the salesman was nice and tried to be helpful, I wish he would have told us exactly how many places they send applications for a car loan out to.we were under the impression it would be one bank/lender. Its a hard hit on credit when you take out a car loan, and they sent ours to seriously so many places. So even though we opted to go elsewhere, our credit scores took a hit, and were still getting tons of junk letters in the mail about the car loan application stuff. Its really a pain.

Totally exceeded expectations and have a great selection to choose from. To top of the experience every employee we talked to was great very nice and patient.
