I was driving to work and the car in front of me kicked up a rock which caused a chip in my windshield. It was a pretty rotten way to start a Monday morning. Well, I walked into Robinson Auto Glass and they fixed my windshield right then! The only waiting I did was about 10 minutes while they were actually fixing the chip. Theyre fast, friendly and reasonably priced!

Dishonest. Bait and switch operators. They quoted me one price and when my driver got there, and they had the windshield off and it couldnt be put back on, they jacked up the price.

They did a great new window install; very well sealed, but getting checked in was time consuming with all the insurance stuff. I had to make all the phone calls to my insurance company, which seemed od, compared to other auto service companies. Outside of that, their work is topnotch and they have a friendly staff.

Took the car in to fix a crack in the windshield. Not only could they not fix it, they charged me $60 and created another crack. Not satisfied and felt taken.Followed up and refunded the $60.

We hit a bird on the way back to UT. They were the only shop who offered to go get the windshield from the warehouse so we wouldnt have to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered. Very efficient, in and out fast, great work and good prices.

Very impressed with the work and service of Robinson Auto Glass. They know how to take care of their customers. They called me with a problem and gave me options as to the best way to work-around the issue from a previous auto glass company. If you ever need a windshield or crack fixed, this is the place.We were in our motorhome travelling on the I-15 when a truck threw a rock and hit the windshield, left a good size chip. We called from the road and they said come in we will repair it. We pulled in in our 38 motor home, pulling a 20 car trailer. They were busy, but got right on it . They did an excellent job at an exceptionally reasonable price . We were back on the road quickly. The owner even stopped traffic for us, so we could pull out with our long rig. It was a pleasant experience . I would highly recommend them to everyone .

Robinson Auto Glass was very easy to work with. At a time when I had a run of bad luck and needed the windshields in each of my vehicles replaced I turned to Robinson Auto Glass and could not have been happier. They were great to work with my Insurance and got both of my windows replaced at the best possible price to me. I also plan on returning to get my headlights restored. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly and left my car spotless. You would have never guessed that they had just worked on my cars. I am grateful to Robinsons for turning my bad luck into a pleasurable experience.

They were very attentive and quick. They were very friendly. They are a great option for all your auto glass needs.

They did great work and were friendly! However, my windshield replacement took twice as long as they told me it would. I ended up waiting two hours for what was supposed to be an hour long job. Another customer in the office with me was in the same boat. It threw off my whole day and I was pretty frustrated. However, Robinson did call the next day to apologize, and they offered a gift certificate to the local movie theater to make up for it.

After my calls to Safelite were continually routed to an impersonal national calling center when I tried reaching their Idaho Falls store, I gave up and called Robinson’s instead and I’m glad I did.Robinson’s is soooo much easier. They were friendly and accommodating and gave immediate and professional service with a personal touch. Their next day service was flawless...my new windshield looks the same as the day my car came off the showroom floor. Robinson’s shop is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable.Bonus: when Uber failed me, the owner cheerfully gave me a ride to the airport.Don’t get lost in the crowd at a National chain....get the red carpet treatment and make Robinson’s your first choice!

At the end of the day the work was fine but all in all I will not return to Robinsons glass. Pricing was high compared to most places. Customer service was low. As I got there to pick up my car I could here them in the garage racing the engine. When I inquired as to what the purpose was I was told the battery was dead and it was flooding. They then pushed my car into the parking lot and everyone left to enjoy their evening. im not not mechanically inclined in any way as I had to phone a friend for instructions on how to jump. All it took was a jump. Dont know what they did or tried to do to the car. Have never had battery problems in the past or since. It has glass and probably a few less miles on the engine. Glass comes with lifetime chip repair but we wont be using it.
