This place always has what we need for a great party!! Tonight we quickly stopped by to pick up some last minute Halloween costumes. We did not realized they closed right after we walked in and were so kind and courteous to us while we shopped. Once we realized they had closed we apologized and quickly left but they were so kind. Retail is so hard right now, everyone is short staffed, working long hours, and I’m sure feeling worn out, and these great people didn’t show that at all. Sorry again we stayed late. Thanks for your great staff!

I just heard about zurchers a week ago. My first time in there was a good experience it was very open and bright and there was brand new stuff everywhere. All the candy and everything was stocked properly and zoned. The store looks good and the employee was nice, overall had a pleasant experience.

Generally I’ve had great service at Zurcher’s, but today I had an experience in which I have decided that I won’t go back. I had taken a single Mylar balloon to the counter for my 9 month old and was told by one of the young girls behind the counter that the employees wouldn’t blow it up for me because they weren’t blowing up balloons other than the graduation orders that they had. I do understand that they were busy, but I wasn’t wanting an entire balloon bouquet blown up, I wanted a single balloon blown up for my baby. I am disappointed that they couldn’t take 30 seconds to blow up a balloon for a baby. My baby loves balloons and it was something simple, but something that would have made her super happy. I won’t be returning to Zurcher’s. I’d love to keep business local, but situations like this, while they may seem small and insignificant, make all the difference in customer experience.

Great for that special occasion. This was the Bridal shower place to pickup necessary things to make the party happen. Thanks for the stock you carry!!!

Went in to find wrapping paper for a wedding gift. Found some paper and a card but did not have a good selection.

It was nice they have a good variety of things although it occasionally got a bit expensive on some items, id over all recommend going.

They were completely rude when I didnt know I had to go to the front of the store to grab a balloon to be blown up. And they were just gossiping like high schoolers. My balloons didnt even last the party Id rather just go to the dollar store than pay 8 bucks for one that barely lasts

The manager was very rude and does not know much about the product in the store! She acted as though i was annoying her by asking simple questions. If it wasnt for the young girl with long brown hair (i believe her name was Kaylone) i would never go back to Zurchers. She was very helpful, polite and knew exactly where things were.

If you need party stuff or balloons, this is the place to go. Nowhere has the selection and inventory that Zurchers does. And their prices are very reasonable.

A great stop for last minute party shopping. I was delightfully surprised to find a lama section.

This place is always great for party supplies for my boys birthdays its a great place to go. However this time i couldnt find the type of balloon i wanted to use and Riley helped me find the right one. All round a good place will definitely keep coming here for future parties.

I love that its organized they have a lot of stuff but for being the only place in town that you can count on for decorations they dont have a big enough selection especially for kids parties. Not enough characters to choose from. I went thinking since the movie Coco was very popular Id have no problem finding something and turns out they had nothing in that theme. I love to support businesses in my area rather than shopping online and I was forced to order online and make my own.

Went here for my Halloween costume. Was surprised to find EVERYTHING I needed in one location! Even YELLOW body paint! Although it was a BUSY season for them, the staff were STILL friendly, helpful, dressed up in a costume and even though I KNEW they wanted to throw their hands in the air and surrender, they had a smile on their face and made me feel welcome in their CUTE, well-organized store. I just want to say THANKS!

We came here to get something my 6 year old daughter could give to her school class to celebrate her birthday. The staff was friendly. As we were checking out they gave my daughter a balloon, they even let her pick a balloon and ribbon color. So nice.

We went into get goody bag supplies for a birthday party and I was very disappointed in the selection. I am giving three because I dont want to give a bad score just based off one search. I even went outside the kid area to see what type of goodies I can find. Maybe just not an item in demand. Seems like they are more about balloons and color plates.

I personally didnt go in, but my grandmother went in and bout a bunch of balloons and some other stuff for a party. She spoke highly of a Maddies so whoever that is thanks for the help!

Zurchers is a LAST resort for me moving forward. Their staff is terrible. Laura literally glared so clearly I told her to not look at me like that. If you say you have something in stock, then you should. Also rent cotton candy machines from Signature Party Rentals, they are 10$ cheaper than Zurchers. I have never had worse customer service from two managers in my life. If I could do ZERO stars I would.

Went in to order some balloons for a baby gender reveal party, employee was very helpful and nice! I explained how I wanted the black balloons filled with white, yellow, and green confetti. She got everything I wanted. The day I picked the balloons up I checked with the person helping me and she said everything was done according to instructions. When the balloons were popped each one only had very little confetti!!!!! I was so disappointed!!!! Specially because I ended up paying for the theee bags of confetti and it was just sent to me!!!!! Not very impressed.

This place is decent for a party store. Only one around, so we really dont have a choice if you are looking for certain items. Around halloween time is when this place gets even better! Definitely always stop in for their halloween items that time of year!!!

Sunday was my sons first birthday party, with Zurchers being closed that day I figured I would buy the HIGH float helium balloons to last longer on Saturday. The 16 balloons I expected to stay floating the next morning were on the ground. Maybe if the employees were not too busy talking to each other about non work related things, and paid more attention to the customers, they would have put high float in my balloons. Im irritated that I spent so much money on something that I could barely use. I wasnt pleased with my service at all.

Cool decor. Extremely overpriced costume stuff that isnt even made as well as Walmart Halloween costumes.Returned an item, it took a week and me making many stubborn, anger inducing phone calls (they dont know how to answer their phone) to get my money back after I returned their bs OVERPRICED item.

Great store but the balloons we bought lasted 1 day. Bought them in th AM and by the time I was up at 7 the next morning they were in the floor. The mylar balloon was the only one still floating; the othe 6 balloons still had air but were on the floor. The dollar store ballons last longer. Come on you guys you need to step it up a notch or two.

There is a lot of inventory, but not necessarily useful party inventory for themed parties. My daughter had a ninja party recently (specifically Lego ninjago) and they didnt have any ninja items. We did find a Lego section, which helped a lot!
