Got my trailer tire replaced. Hard size of tire to find now a days. They got it replaced in 20 minutes and had me on my way. The people running the front desk get to you quick and with great customer service. They tend to under promise and over deliver in ther work. The prices for all their services are very fair as well. Great tire shop.

I have conducted nearly all of my tire and brake business at this store for more than 40 years, but no more!I got a quote on Michelin tires for my daughters car and made n appointment for the installation. When it was completed more than 90 minutes later than estimated, I looked at the tires and found they were NOT the Michelin tires I had been quoted. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that the Michelin tires had already been sold, so they installed the next best tires and that my daughter would be just fine on her drive from Idaho Falls to Virginia in mid-October. I was not contacted to see if this was acceptable, nor was I informed at the time of payment. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business in my opinion and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Best place in Eastern Idaho to get tire and wheel service. Friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and most of all fair. Im a working class shlub just trying to keep decent tires on my family van & my truck. These guys came through, kept the price fair and were speedy. They did not waste any time. Discount tire and especially Commercial tire could learn a thing or two from this Big O location. If you work for a living and need tires dont hesitate for a second and go to this shop! You will not regret it.

Got new tires there and waited a little over 4 hours with an appointment. After we waited forever, we went up and asked if our car is done and it had been done for hours. We pay and we realized that they charged us twice for the installation fee so had to go back in and get refunded. Went back outside and see that our new tire is flat, so they had to fix that. A few months has passed and we go and get our oil changed, and they said that those are the wrong sized tires. So this Big O pretty much got everything wrong from billing, installation, and basic tire knowledge. Save yourself the 4 hours…

What an awesome place.. my son and I were traveling through from Great Falls Montana and got to Idaho Falls and noticed we were missing a bolt in our bracket on the caliper. These guys were so helpful with sliding us in and making a bolt to fit what we needed.. they were obviously very busy but took the time to help us out and had us in and out in 25 minutes so we could continue on our drive. They were so nice and the price was unbeatable!! Thank you for all your help!!

The crew is amazing!! We had an emergency and at closing time on a sunday as we were traveling through town they stayed open and fixed our tire problem with speed, efficiency, and fantastic attitudes. We are very grateful and would recommend this shop above any other in the area!

The Employees were super nice! Stopped in for a single flat repair driving through Idaho Falls on my way to Utah on a monday morning and got quoted an hour wait time. It ended up being three hours of waiting in their parking lot. It really put a damper on things! Expect much longer than quoted times and some really nice people in the office!

Michael and Kelly fixed my flat and got me back the road in 45 minutes. I will be forever grateful.These guys are GREAT, TRUSTWORTHY, COMPASSIONATE AND SKILLFUL. I AM SO VERY HAPPY I FOUND THEM.

Horrible experience with the tires I bought here, Big O brand. Visited many times because tires would not hold air and they refused responsibility. The tires are causing a shake that is finally getting fixed elsewhere after 30,000 miles when these tires were supposed to be good for 50,000 miles. Never buy from here, especially the Big O brand tires!Edit: dont believe their post to reach out, as they do not respond. They just want people to believe that they care, there is no interest in making it right. Please avoid this business!!

Flat repair, $20. Mask mandate has been lifted by local health officials for a month or better and they wont allow you in the building without a mask. I guess a tire store knows better than the local health officials.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you believe in freedom do not patronize this establishment. I was asked to wear a mask and when I declined and stated I was medically exempt I was told I would have to buy a face shield. I told them no and walked out. Companies like this need to go under if the cannot obey the law.

I am always impressed with their customer service. They are always friendly, helpful and honest. They have been willing to tell me what I need and what I can put off. I have been in a few times with concerns and they have checked on things for me at no charge and with a smile.

Im glad they are open until 7pm because I had a flat and had to deal with it after work.

Friendly, quick fix of a slow leak.

I made an appointment to get winter tires put on my vehicle and to get the tires aligned if necessary. When I first arrived, they couldnt find my appointment on their calendar, but said they would fit me in. After waiting for 2 hours, I checked to see how things were going, and was told the alignment was done, but that there were still 5 or 6 other customers ahead of me to get their tires worked on. When I said I had an appointment to work on the tires, they said that tire work is first come first serve and that they would get to me as quick as they could. This is my first time making an appointment at Big O, but Ive made plenty of appointments at Discount Tire, and when you make and appointment with Discount Tire, they honor that appointment and put you ahead of other walk-ins.In the end, I spent 5 1/2 hours in the store on what should have been a 1-2 hour appointment. And two days later, one of my new tires is already reporting low pressure.

What has happened to the customer service this store use to have? I waited over 4 hours just to put my snow tires on. No updates while waiting, no apologies, no appreciation for all my years doing business with them. The staff was rude and could care less. I have done business there for years. I will never do business there again, nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone. Plus, $70 to put the tires on, and they were purchased there. George and Stephanie always made you feel appreciated.

This is why I am a Big-O customer. I grew up in this business and now need to use it since the family is working in this field. This shop is run very well and the people are very nice and what a team. I rolled up with my travel trailer, had a blow out and my tow vehicle kept throwing a tire light on causing me to stop every 20 miles or so for air. I was on my way home from yellow stone back to Arizona. They came right out, grabbed my spare, had someone look for the tire in the back before they would even commit to not waste my time. They put me in line for my truck tire, said no need to move it we will come out to the parking lot to pull it. They pulled and looked for about 40 minutes to see what was wrong. No holes they had no idea but said no worries we are on it. They spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out when they came back out telling me the tire had a mfg defect in the bead. No worries they said its a Big-O tire and we will get this fixed up no problem and apologized for the defect since I just bought the tires before my trip and apologized that the shop where I purchased did not catch this. In no time they were getting my tire back on my truck, put my spare back on my rack on my trailer and placed the original wheel on my rig. There were so many things they did not need to do but took care of me even though knew 100% they would never see me again since I was from Arizona. This is what a tire shop is all about. As I watched them take care of the other customers no matter what they drove it was all the same. Thank you for doing such a great job, from the grand son of a tire shop owner and son of a tire man, thank you. If you need tire support and are near here choose them with no worries at all.

Made an appointment called the other big o tire shop found that not only did they have the tire in store but offer the exact same tire for less, so we called to cancel my appointment and even though I watched them fill out the paperwork they didnt even have our tires ordered or an appointment yet. So very disappointed, life time customer gone, next time try a better deal for a friend and lifetime customer or loose them too. Life time customer gone for good.

Honest folks here. They inspected my brakes and let me know there was no problems. They could have easily said I needed new pads and rotors and I would have readily paid $500 to get it done. Actually felt like I ripped them off, took up their time and didn’t pay a penny.

It was only $7/tire more expensive than tire rack. They were friendly and were relatively quick in swapping the tires. Definitely make the trip here over getting tires in Jackson. The tires there are crazy expensive to mount/balance and purchase. I will be back to this Idaho Falls location.

We came in for an alignment and to check the overall safety of the suspension of the truck. They unfortunately dont do alignments on Sundays, but we received great service! We got back in balance and verified the suspension was in good health. Thank you, Jon, for being great with our dog too!

I found a screw in the side bottom of our tire. They said it was in the side wall and it couldnt be saved. They couldnt find our warranty and they were going to give us a used tire. I told them I wanted search further for our warranty first. They found it with our licence plate number. It cost us $30 to get our tire replaced with warranty. They werent at all busy but took about an hour for some reason. Update: I am grateful for the response from the Owner. It does show that they care about the customer. I am updating this to 5 stars. They have taken good care of us in the past.

I was very impressed by their willingness to give me different options and specific details about tires. They didn’t try to push me into buying expensive tires and I didn’t want expensive tires. Only suggestion would be to make the customer you are currently working with the priority. Making eye contact and listening can go a long ways. All around I’d recommend this place. Always been impressed with every Big O.

Had to stop here on a Sunday with a flat tire from out of town. They had what we needed and got it done quickly and sent us on our way home.
