I have used many of the meat processing businesses in eastern Idaho for big game processing over the years. The outcomes are hit and miss. With Choice Custom Meats I had the best experience I have ever had. Very clean facility, very responsive to calls and texts, and above all that.....a great meat product in the end. The burger, sausage, etc. is excellent. Very fair prices too.
