My family really enjoyed working with Monica when we were needing information on upgrading our plan. She was kind and helpful. She took really good care of us and got us on a new and better plan.

Went in to do a simple name change on an account for my granddaughter waited 25minutes while the employees chatted about all sorts of things except phones to customers after waiting that long we finally left two people left before us they were tired of waiting the customer service is awful went on the phone to change the name and was on hold tfor 30minutes and then were told they couldn’t help us how do they stay in business if they have three people leave after waiting 25 minutes

I went in to the store to upgrade my cell after talking to Dillon on the phone and was excited to go in, unfortunately though, I was not warmly greeted I am guessing because I did not have a mask, the store associate Monica rudely asked if I had a mask and when I said no I did not she brought me a mask and used tongs to hand it to me and was just rude from the minute I walked in the door she told me the options to upgrade my phone which I already knew thanks to Dillon but he had gone home for the day and I didn’t want to do the option she wanted. when she told me I had to leave my current phone in the store I was not willing to do that because I need my phone for work and said I was told I would be able to mail my phone in after I backed it up to my new phone she was very condescending in saying there is no other option when it comes to trading in my phone without paying it off first. I ended up walking out of the store irritated and disappointed in the service Monica gave me I ended up seeing if I could call customer support and turns out I ended up upgrading my phone and when I get it in 2 days I will be able to back up my information and then mail my old phone in. From what I can see the associates in this store are not interested in actually helping customers and sadly if they do in fact work off commission then they are losing this specific store business with standing around and not offering to help when they saw Monica mistreating customers and an associate I’m hoping is not the manager having a child running around getting in to cupboards at the store. All in all I am very disappointed in the service at this store and condoning their associates to treat customers in a way that drives them to use online services instead of theirs.
What I expect with customer service is to introduce yourself and ask What can I do for you?. Didnt get that. I had quite a few questions, and they did not all get answered. If something was unknown, they couldve asked their boss, or someone who does know. I would have loved to see that. At this store I was literally met with the momentum of mediocrity. For what he did answer, I am grateful. Maybe I should save my money for an upgrade for another store.

I have used AT&T for about 15 years in 3 different states. This is the best store I have worked with so far. There representatives are good (Casey is the BEST one Ive ever worked with). I went in on 7/30/20 to upgrade my phone. It was easy and exactly what I was expecting to pay, no surprises. Overall they have a great store and provide a great service.

I am so appreciative to have met Stockton at this store today. I had some major issues with the person that set our account up in a different state/authorized retailer store. Made promises that couldnt be kept. I was pretty upset when I walked in.Stockton was calm, patient, thoughtfully empathetic and walked me through all of the issues I had. Not just the ones that I came in the store for. He verified & helped fix $110 worth of monthly billing mistakes, righted the other wrongs, explained things patiently that I was confused about.THIS is what excellent customer service should look like! I came in upset and I left with a smile on my face. He even stayed late to do the extra legwork needed so I didnt have to go back the next day.This store has won my loyalty! Thankful for such excellent customer service & attention to detail!

This staff is knowledgeable. We had several issues with online ordering Lance researched this issue until a viable resolution was found. Long story short we ordered 4 phones online only one came. Lance and Bri vigorously worked together to get our needs met. I would recommend this store anyway!

I understand waiting but then after looking online like I was told. I got in with the one on one and he got me the phone then after we set it up he told me the cost was way more then online and so I was pretty upset with that. But I just paid and left. But if you are told to look online to find the phone you want and it says one price it should be that price in the store. Walmart hasnt been carrying more then just the cheapest ones so my options were very limited!!

BEST SERVICE EVER. My fiancé and i came in a few days ago wanting brand new iphones, we ran into some problems and weren’t able to finish it out until after the holiday weekend but Johnny and Stockton were beyond helpful. They answered all questions, told us everything we needed to do to fix the problem, and then we’re able to give us the phones we’ve been wanting, and on top of that they were so so nice. We thank them for taking the time to help us with every issue we threw at them!
Ive been with AT&T for about 9 years now. I like it much better than Verizon. I get consistently good care no matter where weve lived (CO and ID).

Phone suddenly stopped using my data plan, and I took it in to get it fixed. The local store associates were nice and helpful, but it turned out to be an account issue. I got bounced around the external customer service, and nobody knew how to fix it. After an hour, one of the agents hung up on me. I got in my car and drove to TMobile instead. AT&T lost a decade long customer, and Ive been telling everyone to look elsewhere first. Their cell service is average at best, and their (call center) customer service is appalling.
I received amazing customer service last night 11/21 when I went in. I was going in to get all my pictures switched from an old phone to a new phone they said it would take a little over an hour to switch because of the many pictures I had. I had my 18 month old child with me and all the salesmen were very patient with me having a toddler running around their store for an hour. There were times where the salesman played with my child to keep her entertained. They also had blocks and some other toys out for children to play with. One of the salesman even gave my daughter a balloon and tied it to her wrist so she didnt loose it. I am very very satisfied with the service I received last night!

Since the end of June 2019, we are constantly having issues with initiating and receiving regular, old fashioned phone calls (yes, with multiple type of devices). We live in the Stonebrook area. This is a pubic safety and an employment issue for us. In 2019, it is unacceptable that AT&T cannot provide reliable 2G/3G (phone calls) coverage inside the city. This is 1980s technology. I contacted AT&T technical support more than a week ago and they told us that they are sending measuring cars out to test our area within 48 hours. Nothing has happened, no one got back to us. We are AT&T customers for 15 years. If nothing happens, we will change carrier. At the same time, I am also considering filing a complaint with the City/County authorities because 911 calls are also going (or not going) through the 2G/3G segment of the network. Again, this is a basic security issue that could be fairly easily fixed. Do I have your attention AT&T? This is not a store specific review, but I dont have any other forum to voice this concern/ issue. Escalate it where you need to.UPDATE: Nothing happened. We switched to Verizon and calls go through. Take note AT&T.
We got lucky and was helped the minute we walked in the door. They ultimately took care of the problem I was having (after a couple HOURS of waiting), everyone was extremely nice, friendly and fairly knowledgeable...... but it took forever (no offense guys!). Please speed it up next time 😁!

Had to return some phones that a dishonest door to door salesman tried to sell us. The man at the store was super helpful and gave us some really helpful tips and informed us that the sales man had also lied about Direct TVs promotions time. Telling us we were locked in for 2 years and really it is only 1 year.
Great customer service! I’ve never had any trouble with this company. Funny story I hiked to the top off Tablerock and at the top was able to FaceTime some family members. 😆 Everyone was so shocked I had service and asked who I went through because no one else did. I work with Casey the tattooed guy and he has always worked hard to help me out. 👍🏻💯

My wife went in here to get the new Galaxy S9 and I ended up sitting there for a couple hours with her getting everything set up and the associate who was there saw that I was wearing a Rick and Morty hat and let me use his iPhone 10 to watch episodes of Rick and Morty on his adult swim app which I thought was really cool

Up graded to Note 10+, phone is preloaded with pop up ads come to find out. After dinkin around Im 4 days past return policy or I would definitely have returned for Iphone.....At&t employees tell me it was something I added, Noooo preloaded! In device health app, Hell ! I heard At&t was getting famous for buying these phones... Really! Time to change Im thinking..

Dan in the IF office was very friendly & very knowledgable. We werent buying new phones yet he treated us like valued customers. He helped us with problems with our phones as well as covers for them & billing questions. We HIGHLY recommend Dan in Idaho Falls.

My bill keeps going double, but the in store employees are very professional in how they find solutions and go out of their way to assist you. I was disgusted with Sprint and how they treat their customers, dissapointed in all the hidden fees at verizon, and while I was quite impressed with T-Mobile, AT&T blew them out of the water too. The only reason for one star less is that even with autopay set up I have had to go in every single month to fix my bill, however the workers do make it quick and easy.
Scammed by att and direct tv.Watch the small print.Look at the 30 month agreement that ends in 24 months, for the extra 6 months you have to sign up for another 24 months, triple the price, for a additional $2160. just for the tv, not sure about extra phone cost yet, possibly an extra $950.12 phone calls and nobody knows anything1 text from the legal dept, alot of information

She was so kind, helpful and friendly. She also saved us a bunch of $. And we left with a bunch of new stuff!! Couldnt be happier! Kudos to this awesome employee! Thanks again.
Horrible. If I could give a minus 10 I would. We changed service from AT&T because we didnt really feel like our needs were being met after our phones died a week before our contract was finished. Its understandable the phone isnt within their power to repair. I understand that, but they werent helpful with any solutions. So we switched to Verizon who, of course, was very helpful. Now we are at AT&T again trying to resolve an incorrect billing issue which everyone agrees is incorrect yet no one seems to be able to fix. This is why those pay as you go services are becoming more competitive. People are fed up with dealing with issues that shouldnt be an issue and not being able to get it corrected in a timely manner. It has been an hour and the issue is still not corrected. So unless you have no options at all, dont choose AT&T.

I contacted an agent for help with signal issues, but the agents hands were tied regarding this issue of poor signal at my house. I mean, its not like he could authorize a new tower or booster close to my home. That being said, the agent was very polite and expressed understanding of my frustration and concerns (even though he could do nothing). Ill be switching back to Verizon shortly. This is intolerable. This is a horrible experience. And nothing can be done is never good enough. Shame on you AT&T. His only offer of help was download this app and log your complaint. Are you flippin kidding me? Come on.
Besides losing very important data from my phone upon the purchase of a new phone and besides trying to charge me over 200 dollars for some bull crap this location has no ability to do anything! I went there to purchase a simple screen protector and Eliseo couldnt even put it on he told me he might mess it up and I said so if u mess it up I still have to pay for it and of course he said YA! Wow at&t yall suck your employee is going to mess up my purchase and I still got to pay what a joke and thats besides his total rudeness during my entire 7 min in the store only then when I told them I would go somewhere that could put it on and guarantee it would be good I get mean mugged by some tall dude! Couldnt it have been easier to maybe ask other employees if they knew how to do it? Im so glad I went to Verizon!

Ive been with direct TV for over 10 years. I called when I noticed I was being charged for a reciever I never had, the lady told me I will refund you for one month I said how long have I been paying for service I dont have? She said as long as youve had service with us I told her that I need to be refunded more. She told me that its my fault and I should have caught the additional charges. Apparently, its my fault that I was on the auto pay every month and trusted that I was paying for what I was receiving. Today, I called because my bill increased by $40. Theres nothing they can do to make it more affordable, so I told them Ill go elsewhere.
We just switched from Verizon because we werent happy with their customer service. Service was set up at a different location and I was going into this one to pick up my new phone! they wouldnt honor what the other store had said saying they cant even do the switch over. The manager acted like he didnt care or want my business. The salesman Matt at least tried. The manager refused to call the original store or do anything. It ended with me walking out and calling the other store. They are now mailing me my new phone because this store couldnt have basic customer service skills.
By far the most unprofessional store I have ever been to. In the fall of 2013, I came into the store to get a new phone. My contract wasnt up, so I had to pay $200 in early termination fees. To make those fess a little more affordable, I sold them my old HTC One X(that was the phone I was under the impression I was cancelling out). They set me up with a new phone and new phone number, as this is common when buying out the rest of a contract with AT&T. Almost 8 months later, when calling about my bill the customer service representative told me that there is a phone that is active under my account that is not being used. It was my phone I was told was completely deactivated. So not only have I been paying for a phone that is in AT&Ts possession, but my $200 that I thought was going towards cancelling that phones service has been unethically collected for no benefit to me whatsoever. This is not only unethical but, after learning that this had happened they successfully driven a customer away from AT&Ts service. I will be switching to Verizon as soon as my new contract is up, because I cannot trust that buying out the rest of my contract will be successful as proven from previous events. Hopefully this store better trains their employees so that this unprofessional error does not occur again to their customers.
I got a replacement phone, couldnt get it to connect with my old, so I took them to AT&T and had them transfer for me. Very helpful!

Was the options given to me. Well I have one more go to another carrier!!! have one of the best plans. I have 4 bars of 4g lte and the reception and service is garbage. Complete B.S!!!!
