Walked in ready to buy bushes to finish off my front yard display, was greeted by all staff. One very nice lady helped me get just the right plants to accent my other bushes. Wow!!! Seriously great customer service. A lot of different plants, trees, flowers, etc. to choose from. Wish I knew about this nursery at the beginning of my planting season. Will definitely be going there first next year. GREAT JOB LADIES!!!

We love Eagle Rock Nursery! I have a porch pot they designed one Christmas with a hanging lantern. My neighbors loved seeing it so much that they now plant it each season with flowers and plants as well.

Eagle Rock nursery is an excellent place to pick up trees, annuals and perennials that other nurseries dont carry! I love going there and seeing the variety of stuff. Its all top quality plants! The only down side is they are pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for top notch and quality!

This place is a glorious Winter Wonderland of Christmas Tree selections! Check out the trees. Also plenty of poinsettias, ornaments, garland, etc. I came to look for a potted living tree and found a wide variety. Peace.

Best customer service at a nursery Ive experienced in 20 years. Ive been coat to coast and Eagle Rock is the best in customer service. If you are in the need for anything Nursery, skip the big box store and go out if your way to visit Eagle Rock.

Looking for 2 large trees for yard, flowers for 3 large display pots and 4 small hanging pots and main veggies to start the garden. Always find what I want and need. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff to answer all my questions. My go-to nursery.

Small town nursery, quite a bit overpriced, Sunnyside Nursery and Town and Country are better priced for basic need plants and supplies. Have a good variety of flowers, shrubs and trees. Not impressed with their vegetable selection or prices.

Every Spring I look forward to going to this fabulous nursery and seeing the beautiful plants that have arrived. There is a multitude of plants and stunning hanging baskets overflowing with a variety of gorgeous flowers. This is so much more than a nursery...it is my happy place.

Nice pretty store, with a good selection of plants. I bought some fruit trees bareroot from them, and while the quality of the trees was good and they did grow, I came to find out that they were not the right variety for our climate, and wouldnt produce fruit here. The tree variety that was the most borderline as far as being able to produce here was an Anjou pear. They bloom too early, as mine will not set fruit as it always freezes the buds off. Otherwise, I have really enjoyed this store. Not cheap to shop here, so prepare to spend money if you go there.

The front of our building was in need a some new plants and landscaping. We headed down to Eagle Rock Nursery and found all the plants we needed.Had an awesome selection to choose from, and their staff is great!

Beautiful building and plants. Terrible atmosphere and customer service. The two woman there seemed unhappy to be working there, maybe it was because they had to wear masks and looked very uncomfortable. They would only speak to me like 10 feet away and it was more like yelling at me. I was the only person in there until an older gentleman came in and he stood around till finally they addressed him. Very unprofessional and i left feeling like i didnt ever want to come back. I try to support local businesses but when there is no customer service and are way overpriced it sends me back to where i am better appreciated as a customer.

I purchased a houseplants from Eagle rock nursery. My plant died after I transplanted it with miracle grow soil.I returned to Eagle rock to see if they would replace it since I only had it a month. I worked with Aaron they didnt have the same plant but he was very nice and. Let me chose another plant.Thank you Aaron for taking care of me! I very much appreciate your help!!

Eagle Rock Nursery has the mostbeautiful well cared for plants. They are always so very helpful. I love walking in and seeing all the beautiful plants.

When I first walked in, there were three employees at the cash register chatting with each other. Nobody said hi, howdy or boo to me. I wandered the main store for a bit and several employees walked past me with nary a word to me. Not a word. And I truly felt I must have looked lost because I felt lost. I then went into the nursery and wandered there for a while. There were at least six employees working (and they were working, not standing around) but again, not a word to me. I felt completely ignored. I finally asked someone a question and she was unable to help except to say that I needed talk to the guy in the hat. I went over to talk with the guy in the hat and he was far too busy to even look in my direction. There was about four or five employees still working (loading carts and the like) but not a word to me, again. I finally interrupted (which felt awkward) and asked someone again about columbines and she was able to point me in the direction I needed. I had been in the store for between 15-20 minutes when, finally, a very nice man (employee) finally said hi to me and asked if he could help me. He directed me to the correct nursery for tomatoes. In that nursery, an employee by the name of Erin asked if she could help me. She took about a 1/2 an hour or longer to answer all my questions, advised, and just took care of me. Im NOT a gardener but she put up with me and was so VERY kind and extremely knowledgeable. She also explained WHY everyone else was concentrating on their jobs (a LARGE shipment of product came in that needed to get into the nurseries to get protected and out of the weather). What was going to be a one star rating turned into a five star rating BECAUSE OF ERIN! And also because when being checked out, the cashier and another gentleman was also kind and helpful. I would suggest, that even when the employees are slammed trying to get a particular job done, a simple Hi, well be with you in a minute or something similar would go a long way to making a person feel like they are going to be helped.

I purchased a quaking aspen tree from here a few years ago. It is still alive and thriving. I highly recommend coming here and buying your plants, trees, shrubberies, bushes, and flowers.
