I ordered several hoodies for my daughter’s team. Everyone I interacted with at Screen Graphics was friendly...even when I called before my order was due to be ready to see if there was a more specific date (originally about two weeks). The woman who answers the phone was a sweetheart and politely answered my questions. The quality of the hoodies was as I had hoped, and I was pleased overall with the experience.

Overall, just really bad/very slow customer service. My business was not a priority.

Love them there so sweet and helpful but wish they was open on Saturday they have done a few things for me and need more stuff

Im really disappointed about my experience with Screen Graphics, I wanted to keep my business in town and shop local versus an online company, and now I regret that decision.I was told my order would be ready in 2 weeks, and I agreed, our company had an event 2.5 weeks after the day I put my order in so I believed I had plenty if time, well i ended up getting my product 3 weeks after, they were ZERO apologetic about the fact they were super late.I was told to go in to get my order one day so I went, instead of apologizing my order hasnt there yet the lady had more like an attitude.I specifically sent them an email with 2 different logos for the 2 items I order and I guess nobody paid attention to it because both items came out with the same logo, but Im so tired of going back and forth, I am just going to keep it that way.Never going back, I have a product Im not happy with, I didnt have on time for the event I needed it and it was a headache.

Ive had a couple shirts made here and they have turned out awesome every time! I usually get them the next day. Very fast, and friendly service. Would definitely recommend them!

Great place to get custom Gifts done. Blankets, towels initialed, family reunion shirts, employee presents... so much great stuff with great prices. Print, embroidery, vinyl, banners, and stickers.

The owner of this company (Bob) is very disrespectful to his customers. He called me and proceeded to raise his voice, insinuate that I was dumb, and also got mad at me for wanting to have 1 hoodie done at first so that I could make sure that this is exactly what I wanted. To say he was just disrespectful is an understatement. I even gave him a second chance and went in to talk to him about the phone conversation that we had, and he got flustered and angry once again. He cuts people off mid-conversation and will never admit to wrongdoing. He’s simply just a mean person. We’ve worked with this place many times, but it seems as though that the company is just going downhill. There facility is quite old, VERY DIRTY (the owners office is filled with trash and papers everywhere), and they aren’t up-to-date on services that are offered at similar embroidery/screen printing shops in the area.If you’re wanting a quick and easy place to work with I highly recommend Country Cottons in Rigby or Kettle Embroidery in Rexburg. There pricing is the same, if not cheaper, and they will make sure that your order is done correctly and efficiently.Please let this be a lesson to you — save your time and just take your money elsewhere! You’ll get MUCH better service, and a bang for your buck at a different place. I promise.
