Becky is very nice and has a great selection. Be aware that she has some pretty strong opinions about the fit of pointe shoes, though, and make sure to go off of how you are feeling in the shoe. Other than that, though, she is very friendly and passionate and has very cute leotards and products for a discounted price! :)

The store owner saved the day. The pointe shoes we ordered online 3 weeks in advance did not arrive in time for the performance, even though the shipment tracking said they would. The Dance Shop saved the day, expertly fitting my daughter for pointe shoes the DAY OF the performance. Her price was lower than the price we paid online!

Started my first ballet class in college amd needed a new pair of ballet shoes, the owner was so nice and welcomed us very warmly. She was very helpful and patient with me since i havent taken ballet classes since i was a child. While I was trying on shoes she was giving me advice on so many things i felt like she was family! Aside from leaving with what i needed i left with such a big smile on my face and a very warm heart. I will be going here for everyone of my dance needs in the future!!

I love love LOVE this shop!! The selection of leos and dance wear is HUGE! If she doesnt have what you need, she can often order it in for you. The service is fabulous as well. Miss Becky is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with how things should feel and fit. She is also patient with my little ones... which can be tough. I wont shop for dance/skating/ or yoga wear anywhere else. The quality is unbeatable. There are a lot of cool things for gifts too.

Very knowledgeable about her products. Weve gone here for years for pointe ballet shoes for my daughter. The pricing is extremely fair, but its difficult to get in and out of. I feel the process of fitting the shoes could go much quicker than it does, too.

Whatever you do, DONT bring your kids to this shop. This lady seems to hate kids. My kids are well behaved, but as they first walked in to me she lectured them about not touching anything, then she directed them to two bath mats they could sit on like dogs. She also lectured me about how one time a customers kid touched her fan and it knocked over and she made the lady pay her $450 to replace it. She was very proud of it.The shop is tight and its hard to get around. Im sorry lady, but it doesnt matter how many deals you offer, your customer service sucks and Id rather travel further for another shop or just buy online than to have to deal with your crankiness.
