I found everything very cheap, so sad the store is closing

Jeanine helped us, was so kind and so willing to help. We asked her for help while she was busy doing something else and she gladly stopped to help us! She told us that she has worked here for 10 years! Dedication and kindness!

I am an amiibo hunter. As such, I have to frequently go into the store. This Toys R US is the best store I have found in terms of helpfulness. They will tell you what they know about inventory/shipments. They really care about helping you. My only complaint is that they charge the Geoffrey Dollar on many products, but that is a corporate thing, not a local thing.

For being Black Friday it was a bit chaotic but surprisingly well organized and the lines were not too long and almost everything were looking for we found and we were not there early. They had some good deals and helped with Christmas. Normally we dont do the Black Friday thing but tried it again this year and glad we did.

Good place to go specially for kids. They have a lot of fun things for kids and people that are kids at heart. Prices are very reasonable.

I have been shopping at my local Toys~R~Us for about a decade. This week I was calling for over an hour to check stock on a popular item with no answer. I didnt want to make the 20 min drive in the snow if they did not have the item. Fortunately the item was in stock after i drove to the store to check. I let the Girl that was working at the front of the store know they could have an issue with their phone because i had been calling for over an hour. She snarkly said I am not a Toys r us call center and if i answered the phone I would be on it all night answering dumb questions. This was shocking. I should not have to drive 20 min to check stock on an item. Poor service. :(

Prices are way too high. Even on sale things are more money than everywhere else. I understand why they are going out out business.

Not a bad place to shop. Good for those who want to see and hold toys before making a purchase. My kids love the selection of Legos and Lil Critters.

Best place to buy Legos that Ive found so far. There are enough good deals to justify a one stop toy shopping experience for most people.

This is a wonderful place to shop, i may be a little biased as i know one of the managers, however it seems a lot of people dont know they price match to amazon, so complain its more expensive but as long as amazon sells and ships it, you can get it for amazons price today. I have never had any problems with this location its pretty organized, yet seems empty most times ive been there.

Its a lot of fun to take the kids to (if they behave, otherwise it stinks) but this particular store is a little older. Some of the displays are a little worn but its got all the toys your kid can dream of.Staff is nice and helpful.

This store is always well stocked and organized. The employees are very eager to help and you can always find one without searching.

A fun toy store. Lots of merchandise, and even some specialty items. It is fun to come here and feel like a kid again.

Bummed to see Toys r Us going out of business!😢 always have had good experiences & memories here since I was a child. Got a great deal on a power wheel & a few other toys my 3yr old had to have...lol!😅

The staff here are friendly. They could use more people on the ailes to offer help. Associates tend not to address customers on the floor. This should be remedied.

Cashiers were friendly and courteous. We found a cheaper price on their website for the Legos we were purchasing a d the clerk gladly abliged us by price matching the website in store. Good experience.

Sad to see them go. Where else can you go to see and physically rouch the toys to see if you really want it or not? When i think of toys i think of here. They have been a part of my life for decades. They will be missed.

My wife and I bought a new robot for our son at Toys R us for Christmas. He opened it and the robot didnt function properly, I thought we might have been doing something wrong so I called the toys customer service. They walked me through a list of things to try and determined we had a defective toy. They told us to return the toy. We live over 50 miles away from the nearest Toys R us, so we decided to just get our money back so we didnt chance getting a 2nd defective toy. The store told us they would not take the toy back, even tho we paid cash and had the receipt. They said we could get anothere one or get in store credit, we explained our situation. They still refused to give our money back even tho the product was defective. Now we are stuck with a second toy that if it has issues, we will have to make over a 100 mile round trip to exchange at our expense. Very disappointing experience, if we have to return the toy again we will have spent the same in fuel as the toy cost. We are now stuck between a rock and a hard place, we can keep returning the toy if it continues have defects at our own expense or tell our son he is out his Christmas present.

Good selection of toys. Ive not been to a ToysRUs since 2011. Wal-Mart has nothing compared to this.

Biggest toy store in Idaho Falls. Great selection of toys. Staff is usually nice and attentive. Shop here frequently.

Mostly overpriced. But they have a great selection. Really busy around Christmas.

Going out of business sale. Advertised higher savings were on very limited items. Many items excluded from sale prices.

I have called and called with a question and no one has yet to pick up the phone! That is terrible customer service I am on day 4 of trying to call! I live out of town and would like my question answered by phone rather than waste gas!

I miss this place they need to bring it back its my childhood and everybody elses childhood dont take this away from us

This ToysRUs was very accommodating when friends of ours bought some toys and he wanted to exchange them they were eager to please and able to help us find the right gift and toy for our son who had a stroke ToysRUs can be proud of this place

First time visiting in 14years. Even though they are closing, it was wonderful to act like a kid and they had great sale prices.
