I called a competitor to service my door first because their sticker was the one in my garage. The competitor couldnt same day the service which is understandable. However, Valley Overhead door was able to same day the service and then they also beat the price of the company I originally called. He did a fantastic job on the service as well. I am very happy that I called Valley Overhead Door.

Garage door spring broke Saturday night. Called first thing Monday morning and had someone that afternoon. Great service and the price was reasonable. They even made a followup visit on a possible additional problem and did not charge for the additional visit. Highly recommend!

Went on-line to find someone to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Lucked out. The workman from Valley Overhead Door was here within a few short hours, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. I was impressed. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Valley overhead door is unparalleled. Weve had an awful garage door: single giant slab, popping out of the rails, springs trying to shoot out, door moving crooked and hitting the wall and ceiling. Absolute mess. Wesley and Mike came out and over the course of the installation, ran into every possible problem imaginable: poor framing on garage opening, nowhere to put the springs due to a weird shaped opening, no way to rotate the top panel due to low ceiling and a few other things I wasnt around to see. Wesley and Mike troubleshot every issue excellently until the job was done, staying way later than they had quoted and doing great work all the way through. They even rigged up a remote spring system with cables to make sure wed have none of the accessibility of the garage door compromised. All was done at an unbeatable price. Never thought Id be able to say Ive got a guy for that in regards to garage door issues, but here was are.

The Lowders are a great group to work with. I called this morning looking for a RPM sensor and was told someone would be at the shop for about 10 minutes or I could come at 5. I chose to go at 5. We showed up a few minutes early and waited. Their was a car parked by the shop so I checked the doir but no one answered. The the Lowders came out of their home and informed me someone would be here in a few minutes and that he was just running a little late. No problem. Then they offered to look I. The shop to see if they could find the part.All in all GREAT service. On the phone was great. In person service was great. Of all the employees are like this then you will be in great hands. I will be calling them again with any of my garage door needs.
