Very nice people in the office but the technicians are not very good and expect no warranty or refund. We sent 2 chemical pumps in to be rebuilt. We had to pay for each to be rebuilt twice as they could not get them to work properly and each pump was returned to them within 30 days because they still did not work and we were charged again. Each pump was in their shop for months at a time, including both being “forgotten” and left in their shop, while we waited and waited thinking they were being worked on. After I strongly complained that we had paid almost $1800.00 for pumps to be rebuilt that were still sitting in their shop not working, they sent one pump to another company which they paid to have that pump rebuilt by someone that knew what he was doing. This still left us with the second pump we paid for the rebuild that still did not work. They said sorry, no warranty and no refund..so we were out of luck.
