Standard plumbing supply in Idaho falls has a great staff. Kelcie shuway was very knowledgeable about the parts I was looking for and very helpful in finding exactly what I was after. She was able to fill a large order and didnt miss anything on my list of parts.Every trip I take to standard the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its like visiting the fun family. I recommend them to all plumbers.

Very helpful! Even though theyre remodeling, the young lady at the counter was able to find what I needed in seconds! Theres a friendly note on the front door informing customers about the remodel so theyre not caught off guard. They were extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!

We had a very good experience shopping and ordering from Standard Plumbing. We changed our mind a few times and Kelcie was very accommodating to get us a quote every time. We were happy with the selection and store displays. I felt they were fair with prices on the upper end faucets & hardware.

My husband & I are working on a remodel of our master bath. Our contractors preference is to work with Standard Plumbing in Idaho Falls so accordingly, thats where we began. It is clear now, why he favors that store. When we walked in the door, we had no idea where to start. Danielle, walked us through the entire process & in less than an hour we had tub, toilet, sink & fixtures all selected. If she hadnt revealed she was relatively new to the business, we never would have known. If she doesnt have the answer to a question, she knows exactly where to get it. Everyone in the store is friendly and very helpful.

I have built three homes and have always used Lorie at Standard Plumbing. They are so great to deal with! The pricing is very comparable to anyone else in town but the customer service I receive there is the best! I recommend them to anyone!

If you dont have an HVAC or are a licensed plumber, dont give these guys the time of day. I can only speak from a direct consumer standpoint (as Joe Homeowner), but every time I try to buy something from them (emphasis on TRY) they dont seem to want my money. There are other locations in town that have treated me much better.
