2 years ago my mother bought a hot tub from Deck It Spas, she passed away before she could enjoy the tub.. not only has Candis been entirely accommodating with questions, recent repairs and an entire delight to deal with through the last couple years, but she embraced my family with the most unconditional love and sympathy towards our circumstance. she brought us a sympathy statue to remember my mom by, not knowing us from anything else, and since the day I got to meet her and her husband my heart has been forever soothed by this couple. 10/10 experience and very recommended to do business with Deck It Spas!

I just bought a home. It has a old Spa from the early 80s that hasnt ran for years. They only told me that it wouldnt heat up, and that they thought something was wrong with the pump. I called Deckit Spas; She was very knowlagable and helpful. She helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. It is now up and running. We had someone else come out to look at it. They thought that the whole control box would need to be changed. We were looking at 1,100 to 1,500 dollars. But because She was so patient and was willing to walk me throw everything it only cost me. What I paid the other person to come out and look at it. I would recommend Deckit Spas to anyone.

I own a Coast spa and live in Portland. We lost power and temps were in low 20’s. When power returned spa did not appear to be heating. Our local dealers were closed. I was able to reach Deckit and even though they knew that I did not buy the spa from them they were very generous with their time and helped me troubleshoot the problem. The owner stayed on the line with me until the spa resumed heating. I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help.

Candice at Deckit Spas is extremely knowledgeable about spas and spa repair. She knows all aspects...the electrical, plumbing, motors, components, moving, products, parts, mother board....everything. And she can clearly articulate that knowledge to you. Plus, she is very responsive. She honestly cares about the customer. She went the extra mile to find a part for our spa that is no longer readily available. She is proactive in making things right. And adaptive in working with you remotely by phone and photographs. Very impressive...

Wow and more wow. If you have a hot tub this is the only place in Idaho Falls to go. I went to the other place first. Shame on them. I see why they have few stars and they are lucky to have that. So I called Deckit. I was greeted with a pleasant voice. Candis listened to my issue and over the phone talked this beginner hot tuber into getting his hot tub up and running.I was sooo impressed with her knowledge, patience and outstanding customer service. After I was up and running I went to Deckit to get the chemicals I needed to maintain my tub. She printed me info on my specific tub and gave me schooling on how to properly care for my tub. Then wrote the info down for me. This is the best customer service I have ever had in any type of business. 5 stars are not enough 10 stars Atleast. Thank you Deckit, Candis for your help.

I bought a tub from them 5 or so years ago. Since then whenever I have a question or problem I know I can call them. They always answer and are so extremely helpful. I 100% recommend them! Theyre great people and stand behind their products! You cant find better customer service!!

When my wife and I bought our first hot tub, we had a feeling we wanted to go with a company that was more personal because we hoped it would mean wed be well taken care of over the years.After nearly 5 years of ownership we now realize that Buying our hot tub from Kandice and Brian at Deckit Spas was the best choice we could have made.Whenever weve had any sort of challenge, they have been there to immediately answer calls, texts and even show up at our house to help us quickly resolve any issue.In fact, just this last Christmas we had something happen where we walked out one morning and found our hot tub was empty.Kandice showed up in the freezing cold to help us get working on a solution.It turned out to be something that required use of the warranty and several trips back and forth to finally get it fixed but the bottom line is Kandice and Bryan did whatever it took to help us, even though it was the middle of winter.They were at our house right before and immediately after Christmas, working in the cold, troubleshooting and fixing to help us get up and running again.As a customer who knows nothing about the mechanics of hot tubs, the worst feeling is when something goes wrong and you have no clue what to do.Its in those situations where you can really be taken advantage of.Im SOOOOOO thankful we bought our hot tub from Kandice and Brian because not only have we loved all of our hot tub soaking experiences, weve loved the service and the peace of mind that has come from knowing Kandice and Brian have our back whenever any issues come up.They truly go the extra mile when it comes to taking care of their customers and my wife and I would couldnt recommend them more as people you can trust to help you be happy, not just at purchase time - but over the following years after the purchase, which is something that most people never consider.A++++++++++ Rating.Thank you, thank you, thank you Kandice and Brian at Deckit Spas!!!!Paul, Corene & the rest of The Hutchings Crew :-)
